location is good. Safe entrance, easy to find. Small grocery shops and pizzeria nearby. Room is good size, bathroom is modern, everything is very clean. Small fridge in room, good teapot with variety of tea, sugar, etc. Plus complimentary water. Rooms are facing the noisy street but the windows are so soundproof that it is pretty quiet, Im really impressed. Nice breakfast with juices, pastry, toasts, coffee, croissants, sliced cheeses, meats and salami, yoghurts (I love European yoghurts!). Perfect place to stay.

WiFi connectivity requires improvements - unstable and internet speed drops to zero periodically (freezes on youtube)

Very close to Termini station and a few minutes walk from the main tourist attractions. Small lovely hotel located on the second floor of a historic building, very clean, tidy and cozy. Helpful and attentive staff. Very spacious and well equipped room, we were in a triple (upgrading!). Comfortable beds. Very clean bathroom with large shower and water pressure super. Italian breakfast with cheeses and cold cuts, olives, fresh fruit including delicious seasonal strawberries. Super cappuccino! I highly recommend!

I don't remember anything I didn't like.

The staff was really nice and answered all of our questions. At breakfast we didn't have many choices, but it was very good. Room was clean and a good choice for having a place to sleep and shower. The location was close to the center, 20-30 minutes walk from Colosseum and other historical places. Also, subway was 6 minutes away and bus stop 3 minutes away.

TV didn't connect to the satellite and had no signal. The view of the room wasn't the best as we only had one window and was to the back of the hotel.

I agree with all the positive comments made previously. In terms of location, the hotel is a 10-minute walk from the central station. If you draw a good route, you can reach all points without using any vehicle. You have walked a lot and you are tired. If you want to use a car to return to the hotel, there are buses coming to the door of the hotel. Cleaning was very good. The breakfast was quite good compared to the hotels where average tour companies stay. The price/benefit balance is very good. and Thank you Sabrina

Lovely hotel on the second floor of an historical building in a central position close to Termini and 15/30 minutes walk from the major spots. Very clean and tidy with a warm family atmosphere. Very comfortable single room recently renovated. The bathroom has also just been redone with a nice shower. Fridge with complimentary water, air conditioning, kettle with tea and infusions, double bed even if it is a single room. Very good italian breakfast also with cold cuts and cheeses and very good coffee. Excellent value for money!

Everything was up to the standards we expected. Fair price, great location. Friendly staff. It's on the 2nd floor but has a lift which is great fun. Good continental breakfast. A big thank you to kind Sabrina 😘 Ah, there is a lovely dog at desk to greet you!! If I can suggest that the breakfast starts at 7:30, would be great to start the day earlier. Also, if guests could have somehow access during late night. Staff shouldn't have to be up or stay awake to buzz guests in. They need their sleep too 😊 All suggestions and not complaints.

The location is a short walk from Termini train station. Close to Republic metro and within walking distance to other popular sites. Our host was very kind to give us a boxed breakfast when we had an early morning start and would have missed the breakfast time. The room was clean and spacious with modern furniture for an older building. There was a lift so you did not have to drag luggage up the stairs. Lots of restaurant options and a grocery store nearby.

The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the central train station and a very easy train ride to the airport. It is central to the transport links such as the metro. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was enough to start the day and the fresh coffe they provide is lovely. The rooms were clean and tidy with everything you would need.

A nice view from our room would have been nice however this is the only thing I could think of that could have improved our stay. The hotel is lovely.

very close to Termini train station, the location couldn’t be better. The rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The windows have thick coverings so the room stays very quiet and easy to sleep in. There was plenty of hot water and the breakfast, Dave a sufficient selection, along with hot and cold drinks. I would definitely stay here again, the staff was super!

I can’t think of anything negative about this property.

The room was very clean, it looks exactly like in photos. The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes walk from Termini Station, where you can take the metro to the main attractions or you can take a nice little walk for like 25 minutes to the Colloseum. The staff was really friendly, the breakfast had all you need. Also, they have a nice little elevator :). Overall, it was a really good stay.
