Its a great location, walking distance to all major attractions. The room is comfortable. The best part of the stay however was the service. Vincent made sure we were looked after and had everything we needed. Thankyou Vincent!

There was nothing we didn’t like but a couple of things would be helpful to know beforehand. The hotel is on the 5th floor of a building that is locked outside of normal hours, so it’s not obvious it’s a hotel from the street. I liked this aspect as it felt safe but if you’re arriving outside of normal hours, make sure you get the code to the door or get instructions on how to get in. Also, there’s no iron or ironing board in your room so if you need one just allow some time to have it delivered to your room.

Amazing location (you can just walk literally everywhere), clean and modern rooms, hotel stuff was very helpful

Very little choice for breakfast, that would be better if they would have at least one more option except eggs (like hash browns or smth like that)

It is with out a doubt a hotel I would choose with out hesitating every time I go to Rome and recommend to anyone who want to go ! Is near to the metro station walking distance, very near to a hop on hop off bus station which will help u go to most of not all of the important places of Rome (so you pay the day fare and can go through out all Rome from 8 am to 19 pm approx it changes according to the company, if you want a private taxi the hotel manager will call u one with out a problem ! In metro tickets cost start from 1,5 euros per person and many options! The hotel is clean, neat and beautiful. Spaces are enough ! It’s comfortable even if ur traveling with babies ! Beds are amazing, services also , bathrooms are amazing big and hot water (for me a must!), breakfast is delicious, you have several options at good price !! But what I loved the most is the hospitality of the hotel staff 5/5, and there is a world of restaurants and coffee shops near by !! And also Fontana do Trevi at a walking distance of 20 at most !

It was actually a double room with an extra foldable bed which was placed under clothes rail. this was the only place to hang coats..

Our stay exceeded our expectations. It was like having a family in Rome, someone looking after you. The staffs were very welcoming and accommodating. We received a special treat for our long overdue honeymoon, which we honestly didn’t expect, 10/10 for the effort. We arrived early for the check-in time and we decided to go to a caffe to have some coffee while waiting however we were offered free cappuccinos and cookies while waiting for our room. We were also given recommendations of a couple of good restaurants in the area and in Trastevere, which was very handy. The room was very clean and modern. They even provided hotel slippers which not all hotels do. We were also offered a free breakfast on our first morning but we didn’t get the chance to take advantage of it since we have to leave early for our itinerary , and we didn’t expect on our check out day, morning before our flight they still offered the free breakfast to us. We will definitely be back and also recommend this to our family and friends.

The location of the Concept Terrace was great; only blocks from the Trevi Fountain; the Pantheon and Piazza Navona were short distances from the Trevi Fountain. The only 2 places a taxi was needed was to go to the Vatican and the Colosseum; is also within walking distance to the Termini train station. The staff was fantastic and I enjoyed the balcony. What a breakfast; it looked pretty and was nutritious: eggs, hot/cold meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables for the eggs, pastries, fresh squeezed OJ, coffee or cappuccino. The Concept Terrace is on the 5th floor of an office/store building, but it was secure at night and that suited me well.

Great location, within walking distance to ALL the sites in Rome. Breakfast was wonderful. It’s not a full service hotel but the staff were great and were able to help us with everything including getting a ride to the airport.

The breakfast was ok, with some vegan options available. The room was large and clean, and the staff was really friendly and helpful.

The soundproofing was not great. The price they ask for a room is too high (I got a huge discount on booking, otherwise it would have been outrageous).

Exceptional service given by this hotel. Impeccably clean. Staff super friendly, cordial amd they ensure that everything was fine. They treat every guest, as if it was their only guest. Early check in - no prob Book a taxi - no prob Room cleanliness - superb Breakfast - very good. Palmira and Vincenzo - best hosts ever. Very nice hotel in a good location. Amazing staff - really this people were so kind, helpful and dedicated! Thank you so much guys, we felt more like home! Breakfast was minimalistic at the first look, but it was all tasty and enough for everyone. They proved that sometimes less means more.

Extra sofa was the most uncomfortable bad I ever slept in. There is also no wardrobe, it was a bit problematic for the family with 4 bags.
