The Hostel is just a 5 minutes walk to the Republica Metro Station and 10 minutes to Roma Termini Station. There’s a close-by convince, pub, restaurants and McDonalds. The facilities are well thought , meeting fellow traveler’s is very easy with the shared space for recreational (Hangout Area), kitchen and common bathroom and shower at the ground floor. So there’s no need to go to your room just to use the toilet. Vendo machines with snacks and drink are also available in the same floor. Separate machines for Laundry and dryer is also available for €4 each load. I booked a 1 bed in a 4 bedroom space with attached toilet and shower with bidet (which is a plus especially for guest coming from the Middle East) I was checked in at Room 202 , bed “D”. Doors can be open using pin codes, there are pull out storage for each guest and a shared cabinet to hang your long coats/ jackets and garments. Reception is open 24/7 and the staffs are very welcoming and friendly. They even give welcome drinks vouchers that you could redeem at the bar next to the hostel. I highly recommend the hostel. It’s for sure a good value for money! I would definitely stay again whenever I’m in Rome. All the best to the Rome Hello team! Thank you for the wonderful service.

I had originally booked a dorm and instead decided to switch to a private. The staff were so accommodating and helpful with this. The private room was really great. It was clean, comfortable and bathroom was great too. The location was great also. The whole hostel gave very social vibes which is great being a solo traveller. They had different events every night and even a free walking tour of Rome - they also gave a free welcome drink! I’ll definitely be back here when I’m back in Rome!

I was in a 4 bed mixed room. I requested a lower bunk due to my age (77) and disabilities, and the staff was able to fulfill my request upon my arrival. This was my first stay in a hostel, and I found it to be as good as the B&B"s I've stayed in that cost even more. Overall, I was impressed.

It was all good.

The RomeHello hostel is amazing. It is located in the center of the city. The central train station and Bus stations are 10 min away from the hostel. Many of the site visits locations are very close to it and the furthest attraction is 35min walking from the hostel. All visitors needs are of a walkable distance from the hostel such as : Supermarkets, shopping streets, central station, etc. The hostel is comprehensive in everything, it have the kitchen for everyone, games, reception 24/7,and laundry room. We felt as if we are at home. It also enables people from different cultures and ages to meet, play, and chat. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Room is also very clean and comfortable, It was cleaned daily. It made our trip to Rome more and more comfy and easy.

Good location! Near Termini and there are a lot of stores and places to eat nearby. It's also at a great walking distance from many attractions (only 15 to 20 minutes). Beds are comfortable, the bathroom was great (2 showers and 2 toilets in a room for 8 people is great) and the staff was always very nice! It was also very safe which is important as a solo traveler.

It's not that big of a deal, but our room window faced the inner courtyard of the hostel where people smoked so we could smell the cigarettes from our room. It was a little bit annoying but as I said, not a big deal.

Omg this place was so cool. At least the room I got was great because even if it was one with a lot of people, the way the beds are displayed gives you a lot of privacy. Also de locker is HUGE. I could fit both my backpacks, my shoes, and there was still room. Some people could fit their whole suitcases. The kitchen is really big with a lot of stoves available to cook and even more than one sink to wash everything. It’s fully equipped. The staff is also really nice. The vibes are so cool and the place is very pretty. Super clean too!

The only thing I would change is the room light display. Because it’s a big room, it kinda sucks that if you turn on or off the room light is for the whole room. Because of the size of it maybe it could separate main lights for different parts of the room. This may be normal for hotels but it’s so close to being completely perfect😨 I would just fix that.

Nice and clean. Photos are an accurate representation of the room (we had a private family room). Beds comfortable, bathroom good (reasonable size). Bathroom also had a heated towel rail. Room was warm (we travelled in winter). Location great. Easy walk to Republica metro station, and also to where a lot of buses are. We were able to walk to and from Termini station when arriving and departing. (Republica station does not have a lift). Decided the 600m (ish) walk was do-able. The breakfast option at 7euro per person was excellent! Great selection of items (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, baked beans, pastry items, yoghurt, fruit, breads) and if required, a breakfast box could be provided (if you had an early tour start). The communal kitchen was well equipped (pots, pans, utensils). Plates were light on though. 3 medium sized fridges to store items. An oven! And overall, it was clean! Great communal space to eat your meal. Very well designed space! There was a laundry room (additional fee - 4 euro for wash and 4 euro for dryer)

If I was to be picky, the water pressure in the shower....and ours would flick between hot and cold. Was a tad annoying.

The location is good, around 10 minute walk from Roma Termini. Nearby there are restaurants and mini supermarket. The hostel is really nice and clean. I highly recommend cooking dinner at their kitchen. There are everything you need to cook from induction cooker, microwave, toaster and two fridges. You will meet a lot of nice people, cooking together, talking and having dinner together. I really like that cozy atmosphere and never forget it. The receptionist is really nice and friendly. There is a man employee who takes care of the kitchen. He always there to clean the kitchen and take out the trash

A very good hostel. The four bed private room was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It was spotlessly clean and had plenty of room. Towels changed every day if desired and rooms cleaned. Not only is the room good, but the hostel overall is very good. The courtyard is very pleasant as are the inside areas and kitchen. Handy vending machines. The hostel organise events each evening such as beer pong, table tennis and cooking classes. In a great location too. Finally, the free welcome drink and cans of water in the fridge on arrival is a very nice touch too.

No negatives. Our room had a view of armed guards protecting a little alleyway which was interesting.
