The hotel is well located, close to many of Rome's main attractions. As mentioned in other reviews having the American Embassy across the road made you feel like you had onsite security. The room was very clean and cleaned to a high standard every day. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was very good. The room contained a fridge with a mixture of drinks which were just €1 - probably the cheapest drink in Rome and restocked daily. On our visit the hotel was not manned but Giulia was very quick to respond to any queries. Instructions for accessing the hotel and room were sent via WhatsApp on the day we arrived. I would recommend making sure that you have Giulia's number written down or saved in your phone before travelling (they are in the hotel details) so that if you have any issues accessing WhatsApp or email when you arrive in Italy you can make contact with her. She responded to my messages very promptly.

We had the pleasure of staying at Roma Residenza Centro Hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is unbeatable—situated right in the heart of Rome, it’s a stone’s throw from many iconic landmarks, quaint cafes, and vibrant neighborhoods. Despite its central location, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. The rooms are beautifully designed, combining modern amenities with classic Italian charm. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed, high-quality linens, and a stunning view of the city. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring luxurious toiletries and an excellent shower.

We can't recommend Residenza RomaCentro highly enough! Giulia and her staff couldn't have been more attentive or accommodating to us. Our room was quite spacious and spotlessly clean. Complimentary breakfast is provided, and India very kindly offered to make toasted sandwiches for us. The code system for entry was explained very clearly in advance of our arrival, which made it hassle-free and quick. Giulia can be contacted via What's App and replies instantly to messages, offering to help in any way possible. Location is safe, and within walking distance of main attractions. My parents travelled with us, and Giulia facilitated a late check-out for them (as we were taking a late flight home), at no extra cost, which was very much appreciated. It really felt like a home from home, due to those personal touches and the fact that it's smaller in size. Thank you all so much!

It can be a little noisy in the mornings especially, but with so much to see and do in Rome, we were up early every morning so it wasn't a big deal. Giulia kindly offered to let us move to a different room but we were happy to stay where we were.

The accommodation was in a really safe and beautiful location, really close to the metro and to a lot of bus stations. The water pressure was fantastic (writing this because when we were looking for a property to stay at, I saw that a lot of them had a problem with the water pressure). It's also really nice that they give us breakfast. :) And the cappuccino is super good!

You hear whenever someone enters their room. And you basically can't sleep past ~7:30 am, but it wasn't that much of a problem for us, as we had a lot we wanted to do and chose to wake up early anyway.

The location is superb as a base from which to explore the city. We received clear instructions for self-check-in, which were easy to follow. The accommodation was spotless, tastefully decorated, and quiet. The bathroom, with large walk-in shower, was great. Our contact at the hotel was responsive and very kind.

Our mattress and pillows were a little on the hard side, but this really wasn't a problem for a 3-night stay.

- Amazing location: It was a quiet, safe area but a 15-20 minute walking distance to tourist spots including Trevi Fountain. - Staff were amazing. Very warm and welcoming. - The room that we had was spacious. With basic facilities inside. - Free coffee, tea, buscuits in the kitchen. - We were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out. Our flight was in the evening. This was such a great help.

The location is great. Closed to Roma Termini (abt 1.1km), Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps... Easy to reach these destinations by bus (Bus no 910, 85, 64...) The room is cozy enough for the family and super clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I made the booking without breakfast, but the hotel offered my family a complimentary breakfast. It is safe to stay in the hotel because the US Embassy is just around the corner :)) Some guys with guns are always outside the hotel :P To enter the building and the hotel, just remember the security code. No room card. :D

The breakfast is enough but a bit simple. There are many steps to reach the hotel. It is only a problem for families with baby strollers like us. The receptionist is from 7 AM to 3 PM, so if you need any help, contact them during this time.

Nice room though not big but sufficient Good location during the week but seems to be a bit of a business area as has big us embassy and insurance institute and other large buildings in the neighbourhood so most cafes and restaurants closed on weekends it seems ..short walk up to via veneto and piazza barberini though Quick response via whats app from guilia when needed something as small reception area wasnt manned most of time we were there but one of the cleaners or someone generally around.. Reasonably priced for Rome

The location was very convenient. We efe near an embassy so there was 24 hour security outside the hotel. The property was quaint, just enough space for everything we needed. The staff was 15/10. Indira took care of us and truly went above and beyond for us. Her hospitality is something we cherished from the bottom of our hearts, and was a big part of why our stay was so incredible. We cannot thank her enough for everything she did!

The hotel is exceptionally well positioned: it’s walking distance from the main train station (took me 10 mins with light luggage on foot), in the city center, close to all sights (also mostly within walking distance), and well connected via all possible public transportation. The area is safe and pleasant. The hotel is well maintained, impeccably clean and comfortable. Wifi worked without issues. The communication with the management was efficient, they reached out proactively and were always responsive and accommodating. I liked the code based entrance solution, as it saves the trouble of dealing with keys. The check out is 12, which is quite generous for Rome, and luggage can be left for storage after check-out - two mega pros in Rome. It was also nice that the hotel allowed entry after check-out and offered self-service coffee - it was very helpful and relaxing to be able to drop by in between meetings during a busy day. Everyone I met at the hotel were super polite and spoke excellent English. Many thanks! Overall, I have had a very good experience and could totally recommend the hotel.

There is nothing I disliked. As an improvement hint I would say that offering fresh bread for breakfast would match the elegant Villeroy & Boch serving :) otherwise all is great!
