Staff were friendly. They also have their own bar till 12am and you get free snacks when ordering drink. The location is really really good. If walking is something you enjoy, its only 15mins to Trevi Fountain and about 30mins to Colosseum, Pantheon, Roman Forum, Trojan Forum and 20mins to Gallery Borghese. The hotel is also right in the middle of many bars and restaurants and 11mins to the main train station - Rome Termini.

very well located Hotel, 10’ walking from Termini central Station. All major places of interest are at walking distance of 10 to 20 minutes. Fine hotel, maybe old fashioned, very friendly and welcoming staff, spacious room with street view, silent. Assorted and complete breakfast.

the bed, even though it was big, wasn’t comfortable. the matress needs to be replaced, the springs no longers works ok.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! The room was comfortable and warm, classic with updated, with all the necessities, including a good hairdryer and a kettle with a selection of teas. The shampoo provided was very good. The bed was wide and comfortable, particularly for my pregnant wife. The area around the hotel is very nice and safe, its windows overlooking the Grand Hotel and some nice museums, one minute of walking to the Republica metro and 5 more to Termini. There's a convenience store 3 minutes walk from the hotel as well. Do consider that it's a walk uphill from the historic center, but there are plenty of buses and the aforementioned metro to get you there. Breakfast was especially important for us, and we must say it was plentiful, with many healthy and vegetarian options to choose from, including a vegetable quiche, plain yogurt and eggs.

The cups in the room were disposable, would've liked actual cups.

- bed was comfortable and large - mini fridge in the room - great shower - staff were friendly - thanks to Orazio and Luciano - breakfast was tasty and enough options - good location to transport and Trevi fountain

- toilet flush was not great - no air con in the room, it was fairly warm the whole time even when we put on the fan with no heat

The hotel was very nice and the staff were helpful and very pleasant. Our room was clean and quite big, good view being on the top floor. Breakfast at the hotel was good, plenty of choice and the staff were very attentive. The hotel location was excellent being just 5 minutes walk from the Metro which we could then take to get anywhere we needed in Rome.

The only possible issue we had was with the shower in the room. With it being over the bath, there was limited space to stand under the shower and the water temperature varied a lot, warm one minute, cooler the next. Not a massive issue really but probably just because we prefer a walk-in shower.

Its cozy, location is good

The bathroom should be renovated to be more clean, and the duvet inside the cover was not clean, should be more attentive also to wash the duvet not only the cover. Also we paid for extra 3 hours 100euro its kind of expensive, our booking was for 3 nights but we arrived early morning so we paid for a night that we didn’t sleep, when we asked for a late check out they said we have to pay 100 euro extra . In total we paid almost 900 euro for 2 night and half day

The breakfast options are very limited, but the coffee is just great. Alessandro was the best waiter we ever had in all Italy, the service and great attitude of the waiters in the breakfast room made such a difference when starting our days in Rome.

The Staff was friendly and helpful. I speak pretty good Italian but my family doesn't and the hotel staff was very conversant in English. I'd especially like to commend the second-level staff (maids, porters, etc.) -- they were great and very eager to make sure we had whatever we needed. The hotel is also an easy 5-10 minute walk from Rome Termini train station (which is accessible from Rome-Fiumicino Airport directly) so you don't need an Uber or cab (unless you have a lot of luggage). The hotel is also very close to a Metro station so getting to the Vatican or other locations is easy. It's about a 15 minute walk at an easy pace to the Colliseum, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon.

The breakfast was decent, the rooms were large and mostly quiet for standards in Rome. Very clean and taken care of.

Value for the money is a bit off. I personally really dont like the idea of having carpets in hotel rooms, as those are very difficult to clean properly (both in terms of allergens and any microbes). Would consider this when updating the rooms in the future. Lack of iron and ironing board in the room made it a bit challenging. For 4 stars I would expect also complimentary water bottles. While I appreciate old school keys, a keycard system may be beneficial.

We were very pleased with everything. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and it was great to come back to the room when it had always been cleaned. Even in the evenings, slippers had been placed next to our bed. Since we are used to such a different breakfast, it was nice to also get to know the Italian way. The staff was friendly and the hotel location was good.
