Staff were friendly. They also have their own bar till 12am and you get free snacks when ordering drink. The location is really really good. If walking is something you enjoy, its only 15mins to Trevi Fountain and about 30mins to Colosseum, Pantheon, Roman Forum, Trojan Forum and 20mins to Gallery Borghese. The hotel is also right in the middle of many bars and restaurants and 11mins to the main train station - Rome Termini.

very well located Hotel, 10’ walking from Termini central Station. All major places of interest are at walking distance of 10 to 20 minutes. Fine hotel, maybe old fashioned, very friendly and welcoming staff, spacious room with street view, silent. Assorted and complete breakfast.

the bed, even though it was big, wasn’t comfortable. the matress needs to be replaced, the springs no longers works ok.

- bed was comfortable and large - mini fridge in the room - great shower - staff were friendly - thanks to Orazio and Luciano - breakfast was tasty and enough options - good location to transport and Trevi fountain

- toilet flush was not great - no air con in the room, it was fairly warm the whole time even when we put on the fan with no heat

The breakfast options are very limited, but the coffee is just great. Alessandro was the best waiter we ever had in all Italy, the service and great attitude of the waiters in the breakfast room made such a difference when starting our days in Rome.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city with easy access to Roma Termini and many shops, restaurants and easy walks to points of interest. The hotel was excellent, felt very 'at home' there, more personal than large sprawling hotels. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and fresh daily, staff in the breakfast room were very personal and attentive. The reception staff were always available to help with advice, restaurant choices, making bookings for us with ease. In particular, Victoria was brilliant, she really was able to understand our particular needs and not just give us standard options on enquiries, her advice was the best.

I'd find it hard to pick anything as our expectations were already met, we have travelled to some of the grandest hotels where it would be easy to find something, however, this hotel ticked all the boxes. I think my partner would have liked more TV channels in English.

Hotel location is very good, its 500meter from main train station and within walking distance there is full of entry and shopping, groceries store, coffee shop, bank are just next to hotel, hop on hop off bus start from main station which is best for city tour, Trevi fountain is 15 min walk from the hotel and some other tourist attraction also in walking distance hotel is in old building but has small lift, room size is small but ok as per Europe standard, checkin and checkout is fast staff in breakfast are good. breakfast timing is till 10:30 which is good for tourist and selection is standard sheet and towels are clean and bed is comfortable!

Temperature control of hotel is very bad, its over heating way too high we end-up sleeping with open window during night.

24 hr reception, door opened as I arrived and key in hand within minutes which is greatly appreciated at 2am after a long flight. Lovely staff. Room was nice and warm as was water with excellent pressure. 15 min walk to Trevi Fountain and nice breakfast.

Double beds are two beds pushed together, could use a topper as can really tell where the beds meet. Lots of single use plastics.

The bathroom urgently needs renovation. The room was ok, still old. The carpet should be removed.

Location was optimum, 2 minute walk from Republic metro, 15 minutes from Termini station. Extremely courteous lobby staff, very helpful. Great selections for breakfast.

Section where I stayed was a little old. No iPhone charger stations near the bed. Shower a little antiquated. After arriving to 5th floor, had to walk up another 32 steps in a narrow corridor.

Excellent location, close to Termini Station and moments from Meteo Republica Station where you can access many attractions if you do not want to walk and explore the area. Very courtious staff, comfortable accommodation, breakfast was splendid, plenty of choice. Enjoyed a drink in the bar. Efficient check-in and check-out. Staff on hand to offer assistance re local attractions etc.
