Modern and stylish hotel which is connected to Hilton. The welcome from reception was very nice. Our room was on the 5th floor but had a view of an inner courtyard. The room was spacious with a lovely bathroom. Lighting was excellent. The air-conditioning control unit is built into the wall and a joy to operate. The cooling is silent and perfect. The turn down service was attentive. I loved the room top terrace and pool. The pool temperature is brisk - the safety instructions state it is a minimum of 80F but that is wishful thinking. Once in the water, the pool is lovely. You can enjoy evening drinks up until 12pm and there is a nice view of the locality which shows you just how much of Rome is enjoyed from rooftops. We used the spa after check out and this was very relaxing (perfect way to avoid the midday heat). Perfect location for via Veneto and Trevi fountain.

The only issue was the price. It just seemed remarkably expensive for the stay but maybe the room rates are more affordable if you book more than a week in advance.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Front door, front desk, concierge, breakfast staff, pool and dinner restaurant staff were all wonderful with our toddler and so kind to us. Dinner on the rooftop was beautiful and delicious and not crowded at all, seems like a hidden gem. The rooftop pool was magical.

The room was quite small for the price and a little hard for us to squeeze into, but it is Rome at high season and the location is great. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable.

The location is great, a walking distance from shopping area, restaurants and tourists attractions areas. the staff of the reception, concierge and restaurant were very kind and helpful. The rooms areas are really good especially for the available rooms for two adults and a child. washrooms are equipped with Bidet spray (shattaf) which is very preferred by muslims. Infront of the hotel, there is a small Italian restaurant serving tasty Italian dishes.

The lifts better to be equipped with card reader for the security of the guests. The windows also better to be secured with windows security bars.

We just returned from a few nights here. it is a beautiful hotel - clean, bright, recently remodeled with lots of creamy white marble, nice onsite restaurant, and rooftop bar with pool. The staff was exceptional, especially the tall gentleman who handled the front door (I’m sorry I forgot his name, but know he is from Senegal) who was so helpful and friendly! The hotel is in a quiet area but close to everything, and you can use the Uber app to hire taxis in Rome, so getting around is easy. There were a large proportion of Americans staying here, but I guess that’s what happens when you stay in a Hilton! The rooms are not big but the bed was super comfortable and the bathrooms had robes, fluffy towels, and good sized showers. The room does not get super cold even with the AC on high, but it is comfortable enough. No view from our room but we weren’t in it long enough for that to matter. Breakfast is a buffet (30 euro per person) or a la carte. we did the buffet - probably didn’t eat enough food to justify, but it did include cappuccinos, juice, scrambled eggs and bacon, fresh fruit, meats and cheeses, cereal, and lots of pastries. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant the night before our flight home. We both ordered the fixed price tasting menu, which was seafood based. It was good not great except for dessert (some sort of coconut cream in chocolate shells) which was outstanding. We were in Italy for 13 days, mostly in air bnbs, and decided to stay in a fancy hotel the last few days as a break. it was nice to be treated so well by the staff, and have a beautiful room and space to enjoy. The price is high but if you’re looking for a spurge, you can’t do much better!

Nothing!

My son and I visited Rome for his 12th birthday and we stayed at the Aleph. The hotel was excellent - great facilities, food and location. We loved the roof-top pool and spa. A major highlight for us were the lovely, friendly staff. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help my son celebrate his birthday. Mario (who managed the breakfast service) made it particularly special for our son, with some lovely surprises and treats that made his holiday! Thank you to all at Aleph. It was a very special treat.

Minor point but cups weren't replaced in our room

Staff were outstanding - very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Location was fantastic and easily walkable to many of the things we wished to see and do. Our room was very quiet with no external noise whatsoever which is important to our family. Particular praise and thanks should be given to the Reception/Concierge staff and the very kind lady in attendance at the spa - Grazie!

The breakfast room was VERY noisy as there are no soft furnishings in the hall to soften the noise levels when there are lots of guests. Something as simple as some chic rugs on the floor would help with this.

location staff is super friendly and great with perfect english bathroom size

value is unfair, with this price u can get a large suit apartment instead of a delux room. no complementary water is too sad for a hotel with this standard

The location is quite good and the size of room is good. The most important thing is the bathroom has shattaf shower near toilet .The staff are friendly and helpful.

The window was not soundproof. The street noise can be heard. No free of charged still water that can be used for the coffee machine.

Rich breakfast buffet, fresh juices, warm and cold food, breads, and Italian style sweet pastry or cakes, and excellent Italian style coffee... location is extremely central, almost everything within 10 - 30min walking distance, or use taxi one way (cheap), service was very friendly and responsive (also during night!!)

The hotel has a nice roof bar and swimming pool, was unfortunately not open during our stay...

First time we got inside the hotel smells really good. Friendly staff. Everything smells Good.

Too little food choices in the buffet breakfast. I asked if I can have sunny side up egg they said it has extra charge. Most of my stay there my breakfast was only bread and egg. My family and I can't even choose our seat. They would always pick the seat for us.
