This is a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff and it was exceptionally clean. The location - 5-6 minutes walk from Rome Termini - is perfect for Rome sightseeing. It is within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, Roman Forum etc and only a 10 minute Metro ride from Vatican city. The room was perfectly big enough, the beds comfortable and the air conditioning worked well on the very hot days we were there. A lovely haven from the heat in the middle of the day which allowed us to explore in the morning, return for a quick shower and rest and then explore again in the afternoon. Breakfast was fab - plenty of choice from hot foods (bacon, mini hot-dog-style sausages, scrambled and boiled eggs) to a vast selection of cold food (bakery items, yoghurts, fresh fruit, cheeses, cold meat cuts etc) along with a good selection of hot and cold drinks. We ate at the Diana Roof Garden restaurant every night and honestly the food was amazing. The location is stunning and watching the sun go down and the moon rise as you eat is a complete treat. The staff were very attentive without being intrusive and the whole experience was wonderful. The menu selection changed each night and provided an opportunity to try a multitude of different authentic Italian dishes. The roof top bar was also lovely with very helpful staff who provided a wide selection of cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages (hot and cold). Given the location and the standard of room, public areas and staff service, I think the price we paid was absolute value for money. Highly recommend. (Oh and if you are staying there - I completely recommend you try the restaurant next door - Est! Est! Est! - for lunch. 'Twas incredible.)

Nothing. It's a great hotel in a great location. Go for it!

The staff went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had an enjoyable holiday. The room was kept tidy and the amenities well-stocked. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, near major transport hubs, and was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Rome.

The staff is very friendly. I emailed them about making reservations for dinner at the roof top garden the first night. Such a lovely response- I felt I was staying at a 5 star hotel. Full breakfast with a lot of variety. I walked to several sites between 7 am - 9 am (to avoid the crowds) and still made it back to the hotel for breakfast. The neighborhood, Esquiline and Monti, is wonderful. Lots of restaurants. And the main train station (Termini) is only two blocks away. Also access to the two main metro lines at the station. The church, Santa Maria Maggiore, is stunning. Only two blocks away - don't miss it. Colosseum is about a 15 minute walk. I also walked to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Plaza Navona.

Not much to dislike. Nothing that would prevent me from staying there again.

It's not a gimmick - the hotel really has a gorgeous rooftop garden. It's located within walking distance from Termini train station, which is very convenient if you're hauling luggage like we did. It's within walking distance from most historical landmarks, but a metro station and a bus terminal are nearby in case you need to cover larger distances. The staff at the hotel is lovely and helpful. We had a room on the top floor, and it appeared to have been renovated. We really liked how the architects solved the small space and broke it down into sections, making the room design stand out. Our room also had a balcony, which was a perfect place to relax, have ourselves something to drink, and revisit our impressions of the day's touring around the city. 100% recommend this hotel, and I'd come back.

The only thing that wasn't too much of a bother is the a/c seemed to be one of the older models, placed under the window next to the bed. We had to run it at a high setting to cool down the room, which made the a/c a bit loud standing so close to the bed, and it struggled to keep the room cool, though the room was otherwise really comfy.

The location is ideal as you are around the corner from Roma Termini (main transport station). Staff was very professional and friendly. Elevator access, great air conditioning. Room had a fridge which is great but wasn’t cold enough (not sure if this was a malfunctioning fridge or pre set). The room was very large for any large European city as was the bathroom.

The breakfast was ok but lacking in hot food selections. The TV did not have capability to switch language to English which would have been helpful since one in our party was sick and stuck in room for 2 days. some of the furnishings need to be upgraded such as the couch sleeper in the room. It completely collapsed in when sitting on it as a couch. would have been nice to have something other than the bed to relax on. The mattress and the pillows need replacing. the pillows were completely flat and hard, no loftiness left in them at all, making for a very uncomfortable sleep for our stay.

The location is very good, a short distance from Termini. Room was small but it was clean and I think it had just been renovated. There was enough free space in the bathroom for a wheelchair. In the bathroom there is also seat in the shower. Breakfast area was nice and the breakfast itself was ok except coffee.

Air in the room was warm and humid even though it was March. There was not any air conditioning but we got a fan. Walls and doors are made of paper, so there is noise especially from the corridor.

Breakfast was really good, I loved being able to wake up and have good spread of options ready for me, in a really nice rooftop. The room was really nice, and it was a nice touch that we were given free water, chips and a pepsi in the mini fridge upon arrival. It was comfortable and visually pleasing, and room service came every day to replace towels and bins, make the beds, etc. They also let us leave our bags there when we had a flight late in the afternoon, long after check out, which was appreciated.

the room was a bit small, and meant it was a tad awkward to walk around the beds into the bathroom. The room view was kind of non-existent, unless you count an alleyway and building opposite. Additionally, while the rooftop is nice, the view isn't too great, as there are various facades impeding it... that being said, this is most likely for safety so it's probably necessary, and you can still see out of it. Was a bit of a walk sometimes to places, but it's right next to the main station which was amazing. These issues for me were very minor

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, air conditioning, plain water daily in the cooler. The hotel is very well located, near Termini station and close to everything. Roof terrace, but old furniture, a little neglected, but beautiful view. The room was a bit small. Nice, friendly staff.

Breakfast was bad experience and this is not about Covid restrictions or the variety of food. I didn't understand why it was served in very small plates. I dropped the food on the floor a few times, it was uncomfortable. The omelet tasted bad but the worst tasting was coffee. The worst coffee I've ever served in a hotel. In Italy, where coffee is wonderful, I never thought I would drink such bad coffee. I don't know why hotel managers don't invest in a coffee machine. If the tourist drinks a good coffee in the morning, it doesn't matter what he eats for breakfast. We drink coffee every morning at a cafe near the hotel, Washington Caffe.

Great property, newly renovated. Breakfast was included in the price. The lady that made-up our room was fantastic, very friendly & polite. The hotel is very central to cabs, trains and buses.

We went to the restaurant for dinner on our last night. The food was good but way overpriced for what it was.

Great location. Very central and waking distance from main historic sites. Staff was polite and accommodating. Rooftop was very convenient if you felt like a low key night in. Breakfast and dining services also available at their restaurant.

Bathroom was very small. But still manageable. Something to consider if you are a large person.
