Great location and very friendly, helpful staff throughout. Reception staff excellent and breakfast lady very pleasant and helpful. Room cleaned every day.

Tea/coffee making facilities in room would be great, but not a problem without it.

Well, staff is perfect. Fernando definitely made our day - so extremely friendly, somewhat funny and eager to help. Location is great - right where Rome began. Amenities are OK as well - bed is comfy, water runs normally, acceptable level of noice from neighbours, old but silent aircondition, breakfast is again OK for Rome - enough to choose from even at the end of breakfast time.

What's really terrible and I can't emphasize enough that it is actully extremely terrible - is visual condition of the room. Wallpapers are stained in all type of colors you can imagine, all walls and ceiling are marked with dozens of remnants of dead mosquitoes and probably other bugs - you don't really want to open your eyes to look around when you are in your room. Another thing worth mentioning is that due to very old design - there are only a few electric sockets in the room, and they use old physical keys for all rooms which you have to return every tine you leave the hotel.

Located in an old building, very close to the Termini railway station. Many attractions are close to the hotel, there is a good selection of restaurants, coctail bar etc. nearby. The staff, especially Fernando is a national treasure of Italy, very helpful and nice people. The room was nice and clean, a bit on the smaller side, but it was enough for us as we mostly roamed the streets of Rome. They cleaned the room every day and changed sheets and towels regularly. On our last day, we could use the baggage closet for free, so we could wander around a city until our flight. Overall, probably the best place we could go.

The staff was really great. We were greeted warmly and every interaction was lovely and we felt very welcome. We needed a extra key card to get into the hotel which gave us a feeling of extra security. The breakfast was small, but totally enough and had everything and more of we wanted, so absolutely no complain here! Even though the room was small, it was totally enough, we had a TV and even a mini fridge. Also having a (functional!!!) air-conditioning was a huge blessing. We loved staying there and will certainly do it the next time we‘ll be in Rome. P.S. Pay attention when you meet Fernando, don’t interact too much with him, otherwise you maybe don’t want to leave the hotel anymore.

Good breakfast. Not much choice, but what we had was good quality. Many attractions, and the train station both walking distance. Clean rooms, nice, well equipped bathroom. Really helpful staff. They stored our luggage for nearly an entire day after checking out, which was really nice.

The neighborhood was dirty (not their fault) The parking in front of the hotel is impossible because a moped leasing business next door uses up all the place. The minibar was an empty fridge, so at our arrival, we had to start with ordering some drinks and snacks, as we arrived late, and tired.

The staff is really nice, especially Ferdinando is really nice and friendly person. He welcomes all the visitors like he is their good friend. Also, you can hear many interesting and funny stories from him. I really liked breakfast. It's not expensive and is very delicious. The location is really comfortable especially for tourists. It's near the railway station and there is a metro station, too. You can get to the main attractions in 15 minutes by feet and in 5 minutes by metro or bus. Rooms are really lovely and clean. Thank you very much to this hotel and it's staff for wonderful holidays and really good service.

The best location in Rome when you're on holiday! Termini is less than 5 mins walking and you can get to all the important places within the city quickly. Of the 4-5 staff manning the reception, we loved Fernando who optimises what a welcoming hotel staff should be like!

The room we were in had a mosquito problem whenever we opened the window. I also got bitten by some angry bug near my bed but the staff was quick to change sheets and clean up

We liked the location. So close to the train station and with very good restaurant options! Some stuff at the front desk was ok some was excellent. They helped me with trains options and plan our trip. From what I remember the breakfast was excellent! I loved the croissants! Coffee was really good and you have the option to ask for barista coffee aswell if you dont like the coffee from machine. I really appreciate this option, some 5* hotels dont have this! We like the view too.

Tv connection and fridge plug didnt work properly. I wish to have the option to cool my water bottle :(

The staff’s friendliness was what topped our stay. They were very helpful in guiding us around Rome as tourists too. The hotel made sure we had clean towels every single day, along with fresh bedsheets. When we had a small issue with the mini fridge it was dealt with as soon as possible which made us feel even more comfortable with expressing our opinion to the staff there. The breakfast staff made sure we started our day off with a smile too. It was very close to the main train stations and bus stops which helped a lot with our travel to different destinations and attractions.
