It is in a very quiet and a lovely residential area with restaurants in very close proximity. Although a team runs in front of the hotel, we were not bothered by the noise. You can hear the bells ringing in the church across the street, but not too early or too late in the day. The staff made sure all of our needs were met. They communicated frequently prior to our stay to insure that all necessary transportation was arranged from the cruise port on the day of our arrival, and they had taxis at the front door quickly anytime we asked.

A taxi or public transportation was required to visit most sights in downtown Rome, and the elevators were incredibly small for a modern hotel.

The second day I would have expected to find a shower cup but I was disappointed. In other 4 stars hotels there are toothpaste and toothbrush; cotton flock, cotton... The second day I was leaving the hotel for a meeting and I had a computer bag with wheels: the person at the desk followed me in the street asking whether I was leaving without paying the hotel. I was surprised because I had already given a credit card at my arrival with the passport and anyway all my luggages were in the room. Let us say that I understand that it might happen, but it is embarrassing even if the person tried to be as nicer as possible asking me where I was going and whether I should pay the bill.

Staff is really great and helpful, hotel is small and clean, everything is run professionally. Located in a nice neighborhood (we noticed several embassies), huge park near by. It is not crowded with tourists but is live and there is a lot of going on.

We were on the sixth floor and internet was poor to none. It is definitely related to signal since it worked perfecty in the loby. Other thing is that TV in the room was not smart TV so we were unable to put on our own content for watching. All programms in Italy are synchronized to Italian so when tv was on options were BBC news and French news in English. It is worth noting that they are supposed to renovate soon, so hopefully both issues will be addressed soon and future guests won't have the same problems.

Lovely clean hotel and great service from all the staff. Super breakfast with plenty of choice and fresh options. Located about a 30 min walk to both the city and Stadio Olympico. Great value for money when compared with other hotels closer to the centre.

Hotel was very warm throughout and aircon in the room was not very effective.

The location is good, several bus and tram stops are close by. There are a couple of supermarkets, some nice restaurants and the Borghese Gardens are less than a ten minute walk. The public areas are spacious, clean and well-furnished. The beds in our twin room were a good size and there was enough room for us to feel comfortable, including a small terrace.

There was a constant smell from the bathroom drainage that at times (flushing in other rooms?) blew foul air into the bedroom. I live in Italy and am used to the "fogna" but it's generally an external issue rather than coming from an internal bathroom so sitting in a bedroom that smelled like a sewer was rather off-putting. The bottles of water in the bedroom at a cost of €1,50 each for non or first-level Hilton Honours members was not a great touch. Each had a ticket on it advising that if you were a higher level member the bottle was free; it just felt a bit mean as bulk-buying water costs very little and would just be a nice touch to offer a free bottle as other hotel chains do.

We loved the location as it was out of the city center, hence it was more peaceful while still having cafes, restaurants and places to see locally. Had a great view from the room, and we had a large balcony - that was amazing. The breakfast room staff were really lovely and helpful!

Room service food could be improved, and having a wider selection of foods at the downstairs shop would help those who arrive late.

Everyone working at the reception was excellent and really made our experience wonderful. The reception team was welcoming, friendly, kind and happy to answer any questions we had. They also helped us book some tickets. The property was clean and modern. Nice fitness centre too.

Selected, fresh, varied breakfast. Extremely friendly staff. High level cleanliness. Location - the bus to the Vatican is in front of the hotel, the metro station is about 15 minutes (walking) to metro connection. (you have also the bus connetction) You can get any kind of ticket at the front desk of the hotel (museum, metro, bus,....)

super clean hotel, the bed is very large and comfortable. the staff were very helpful and friendly. the breakfast was very good and rich the location is a little bit far from the city center but on the other side is very close to villa Borghese and public transport stations and there is a super market just across the street.
