It was indeed a very clean room. The bathroom must have been recently renovated and it was also clean, cozy and comfortable. The area although not so close to downtown was quiet and the bus stop was almost outside the Hotel. The staff at the reception was also very kind and helpful!

Our accommodation in Rivoli was satisfying compared to the price. As a drawback, I will point out that they did not change the bedsheet although we stayed four nights (especially for a 4-star Best Western hotel, I think they do it every two nights). Furthermore, although the bath towels were replaced on a daily basis, the day before checking out they didn't and they didn't even provide the coffee machine with coffee and milk. If I wasn't satisfied with the whole cleanliness of the premises during my stay, I should have complained.

When booking, ask for room #704. It is on the ground floor corner room and has a terrace surrounded by large green bushes.[ That hides you] I was sick and stayed in my room with a bad cold the entire week. It was lovely to have two chairs and a table and be able to sit out and have some fresh air on the terrace. The room itself is large and well-equipped.A mini fridge.Large desk and suitcase storage. A chair in the room so you can sit and read and not always be on the bed. Plugs for electronics are on either side of the bed. The bathroom is large. The water pressure is fabulous. The hairdryer was great. I have long hair! Towels are large and fluffy. The bed was so comfortable! There were double doors out to the terrace so there was a lot of light in the room. Loved this hotel. I will come here again when In Rome!

I stayed at the hotel for a week. There isn't anything I have to complain about [and I was sick]

Lovely place, clean and quiet. Easy to walk from the property to the major attractions in Rome (about 40 minutes-1 hour by feet but also a lot of buses available to pick up near the hotel). Room was confy, huge bed and large bathroom. The staff was very helpful and nice.

The breakfast could have been richer (or at least to change something in the offer from one day to another) but all in all you could choose something to eat each morning.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Property was beautifully kept, clean, quite ornate. Breakfast was varied and had everything I like. Room very comfortable and had everything I needed. Had a balcony although I hadn’t requested one, though sadly didn’t use it due to the weather.

No evening meal options despite description saying there is a restaurant - I can only assume this refers to the breakfast provision.

The bed was large and comfortable; the bathroom was clean and well-equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was good to have outside space available.

The room had a slightly unfresh smell when I checked in, though this improved with windows open and fresh air. The advertised lounge/bar was often closed or unstaffed, and food was not available in the hotel itself (there is a cafe-restaurant beneath the hotel which would serve food on the hotel terrace, but it was not usually possible to get food and drink (other than breakfast) in the hotel bar. The location was good for me - working nearby - but not a particularly lively area.

Beautiful room with a big balcony and bathroom. Nice shower with plenty of hot water. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Comfy bed with big comfy pillows.

As the weather was so bad outside at the time of my stay, a lot of rain, I would have liked a little bit of heat in the room. After returning from being outside in the rain all day, a little bit of heat would have been nice.

Location for us was perfect , near wonderful restaurant called Tarverna Rosenni , near the Dutch Embassy.

The hotel is located in a neighbourhood, it was quite noisy early in the morning. We 😞 sadly experience another annoyance, our room phone kept ringing, apparently the switchboard was broken and all the incoming calls come straight to our room 102 ..

The room was cozy and the balcony was big and very nice. The staff was very helpful as well.

They only serve breakfast, the terrace and the restaurant are closed. Also, the shower has great pressure but it floods the bathroom. The hotel it’s in a cute and quiet neighbourhood, but expect a long waiting for the bus from the city center to the hotel at night and there aren’t many restaurants in a walking distance.

Room and bathroom verey clean, very comfortable bed and linen. Lovely veranda. The breakfast was again very nice. The staff was helpful and easily resolved some issues/unclarities regarding the online booking.

No restaurant/bar access or facilities available in the evening. The internet was spotty, especially in the room (2nd floor).
