Just over 10 mins walk from Termini station or 3 from Repubblica metro. Lots of buses towards from end of street. Very pleasant staff. Plenty of space in room 16. Comfy bed. Reliable wifi. On a pretty quiet street although occasional early morning noise in the shared courtyard, if you overlook it. An old style hotel, this reflected in prices.

A minor comment: while the internet point (!?) is signposted, the breakfast room on the 1st floor down 2 corridors, past various bedrooms, is not. Strange. Breakfast was ok but I would imagine they would struggle with seating/clear tables if the hotel was full (my stay was at New Year, not peak season).

We heard conversations in the next room. If you are going to Rome to sleep, then this hotel is not for you. But in general, it is tolerable, especially after a long day on your feet, you can fall asleep standing

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The reception staff was always ready to assist, and they even helped carry my luggage to the second floor. The room and bathroom were clean, with regular housekeeping and fresh towels provided. During the winter, the room was warm, and it was possible to ventilate it by opening the windows. All facilities, including water and plumbing, worked perfectly. A hairdryer was available in the room. The hotel's atmosphere conveyed the spirit of ancient Rome, which added a special charm. A special thanks to the young man at the reception who was very kind and always helped with any questions or requests.

The soundproofing in the room was not very good – in the mornings, I could hear noises from the hallway, so if you are a light sleeper, I recommend bringing earplugs. The floor was tiled and felt cold in winter, so bringing slippers would be a good idea. The breakfast was not very diverse, but this is typical of Italian breakfasts, which are usually light. The only hot dish available was an omelet; the only vegetables were cherry tomatoes, and the fruit selection included pineapple and melon. Tea was available only upon request, by asking for hot water.

The room was good - clean, nice ensuite bathroom - but not spetacular but bearing in mind the location and very good price, I wasn't expecting that. Location was great, very close to Termini station and piazza della Republica, plenty of restaurants and bars round about, within walking distance of the forum, very close to the Baths of Diocletian. Breakfast was ok - not a huge choice but nothing to complain about. Staff very pleasant and accomodating - I arrived very late due to flights being changed and it wasn't a problem.

I struggled a bit with the shower in terms of keeping the shower head in place and the cubicle was quite small. Overall, I would struggle to find anything very serious to complain about. The only thing that could have been better was knowing that the hotel was one of three (I think) in the same building and the outside signage was not that obvious - well not to me at 1a.m. in the morning.!Perhaps a note when booking to say there is a buzzer system to be let in to the hotel in the evening / night?

Everything was perfect! The hotel is very centrally located but the area did not feel extremely crowded. The metro and bus stops were less than five minutes away and there were several good restaurants around. The hotel itself was staffed by wonderfully nice and helpful people, who provided me with good recommendations and help navigating the city. The room was clean and spacious, with a desk of good size (very important when you need to work). I loved that the aircondition was a floor unit and so the cool air did not hit me on the face (like it happens when they are installed on the ceiling). The breakfast was good and had nice variety. All in all, I would totally recommend this hotel!

Everything was just perfect!

I liked everything! the room was as expected, quiet , very spacious, with all the amenities, spotlessly clean . Excellent location 3 minutes from La Repubblica metro station and 10 min from the main Roma Termini train station. Also 2 minutes away from via Nazionale, where you can find conveniently all bus routes as well! The staff was excellent, very Professional, extremely kind and friendly, ready to help with everything you asked for. My packed early breakfast package due to my early check out of the hotel , was very much appreciated ! The breakfast was sufficient, and even my request for boiled instead of scrambled eggs was accepted(as i did not eat fried food).

Hotel in an excellent location, 10 minutes from Termini Station and 2 minutes from the Republic Metro stop, situated not far from the Quirinale. The hotel occupies a wing of an ancient palace. Everything is new, in pastel beige tones. The room where I stayed is small but cozy, with almost everything you need. Breakfast, served in a lovely little room, is satisfying. The staff was extremely kind to me. The price I payed was fully reasonable for the value.

The room's equipment is good but could be improved, with a towel for the bidet, tissues, and perhaps a kettle for tea and herbal teas.

The hotel is well within the region of Rome that contains the majority of the sights. The neighborhood seemed safe. We were out after dark most nights and always felt safe. Lots of restaurants in the area. Mass transit is all around including busses and a subway stop. The breakfast is very good and plentiful including eggs, fruit, cereal, rolls and some sweet things.

Wi-fi. It was probably indicative of room 44 because of the twists and turns in the hallway. The hotel was actively trying to upgrade it for us but it will take a new repeater to reach that room. They offered to change our room and asked us every time they saw us if the tweaks they made had improved the signal.

Location is very good, close to Barberini, Rome museum, Termini station and Reppublica metro. Very clean, friendly staff. In February the room was very warm.

Breakfast is served from 7 to 9 which is rather limited. First morning we came at 8 and the buffet was empty. We had to ask the staff several times before it started to get refilled, though rather reluctantly and in very limited assortment and volume not sufficient for those waiting for food. The breakfast room is small, so be ready to compete. Though in our case the breakfast was included, we didn't come next days.
