Location is in the Quirinale area walking distance from Rome Termini. Breakfast was good. The front desk does not have 24 hr service but the area is very secure with multiple secure chk points. Easy taxi and one block from Via Nazionale. There is no easy walks in Rome so we used mostly taxis to get down to ancient centre Rome and Basilica. With good phone navigation, Trevi, Navona and great restaurants can be reached with a good pair of sneakers. Remember these are ancient streets of cobble stone combined with less ancient massive Roman buildings.

The supportive and extremely helpful staff right at the time of checking in ( Kristina), the warm and friendly buddy Sumon who really made me feel at home completely with great suggestion on mouth-watering food available nearby , super friendly conversation , gave lots of input about Rome and Italy and the lady during the breakfast sessions , the breakfast spread was really good and full of bakery product varieties.

There is nothing I disliked but in the breakfast providing some good options of fruits and omelettes or boiled eggs can lead to a great breakfast experience. Also suggest to provide a small directional map in the hotel website to let anyone understand the location a little better.

Friendly and kind staff. The ladies at the reception are adorable especially Carmella. Hotel was very clean, good value for money, Great location 8 min walk from Termini. Shops everywhere, pubs, cafés, clothing, supermarkets you name it

I didn't like the double bed with separate single mattresses, it was very uncomfortable. I hope you can work on that

A small, well-maintained hotel with a great location, and in a nice building. Though it is located in a busy area, next to the metro and many attractions, the neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant. It is 15 min walk from the railway/bus station (Termini). The hotel is clean, with everything you need in the room: basic furniture, a TV, hairdryer, toiletries, etc. The bathroom is very clean, and well-organized. WIFI signal is strong and stable. The daily room service is very good. The hotel offers a basic breakfast with fresh pastries and coffee. There was no view from the window, but I don't consider it to be a drawback as I rented a basic room just to spend several nights there.

Early check-out is not possible, the same it is not impossible to leave bags in the hotel if you want to leave before 7.00 a.m. This is a hotel policy. Though Rome is the city where you have to go sightseeing early morning if you want to avoid queues in the city itself and in Vatican and to see key attractions while they are not crowded.

Great location. With advance notice, they were able to provide me with gluten free and dairy free breakfast options every day of my week long stay. The room had everything I needed as a solo traveler; single bed, desk, chair, luggage rack, refrigerator, en suite bathroom, aircon/heat unit with remote control, window over the courtyard, etc.

People smoking in the entryway. Surprised but not surprised by the over abundance of stairs.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy, although it was short, and I do not recommend it for people over 183 cm (6 ft.) The room was nice and clean, very basic but did the job for one night. Great shower, efficient A/C. As for the breakfast, it had some nice sweet things (cakes, yoghurt, etc.), and coffee is freshly made for you. Personally for next time I'd just skip the breakfast, get the coffee, and hit the town. Overall recommended.

Staff was lovely! The location is great. Easy access to lots of shops and main attractions. I flew to Ciampino and it was easy to get to the hotel from there. If you're going go Rome to spend the day out it's a good option.

It would be nice if the window faced the street. I could hear the other guests in their rooms. But these were not things that bothered me at all as I spent the whole day out and just wanted a place to sleep and have a good shower. Very good value for money.

ALL staff were very nice and very helpful, from check in, breakfast to housekeepers. Location was great, close to Metro and many bus lines. Walkable to some tourist points.

I stayed for 5 nights. The room doesn't have sound proof ! i could hear next room talking laughing, baby crying and the worst..Snoring so loud! I couldn't sleep! .

power was out in the middle of the night on my second day of stay and didn't come back when I checked out in the morning; bathroom shower water temperature fluctuates a lot, either too hot or very cold; no 24/7 service available

The location is near the railway station, and it's easy to connect to airport as well. The staffs are so friendly, and prepare the gluten free breakfast for my daughter once I just talk at reception if any gluten free food is available around the hotel.

Non-slip mat in shower room would be better.
