Loved the location. Close to metro and a 9 min walk from termini. Food locations are close. Room was big and spacious. Also the staff were exceptional and helpful! Thank you Francesco !

The sounds echo. Missing carpet or something to offset sounds. There were drunk girls entering the hotel at 2 am. They were very loud and banging doors. So you could hear everything. Also missing a sign for hotel. I had to use maps to find it. Because you think you’re heading to Augustus hotel instead of hotel Domus

Great location 10 minutes from Termini- Rome main train station. Bed was very comfortable (great night of sleep) and room and area very quiet. From earlier annoyed posts, appears construction is finished; bathroom updated and clean. Staff very accommodating and helpful- allowed storage of baggage after 10:30 AM checkout, which was helpful. A basic hotel room w/ separate bathroom-- not fancy, but basic and does the trick. Given Rome's Jubilee Year and related crowds and higher hotel rates, decent price point.

Perhaps a small desk and chair for reading, to sit or to check internet would be helpful.

Staff was great and my room was newly remodeled and very clean. A common area for dining or catching up on emails. Vending machines on both floors was a plus! Location to buses and Termini in a few steps. Will be my go to for my next stay in Rome!

As the hotel was still under renovation a few things could have been better. My bath had a missing toilet paper holder and the shelf for toiletries. But didn't detract from a great stay. A ramp for the 5 steps from the lobby to the elevators would make it easier for luggage.

-The hotel is situated in a very central street and close to the metro, so we could walk or take buses, metros to all the places we wanted to visit, amazing! - The staff was extremely helpful and the lady that was cleaning our room did an amazing job (bed sheets changed every day, new towels,…) - room was very nice and bed was very comfortable

The only negative thing is that you have to walk up some stairs that look a bit old and not fresh but once you pas the hotel entrance it’s like another world

Honestly the bedrooms where really nice quite spacious really good location a short walk from everything and the staff where lovely

The entrance wasn’t the nicest to be honest anyone could go in and out and a lot of people gather there at night , also the bathroom seems like you may get a nice one may get a horrible one bit hit and miss

The Hotel is very centrally located and a perfect base to explore Rome and its many historical sites. Best of all is the staff that goes above and beyond to help and to make the guests feel welcome and cared for. DARIA is simply amazing! I cannot thank her enough for working her magic managing to bring back my lost piece of luggage that was forgotten in Germany by the airline. It made it to Rome just on time before embarking on the cruise. Grazie mille!

Very ventral 10min walking distance to the city center and 10min walking distance to the train station direct connection to the airport. Very clean Easy check in&out Comfortable bed Just commenting as there are a few comments about the music outside / Yes there is music outside, usually until 10 or 11pm as there is a bar. But it is totally acceptable and was not too loud in my opinion.

- Good Location ( Near rome termini , it takes 8-10 min by walk ) , you can visit almost all the places in rome by walk - There is a bus station next to the hotel ( Nazionale ) - Clean Room - Friendly Staff - 24/7 Reception ( we have check in at 2am ) - There is a lift - Good AC - The Room contain all things you need for your visit to rome

- The hotel is located on fhe 2nd floor of an old bulding with dirty entrance

Location, newly renovated, very spacious with kitchenette, excellent service from staff. TV and wifi available. Very quiet room even the city was just out front

Nothing really - though would be great if it had a luggage stand and soap holder in shower and towel rails. Some plates and cutlery would have also been handy (however these were provided when requested).

Friendly staff, spacious and clean room, good shower.

Main issue was noise - ok for us as off season but you can hear anyone in the corridors and the street outside as the soundproofing isn’t great. We always travel with ear plugs and not too many people were staying so it was fine for us this time though
