First of all, the staff were very friendly and helpfull. They welcomed us with a warm smile and gave recommendations on the city map. You can find someone at the reception during the day. They provide help on their WhatsApp line when they're not present at the reception. We stayed at the room 102 which was a standard double room. The hotel got recently renovated. Everything from furniture to plumbing was brand new. The bed and pillows were really comfy. There was towel dryer installed in the bathroom which came handy after a rainy day. There also was a capsule espresso machine and a kettle present in the room. Housekeeping was great, our room got cleaned everyday. They also changed sheets and pillow cases, and renewed coffee - tea daily. The TV in the room has Netflix and Youtube. Air conditioning was good (mind that we stayed in late April - early May). Location is great. From Termini station, you'll get here in 5-10 minutes on foot. There's also a metro station (Repubblica) close. Depending on your choice of commute, you can walk, take the metro, or rent a scooter/bike to the tourist attractions. All seemed doable to us. I recommend you get breakfast included. The breakfast is at a restaurant very close to the hotel. The breakfast menu was delicious. It certainly was worth it. Overall, we loved our stay. We'd stay here again next time.

We didn't have any complaint, but just keep in mind that If you're sensitive to noise, you may hear the motor of the main gates opening and closing after 6.pm to 9am since they keep it closed for security purposes. It wasn't a big issue to us.

Location great, far enough out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to dander to sights. The location felt very safe and close to metro stations. The room was on the smaller side but was grand for 3 nights. The room had a safe, plenty of fresh towels, coffee machine, fridge stocked ( chargeable), comfy bed, toiletries, a good warm shower, long mirror, hairdryer and wardrobe space ( only a few hangers) Check in/ out experience pleasent and quick. Nice old building with little courtyard entrance and key card entry.

Our room was beside reception/store room, it was a little noisy at times because of this.. The room was also quite dark as it faced the inner courtyard/ also time of year we visited (Feb) but no real down sides!

We had a fantastic stay AT 41. Everything was great from the size of the room and bathroom comfortable bedding, clean, everything new and excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff thank you to the young gentleman who welcomed us at reception and gave us ideas of what to do and see. We were worried that our room being right by reception would be noisy. But it was actually very very quiet. Breakfast option would have been nice but this is under development and will be ready later but there were a lot of excellent places close by. we will definitely be back here again.

Harry, at reception went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable. I mistakenly booked a 6 night stay when I should have booked 7 nights. Even though the hotel was booked up, he made it possible to stay in our room for an additional night. He always answered any of our questions with a smile and gave us good tips on how to get around using public transportation. He suggested some nice restaurant options. Harry has a great personality, we enjoyed our conversations with him. The location is convenient for walking to some sites and to the main terminal and to the bus, metro line and taxi stand and mini markets for snacks and drinks. Our deluxe size room was well appointed, spacious and very clean. The furniture is modern and simple. The room faced the courtyard is quiet. The AC worked well. The beds are comfortable. A big concern for us was to have access to reliable WiFi and we were pleased to have good service. Vouchers provided for breakfast next door at Timothy’s cafe was delicious and welcoming. The small elevator worked well.

The reception area is small so it can get crowded when guests are arriving our leaving. 24 hour concierge service is not available. The desk hours are 9am to 6pm. If there was a problem we were given a WhatsApp no. To call. It might be a concern for some people. We didn’t have any problems on our 1 week stay. There is 24 hour security on the ground floor but we did not see anyone when we entered the building at night. We assumed the security guard was in the room that is the security station.

Great & very helpful people; charming building with a vintage elevator, great location near the Republic Square & Via Nazionale & just a 20 minutes brisk walk to Venice Square. Large room, spotlessly clean, comfy bed, bathroom fitted with all possible cosmetics. Very good breakfast places all around (Oratorio just across the street makes some tasty scrambled eggs).

Coffee machine seemed rather non-cooperative. There was no room to hang a longer coat. But we managed with a hanger and the door frame :)

The hotel has a great location - walking distance to lots of sights and the station. The staff at check-in were really lovely and helpful, giving us tips for walking routes and suggestions for where to go. The room was large with good air conditioning. We had a suite, which was great for us as we were travelling with a child and we could effectively have two separate rooms for sleeping.

You always get less than you pay for in Rome I guess... this hotel is listed as a 4-star B&B on Google but you will not get the amenities you'd expect for the description. The hotel does not serve breakfast, nor does it provide any of the services you might expect of a 4-star hotel such as a 24-hour on-site concierge, room service, laundry service, restaurant, bar or similar. You're just getting a room, albeit a clean and spacious one. It is Rome, so that's how it is, but something to keep in mind when booking! Also, the beds are VERY firm, to the point of being uncomfortable for us. We were glad we were only staying for two nights.

This type of accommodation did not suit us. It states it is a hotel but it is not. The rooms are very nice and clean but the set up did not suit us.

This is advertised as a hotel but it is not. The worst part was the complicated on line check in process if you arrive after 6pm. There is no manned reception desk after 6pm. The room was quite small although it was clean and well equipped. Our train was cancelled so we were late getting into Rome. There is a tiny lift to the rooms, which is authentic but not practical. It states in the description a la carte continental or Italian breakfast can be enjoyed at the property but breakfast was at a cafe up the road. It certainly was not ‘superb’ as detailed on the site. So what we expected and what we got were completely different. Disappointed.

The staff is kind and very helpful, when we arrived they offered a map to us and they use whatsapp when the reception is not staffed. Great location walking distance to everything. The room was clean and we enjoyed the AC after a long day outside.

The only thing that could bother light sleepers was that every night you could hear the big front door being opened and closed automatically, and every time it opens and closes, you hear a very loud sound. The shower went cold quickly, so you have to take short showers. (we stayed at room 101)

A well designed, compact room with all the amenities. It was really nice to have both the fridge and an electric kettle. The location, close to Piazza della Repubblica, makes most sites within walking distance. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was superb. We arrived late and the self check in process went very smoothly. The room was nice and quiet too. Highly recommend.

Reception is open daily only from 9 to 6. Not a real problem but it’s worth considering for scheduling purposes.

The location was perfect as it is near the station and the underground. Most of the landmarks were a 15min walk away with plenty of nice restaurants and pubs close by. Staff were also very pleasant, especially Harry, who helped us with booking a couple of attractions. Room was a good size for two with very good Aircon.

Ideally would have a couple of USB power points as it only has a couple of 2-pronged ports in the room. Our room was also next to the reception/cleaning stock so it could be a little noisy in the morning but we were late starters
