Comfortable bed, and it had plug sockets on both sides. Jacuzzi bath was fab! Air conditioning worked beautifully. It was really clean and tidy. We could choose a time for breakfast to be delivered to our room and it arrived on time. Tea was made for us, too.

We had to pick limescale off the shower head to make it more powerful. The location was fine for us, but it required a LOT of walking to the different sights. Some of the light bulbs weren't working in our room. There was a bit of damp/mould on the tile grouting in the shower and a crack in the jacuzzi bath.

Rooms are very spacious and very clean, loved the jacuzzi bath in the room. There is also a separate bathroom with toilet and shower etc. Hotel is in an excellent locations we were able to walk everywhere approx 15-20 mins to Trevi Fountain/Pantheon, 20-25 mins to Colosseum and 35-40 mins to Vatican. Staff were super friendly and gave us amazing recommendations as well as a gift of Italian olive oil. Very impressed with this hotel

Shower seemed to drain quite slow so we were a bit worried we were going to flood the bathroom, so had to use the handheld shower head rather than the big waterfall head

The hotel is at great location. It is near and at walkable distance from Rome's Termini Central Station and some of the tourist attractions. The room was very spacious with walk in shower and sensory shower. Though it's right next to the main street, the room was quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the room had heater and air-conditioner as well. The room was provided with room slippers and free toiletries too. The hotel has sauna too which was very impressive. The staffs are very helpful and generous to provide room service for generous portion of breakfast containing breads, jams, yoghurt, milk, coffee, tea, juices, fresh fruits and cereals. There was free tea and coffee with percolator to heat water when the staffs are not around. There was complimentary bottle of wine and water on arrival and a pack of Italian Pasta for check-out. It was easy to self check-in and check-out, and the staffs were easily accessible for any help through phone calls. Though it's a boutique hotel, I am surprised by its service. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Rome.

The entrance door is a bit tricky to open but I was helped by the staff. I hope it will be fixed soon.

The location is perfect, within walking distance from train and bus station. Most of the attractions are within a 30-minute walk. We used local buses for most of our trips, they don't always come on time though. The apartment was very, very clean. Loved using the jacuzzi, and the accommodation has a sauna, which was a delight.

Lack of staff in the building found it weird even though they said to call for anything. We managed to leave our bags at the empty reception, and they were fine as we arrived before check-in time.

The staff were very friendly and the fact that they were very polite and knows how to speak English really helped our vacation to communicate better. The room was always clean and the part that I truly loved was our spa bath which we relaxed at the end of our day. We really appreciated that on our last day they left us local Olive oil as a complementary souvenir. For sure I will never forget this boutique hotel and will definitely come again and recommend for a romantic vacation.

The location was not like the usual entrance as a hotel but didn't bother me at all. The room made up for it because it was so beautiful!

Staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was really big. We had a shower along with a spa bath. We had a bottle of red wine in the room when we got there and a little bottle of olive oil the next day along with bottles of water each day of our stay.

They property is tricky to find as its on a third floor and there's a building across the street with the same name. I think the lady said that's the reception. But staff were really helpful and walked us across.

Room was very clean. Shower was the best I had while in Italy. The jacuzzi tub in the room was a treat to have as well. They gave a complimentary wine which was a very sweet surprise! The service and helpfulness was top notch and always reachable via WhatsApp. The location is great and a 5 minute walk to the Roma Termini Train station. About 20 minutes walk to the Coliseum and Roman Forum. 30 minute walk to Vatican. 15 Minute walk to Trevi Fountain.

Great little hotel. Only has a couple rooms and felt very exclusive. Room was bigger than the pictures looked and we booked a room with a jacuzzi - which was exceptional! The bathroom was nice and clean with a lovely shower. Also, it was extremely central, with good links to all locations. They also allowed us to leave our luggage for the day after we checked out, and kept it safe for us. Would definitely recommend this spot!

Very friendly staff who went above and beyond for our honeymoon visit, very clean apartment with a lovely hot tub/bath, location was a 10/15 minute walk from the historical monuments and areas of interest

Due to location the room is a little bit noisey at night, I think it is also under a flight path so duting the evening you can hear planes going overhead

I loved the atmosphere, the bathtub inside the room, and the complimentary items. Thank you very much for your kindness. I loved that the rooms were always cleaned again when we came back.

I would have also liked a "Do Not Disturb" sign just in case. I would also like to suggest adding a few more extra towels. But everything else was wonderful.
