Reception always works, so you can come without additional cost( as they charge it in Italy- they could charge all the things if possible), also you can leave your stuff after check out free of charge. Good location

The bed was big and comfortable. Our booking included a continental breakfast. It was ok because it's a buffet, so you can go back for more. The downstairs common areas were big and had a good selection of books to read and the vending machines were easy to operate. Option to leave luggage if needed was helpful to know. Location suited us, Circular bus 71 got us to all the places we needed. Some lovely restaurants within walking distance. There is also usual theme of street stalls.

Bedroom pictures on here need updating referring to the room we got. Room 207 was quite small as all relevant furniture just fit Did not get the room we thought we booked. No explaination given. Balls of dust under bed. Due to the red lampshades the room lite up red when lights on.

My room (in an annex) looked directly onto the lovely facade of the Termini railway station. The desk area had good natural lighting. The hotel itself is also very well placed for anyone travelling by train. Reception staff are relaxed and uncomplicated.

You have to be careful to close the door to the annex carefully, otherwise it slams shut with a big bang. The corridor accessing the rooms is lit 24/7, not only when guests are coming or going. Sockets a bit far from bed. Pointable reading-light wasn't working. The buffet area at breakfast is a bit cramped. The dining area itself is okay. The wardrobe in my room contained a lot of extra bed-linen type stuff. Hung-up clothes couldn't hang freely.

it would have been lovely to be able to make tea/coffee in the room. there was a vending machine in the lobby but didn’t do tea and it broke and was out of use for the last 2 nights. only a small point - it didn’t distract from a lovely stay.

It was great time in Rome, perfect location, great room, very nice, helpful, professional sercice, great people👍 tasty breakfast. Room cleaned, towels clean every day. I recommend to everyone. I will definity come back here soon.

This is my second stay at Hotel Kennedy, the last time was over 5 years ago. I like that the hotel is close to station so easy access from airport and sightseeing. breakfast was good, and they happily gave me a silver tray so I could take it back to my room, which I felt more comfortable doing. Excellent attentive staff, from the front desk to breakfast area. Great to be able to store luggage after checkout, happily arranged taxi, and then assisted with luggage. Thank you for a very convenient welcoming visit. I look forward to visiting again.

Wouldn't mind to have a water kettle in the room and a mini fridge but it was ok any way.

it’s location to the train station and lots of restaurants and little shops. the restaurant staff and the cleaning staff they were good. the room was large.

if you stay at the Annex the wi fi isn’t working at all. we told them every day 2 times/day and they didn’t do anything about it. you can’t use your own internet because you don’t have reception in that house. and we had ants and we had them for all the stay and they didn’t even bother to come and check.

The location is the best - just 150m from the Termini Station. The room was small but comfortable. The bathroon was functional and clean. The room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was simple but totally worthed (it is a bonus for everyone who eat gluten free - here is an gluten free option). The staff was very kind and give us the option to leave the luggage after the check out, the explore the city a few hours and to waith for the train in the lobby area!

Conveniently located just a few steps away from Stazione Roma Termini which makes it easy to reach every famous and important sites of the city including Vatican (all reachable with Metro A) plus other nearby places for example Assisi or Perugia for those interested to do day excursions.. We stayed at this same hotel (before and) after our Mediterranean cruise. During checkout the other time, I informed the receptionist that we are returning after a week and that I have already made the additional booking. However, just for a double room instead of the Family Suite that I with my daughter and mom just occupied. I said that my mom would be taking the night train to back home to Vienna on the same evening therefore a double room for me and my daughter will do.. Then I asked if my 76yr old mom can rest in the room until her departure time is up. The lady generously answered "Of course Madam, no problem. See you again in a week!" To my surprise when we checked in again after the cruise, we were given the same Family Suite by the hotel. How considerate of them to think about my mother's comfort! Thank you very much for this courtesy and hospitality that you extended to us. Rest assured that I value such act deeply! From now on, my family and I will always stay at your hotel whenever we are in Rome!!!
