good breakfast, enough for me (salty and sweet, good coffee, yougurt, fruit). Location excellent just near St Maria Maggiore church and 10 minutes from Termini station. Nice personnel.

Hotel is well located, just 6 mins walk to Termini station/food market and just 15mins walk to the Colloseum. The Hotel interior has a fancy designer look. The single room was small and basic but functional and clean, with a desk, big wardrobe and space for your luggage. The view from the window was an interesting interior or flats. The toilet and shower are nice and modern. 2x Small sachet shower gel/shampoo was provided as well as two small soap bars. The staff are cheerful, friendly, helpful and spoke good English.

The breakfast is not bad but basic: apples, bananas, oranges, bread, cheese, ham, yogurts, some cakes, corn flakes, tea or coffee and juice. No toaster, no hot food. When I asked for a toaster, they said there isn't one but they have a microwave. In the room there was no AC remote. No extra blanket or pillow, but an extra pillow was given when asked for. Flat screen TV but really small and limited to Italian TV and radio. The shower was blocked so it filled up with water like a bath. No glass for drinking.

The location is very good, just down the street from the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, next to Vittorio Emanuele metro station, and a good 10-15 minutes walk from the Colosseum. 20 minute walk to the main Renaissance attractions like the Trevi fountain, but walking around Rome is a great way to sightsee anyways. The air conditioning in the room was very strong and the so was the water pressure in the shower. A pretty good stay overall for the price.

The room could have been slightly bigger, and more amenities could have been provided (like toothpaste). The wifi was slightly slow at times.

The best part is the staff, they're really helpful. Bedroom was clean and has all you need. The price is great for what it delivers, really good cost benefit.

The breakfast is not so good, only 2 options for protein (ham and cheese) and the ham tasted so bad I couldn't eat it, and I'm not a peeky person for food, I've eaten in cheaper places than that, but I don't know where they got this ham from that even myself couldn't eat it. The croissant was supposed to be the best part, but in reality is not so good either, it has the consistency of an old croissant, like leftovers, but is eatable, just not good, you know? The capuccino and coffee were nice though.

The stay went smoothly, with not much negative points to highlight. Good location nearby Roma Termini. Nice breakfast with several options. Lovely staff. Recommend it for a low budget / short stay. Would stay there again.

Although some of these might be out of the staff’s control: - Bad wifi signal in the room, i was only able to connect to a TP-link wifi in the lobby. Nonetheless, I was warned about this issue in the check-in. Apparently they were trying to solve it in the following week days. - Bathroom fully functional but shower too small and with curtains, which made it a bit hard not to spill water to the outside floor. - In the first night I could hear chats and phones vibrating in the adjacent rooms (so noise isolation is poor, certainly common in older buildings of the city).

This hotel cost about half of other nearby hotels, all located within a few blocks of the Termini station. The room was large and the bathroom was private, spacious, and clean. The breakfast was included in the cost of the room and included cappuccino, croissants, cheese, bread, and other continental essentials.

The air conditioner made an occasional, loud rattling sound that disturbed our peace. Somehow, between midnight and 8 am we did not hear it buzz, and so we slept.

Staff was nice and helpful. Good location, 15min by walk to colosseum. Close to main station as well. Good value for the money. It was quiet in my room. Everything was clean.

Bed was kingsize but room not :). But for that money its fine. Not a room you want to stay in during the day, but why would you. No vegan breakfast, but thats usual.

The reception and people who work there are so nice. I have never felt so welcomed such as at this hotel. They go out of their way to help you,and they do it with a smile. It is close to termini, and is in centro. Close to the hop on hop bus. My room was soo hot which is exactly what I needed as it was cold 🥶. So I was warm the whole time. Didn’t even need any blankets.

I do hope they put bigger shampoo and bath containers.

the location between the train station and the neighborhood Monti is perfect. the staff was friendly. the room 203 was quiet. the bed was comfy. spare pillows available in the cupboard.

the breakfast (low quality ham and viennoiseries, only white bread) no glasses in the room, nor kettle, tea... the price of the night was expensive

We liked the location of the hotel, the staff was attentive to our requests and wishes, and speaks excellent English. In the morning there was a good breakfast in the hotel restaurant. 12 euros per adult and 6 euros per child, which is quite cheap considering the amenities and variety of dishes

When taking a shower, the bathroom floor becomes slippery. It is necessary to move carefully on the floor, especially in the shower stall.
