Very nice welcome on arrival and excellent location, which is why we would always recommend the hotel. From here you have the possibility to travel quickly and easily throughout Rome.

The room was always cleaned during the stay, but upon arrival there was unfortunately still a lot of hair in the bed and room. Unfortunately, also in the blankets from the closet.

Roberto is the best host ever, recommended very good restaurants to try and places to visit :) Rome To Stay was easy to find, closest metro station is about 3min, supermarket Castoro 2min, Termini 6min by foot. So it's located in a central place, but the room is quiet. Leaving the luggages after check-out is possible, which is a big help if you travel with a plane. The bed is comfortable, the balcony is decorated with some cute flowers. After a long and exhausting day, returning our room was felt like home.

I stayed at a small beautiful cosy room with the great view of basilica papal di santa maria maggiore, nice and very clean, only a few minutes to termini and a few steps to bus stop no.71, Roberto was very helpful, friendly and trustworthy, I have to put my suitcase for at least one night somewhere because of my journey schedule and he kindly accepted to keep it safe till I return from another town, he always ask the questions and help you in the fastest way he can with a smile and very kind manner, I’ve enjoyed my separated four nights stay in Rome to stay.

The host - Roberto is very helpful and friendly person. If you don’t have idea what to visit in Rome he definitely helps you. Check-in hours are flexible and it is a big advantage. Localization is excellent: close to Roma Termini, metro and city center with the most popular attractions. The room is very clean and nice. I had beautiful view of the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore.

In the evenings it is a little bit noisy outside, but if windows are closed it is almost not noticeable.

Everything was excellent, especially considering the price. The location, cleanliness, and friendly staff were definite highlights. Roberto, in particular, was extremely responsive and helpful, answering my questions at any time of the day.

While my stay was pleasant overall, the facilities could use some updates. It would be great if the fridge was replaced with a newer model, and additional cutlery and kitchenware would enhance the kitchen experience.

Can't say enough about the location. Close to train station yet close to many of the sights. Good choice of restaurant and cafes nearby. Even found a small bar with musicians jamming some folky blues. The host was friendly and the check in went smooth. The room was comfortable with a nice street view. Added an additional night in Rome and would have loved to stay here but they were fully booked. They were great about holding our luggage until we checked in to our next place.

Roberto is a great host, he welcomed me warmly and provided me with valuable information about the surrounding area, cultural sites, local restaurants, and bars. it's possible to check in until the evening, and that's an added value. The location is extremely convenient, a few minutes on foot from the train station, and close to the metro and bus stops. One can easily reach the Fori Imperiali and the Colosseum walking. The room was spotless, and the bed was comfy. Very quiet area during the night, with no noise.

The room was clean and the location was excellent. It’s very close to the famous Basilica of Saint Mary Major, or church of Santa Maria Maggiore. Rome Termini station is also walking distance. There are plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. Although the room was small, it was fine for us because we were there for two nights.

The room and the bathroom were quite small. Then again, this is what you get in major European cities for this price.

Roberto was a fantastic host, he helped us navigate the city by giving us useful advice and spending time explaining different public transport systems to us when we required. The rooms were very clean, air conditioner worked a treat, it was over 40 degrees in Rome during our stay but our room was always nice and cool. The space was smaller but very safe, comfortable and accommodated all of our needs well.

Roberto was very friendly and hospitable. He was helpful when finding myself in a sticky situation. Check in was easy. The facilities were very clean, a safe location and good WiFi. The cold water in our fridge every day was much appreciated during the 35+ days! Beds were comfortable and Netflix was available. Would highly recommend!!

Not an issue with the rooms or hospitality but fyi for people with mobility issues, the rooms are on the 4th floor. There is an elevator but it is super tiny.
