Everything was perfect. Several minutes walking distance to all kinds of transport, walking distance to Vatican city and Villa Borghese park, actually to all main attractions. Super friendly hosts, thank you, Lawrence, for your kindness and wonderful atmosphere and for freshly baked croissants. Very beautiful classic rooms, comfortable beds. Beautiful breakfast made with love for the guests. Coffee, tea, fruits are available all the time. We liked everything here

Everything. - The person who takes care of the B&B was extremely nice and helpful - location is excellent, less than 30 minutes walk from the pantheon, less than 5 minutes walk to the metro, 40 minutes to the Vatican, etc Area is super quiet so really good to avoid the noisy city centre and the crowd - breakfast is really good - coffee and tea as well as fresh water available at all time - bed was super comfortable, bedroom was cleaned everyday. Bathroom was more than enough for us.

The mosquitoes that destroyed us - nothing to do with the B&B but worth mentioning because it was hell and they deserve a mention

We stayed for 3 nights (2 adults and a young child) to visit the city. The position was just perfect: Prati is a lovely neighborhood, quiet, safe and well connected. The host, Claudia, was incredibly kind and helpful, going out of her way to assist us. The room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the mini fridge was useful. The shared area had free access to drinking water, tea and coffee, and the breakfast (served in the room) was lovely. If you want modern or trendy decor for your Instagram page, this might not be the place for you, otherwise I would warmly recommend this lovely b&b to anyone visiting Rome.

excellent location, always walked from the hotel to all attractions, cleaning every day, the room smells nice, a huge bonus in our room was a small balcony, the bed was large and very comfortable, coffee/water/fruits are available 24/7

Walls are very thin, you can hear literally every rustle in the corridor and from the street, the breakfast was very lacking in some vegetables and eggs/protein. There was a very loud noise coming from upstairs for several nights in a row, the neighbor’s child was jumping very loudly, screaming, running, going off crazy..it was very difficult to sleep :(

Breakfast was great, and everything we asked for was provided. The room was very clean, with a great balcony where we could eat breakfast. Location was perfect for us, we were able to walk everywhere.

Everything was great. Gordon was very helpful. The accommodation is about a 10-minute walk from the Vatican and a perfect starting point for all the sights. The accommodation was very clean, the room spacious. You order breakfast the day before (coffee, tea, sweet, salty food, cereal, fruit) and Gordon will bring it to your room at the time you want. There is a coffee machine in the corridor (which was a godsend for me) and a water machine. If I ever go to Rome, I will definitely come here.

Location was outstanding, walking distance to all major attractions. Bus stop and subway were just around the corner. Staff was extremely friendly, fresh breakfast served to the room was great - very nice that staff was open to any requests in changes (more ham, less cheese, etc.) upon departure we received sandwiches 'for the road'. Interiors create cozy and intimate feeling.

Small elevator makes it really difficult to get around with bigger suitcases or baby strollers. Other than that we can't complain.

Lawrence was great! So nice and readily available. Room was attended to every day. Cozy stay for those looking for a calm, and friendly stay in Rome.

One of the best choices "value for money": spacious, clean room with all necessary amenities! The employee (my special greetings to the Mr. from Kerala and my deepest apologies for not remembering his name) was far beyond than helpful and polite!!! The breakfast served in the room was great and it was the perfect start before heading to Rome sightseeing! The location was very convenient - only few meters from metro station Lepanto and a short walk of 10 minutes to piazza del Popolo! All in all highly recommended!!!

I have been lucky. I got a suite for the price of a double. I enjoyed the room. The breakfast was good and abundant. It's not far from the subway station, and you can walk, crossing the river, until Piazza del Popolo.

I cannot say I dislike something. I have just to say that it's anyway a b&b, a good b&b, but not an hotel. Before it was an apartment and the common spaces are reduced to the minimum even if you can find always cold water and hot coffee and even a little sofa in the common space. Another thing that is useful to know is that they use a set of soap made with olive oil. This is good for skin and it's a good soap but remember when you wash your feet that they could become slippery, more than with other soaps.
