Everything was perfect. Several minutes walking distance to all kinds of transport, walking distance to Vatican city and Villa Borghese park, actually to all main attractions. Super friendly hosts, thank you, Lawrence, for your kindness and wonderful atmosphere and for freshly baked croissants. Very beautiful classic rooms, comfortable beds. Beautiful breakfast made with love for the guests. Coffee, tea, fruits are available all the time. We liked everything here

excellent location, always walked from the hotel to all attractions, cleaning every day, the room smells nice, a huge bonus in our room was a small balcony, the bed was large and very comfortable, coffee/water/fruits are available 24/7

Walls are very thin, you can hear literally every rustle in the corridor and from the street, the breakfast was very lacking in some vegetables and eggs/protein. There was a very loud noise coming from upstairs for several nights in a row, the neighbor’s child was jumping very loudly, screaming, running, going off crazy..it was very difficult to sleep :(

We stayed for 3 nights (2 adults and a young child) to visit the city. The position was just perfect: Prati is a lovely neighborhood, quiet, safe and well connected. The host, Claudia, was incredibly kind and helpful, going out of her way to assist us. The room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the mini fridge was useful. The shared area had free access to drinking water, tea and coffee, and the breakfast (served in the room) was lovely. If you want modern or trendy decor for your Instagram page, this might not be the place for you, otherwise I would warmly recommend this lovely b&b to anyone visiting Rome.

Breakfast was great, and everything we asked for was provided. The room was very clean, with a great balcony where we could eat breakfast. Location was perfect for us, we were able to walk everywhere.

Location was outstanding, walking distance to all major attractions. Bus stop and subway were just around the corner. Staff was extremely friendly, fresh breakfast served to the room was great - very nice that staff was open to any requests in changes (more ham, less cheese, etc.) upon departure we received sandwiches 'for the road'. Interiors create cozy and intimate feeling.

Small elevator makes it really difficult to get around with bigger suitcases or baby strollers. Other than that we can't complain.

Lawrence was great! So nice and readily available. Room was attended to every day. Cozy stay for those looking for a calm, and friendly stay in Rome.

One of the best choices "value for money": spacious, clean room with all necessary amenities! The employee (my special greetings to the Mr. from Kerala and my deepest apologies for not remembering his name) was far beyond than helpful and polite!!! The breakfast served in the room was great and it was the perfect start before heading to Rome sightseeing! The location was very convenient - only few meters from metro station Lepanto and a short walk of 10 minutes to piazza del Popolo! All in all highly recommended!!!

First off, my guy Lawrence was amazing. he is supremely polite and accommodating. you cannot ask for a better person to deal with during a stay. the room was well appointed, had everything you could want, and the breakfast was very good. two blocks from a metro and a shorter walk to the Tiber, the location is best for a visit to the Vatican or Castel Sant Angelo as they are walkable. Still, the metro is very convenient. Did I mention how great our host Lawrence was?

Honestly, nothing. It isn’t the Ritz or Four Seasons but it isn’t supposed to be, and it rivals most main stream hotels for accommodation.

I have been lucky. I got a suite for the price of a double. I enjoyed the room. The breakfast was good and abundant. It's not far from the subway station, and you can walk, crossing the river, until Piazza del Popolo.

I cannot say I dislike something. I have just to say that it's anyway a b&b, a good b&b, but not an hotel. Before it was an apartment and the common spaces are reduced to the minimum even if you can find always cold water and hot coffee and even a little sofa in the common space. Another thing that is useful to know is that they use a set of soap made with olive oil. This is good for skin and it's a good soap but remember when you wash your feet that they could become slippery, more than with other soaps.

I really enjoyed staying in this location. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Lawrence in a very pleasant way, he explained the keys to the door, showed us how the electronics work in the room and because he saw us tired he tried to make the accommodation process very simple. Later we also met Claudia who is super nice. Breakfast is delicious, you have a wide range of food to choose from and you can pick a new combination every day. The location is perfect, being away from the crowded tourist areas but at the same time the Lepanto metro station and buses make it possible to visit any tourist attraction very quickly. But you can also walk to them without any problems. And the cleanliness is exceptional every day we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the room looked, and the beds are very comfortable we had a great sleep.
