Great location, metro station is close, city is in walkable distance. Staff is kind and helpful, big ups you guys 🤜🏼🤛🏼! Clean rooms, great heating and well pressured shower.

Passcode entrance is somewhat sketch, rooms are definitely not sound proofed as you can hear guests are arriving/ leaving etc. Noisy balcony due to heavy traffic. Breakfast not included which is a bummer. Bed and bedding could be upgraded.

The guest house is located within 30 minutes walk of most of the main attractions in Rome (Vatican, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps)and is close to the Lepanto Metro train station which will take you directly to the centre of Rome for €3 each way (colluseum, forum etc). You also felt very safe at night in the area of the guest house. The breakfast was very good and included cereal, yoghurt, fruit, tea/coffee, cold meats/cheese, croissants and cakes

The sink plug (room 6) stuck in the closed position and had to be pushed back up a few times

Location is great, 20-30 minutes walk to the Spanish steps, the Vatican, Piazza Navona etc. The area is calm and safe. The hotel is 5 min away from the subway station and very close to several bus lines. There is a supermarket nearby that is open until 20:30. Our room was spacious and clean, with a big bathroom. There isn't a mini fridge, water kettle or things like that in the room itself, but there is a common kitchen area. The personnel was kind and nice, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay here.

Not a negative per se, but keep in mind that there isn't always a person at the location. When we arrived we had to call the number and wait for 10-15 minutes for someone to come and check us in. The rooms are located in a residential-looking building, so look at the doorbells and you'll find the name Prima Guest House.

The propriety was beside the river, and in a rage of 30-40 minutes away from the main attractions. I left my car in the parking place all the time, because driving in Rome can be a big challenge. We receive the keys from an employer. The breakfast was in a long kitchen with 4-5 tables. It had everything from cereals, eggs, cheese, croissants, coffee, tee, salami, ham or different yogurts.

the elevators are quite small, even if the is a big building of apartments. Is not enough place for you and 2 large luggages. The furniture is quite old. I would be nice to have some shampoo or hand-soap.

We arrived very late (2 am) and were received for check-in in a pleasant and attentive manner. The room was very clean and was cleaned every day. The bed was very comfortable and unlike many places in Italy, it consists of a double mattress and not 2 single mattresses. The staff was welcoming and attentive to every request, question and need. Very strategic location! Walking distance from all the important attractions in Rome - the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain, Piazza del Popolo, restaurants and pizzerias, the Spanish Steps, the Vatican and much more... There is a supermarket right below the guest house and it has everything you need from food to chocolates for the family! Close to metro station and bus stop to FCO airport. Amazing view from the room facing the Tiber River. There is a hair dryer, shampoo and soap in the shower. There was hot water in the shower at all hours of the day.Very Good WiFi connection. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back again! THANK YOU!

The breakfast was very good! But it would be nice if there were vegetables and maybe hard-boiled eggs and an omelet :) Also, there is car noise because of the main street, but once you close the window it's fine. Weak lighting in the central space of the room, stronger light is required.

The staff was very kind. Even though we arrived very late they gave me full information on how to do self-check-in. Also, wifi was working well. We had a small fridge, they prepared cold water for us and we had a big wardrobe with many hangers

I think that it was not enough clean, the bathroom was full of long hair. The air conditioner was not working well. And the neighborhood was very loud

Everything was top notch! The bed was so so comfy, the staff were so helpful and had good english. I asked for a kettle at one point and when we came back from a day out walking around the city, they had the kettle waiting for us in the room. We had a lovely view of the river and the room was cleaned every time we came back during the day. The shower was lovely and all the facilities were very straightforward. We had breakfast on the last day and they had a great spread laid out for us. Couldn't fault it!

Honestly I can't really fault it and we really enjoyed our stay. It's on quite a busy road so it can be a bit loud but the windows are sturdy and block out the noise well. It is a good walk out of the city which didn't bother us as we liked to walk around the place but something to note for others: the metro is a 5 min walk from this hotel and will take you into the centre of town in 15 mins!

Awesome location. It was only a 5 minute walk from the metro, and very easily walkable to lots of great restaurants, bars, and attractions nearby. The room was super clean, the bed was great, and we loved the little balcony. Highly recommend.

The room was pretty basic and could have been better equipped in terms of a kettle, coffee-maker, mini-bar, etc. and the breakfast offered seemed over-priced.

A pretty nice place near a metro station and not far from the Piazza del Popolo. The room was spacious but a bit old. The mattress was very soft and comfortable. People at the front desk are not always there, so be ready to agree upon the arrival time in advance. Our flight got delayed, so we arrived really late, but the staff was kind and ready to wait.

Since our room was at the very end of the hall, the wifi reception was extremely weak. Our phones would often lose connection and we had to move closer to the door to connect back to the wifi.

The people working there were really lovely, trying to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast was really good! The bed was the best, helped me rest as I was there for my Master with plenty of work to do.

Just the balcony could have better setting, but it has a great view!
