Very clean hotel, although a little bit outdated. Super nice personnel! Convenient location to the main train/metro/bus station Termini (2 blocks away) and other tourist highlights ( e.g.: 20 min by foot to Colosseum, forum Romanum, Palatine hill, Piazza Venezia, Via del Corso Piazza della Republica - 10 min away). Breakfast was nice, it was possible to take both, Italian and Continental.

Bathrooms definitely need adaptation (shower is way too small, upgrade of pluming installation) and rooms need refurbishment. Air condition with mini refrigerator in room is a must. Not suitable for people with high expectations for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast - it's necessary to upgrade it with choice of food and drinks for people who have medical issues (diabetes, lactose intolerance, allergies...), more fruit, nuts, vegetables etc. Little bit pricey on the account of being kind of obsolete (still you have to keep in mind that everything is more expensive in downtown).

It was an one-night stay in this area so that we could get on the first morning train to the airport. In fact, I would recommend this Termini area and this nice hotel for a longer stay: the accommodation is so lovely, the room was rather large, with two very comfortable twin beds (I really enjoyed the firm and supportive mattress after sleeping on more supple beds at other hotels in Rome). Lots of nice restaurants around, we had a decent meal at Aquila Nera nearby. I especially loved the window view to the inner courtyard, so authentic, mamma mia! That was a night after a heavy evening rain, with a yelling seagulls somewhere around and a fabulous nightingale song. Such a wonderful last touch of the eternal city! The staff was so nice. We arrived in the morning and were allowed to leave our luggage until check-in. The next day, our dear night porter let us out so early in the morning. Thank you!

No complaints.

The breakfast was good and the location was great. Many restaurants in the area and very close to the train station.

The air conditioning doesn't work very well. The elevator stops between floors and you take the stairs down to get to the room. The shower was very small.

The staff was very friendly, specially Ivano at the reception. He explained to us, in detail of how to go about the site seeing tours. The staff were ever smiling. The room was decent enough and the beds were very comfortable..Also iron was available at short notice. The best part is there is a laundry service right outside the hotel and also the Hotel is just a 2 min walk from Roma Termini..

The Air condition in the room was not providing a cooling effect..

Located in Esquilino, this hotel is very central. I just moved to Rome from the US and stayed here while I searched for an apartment. The central location made it so easy to get around, the room was just what I needed, simple yet comfortable, and the staff was so friendly! I booked this hotel because of how cheap it was, so I really wasn’t expecting much. I was very pleasantly surprised.

My only complaint would be how thin the walls are. Hearing toddlers yell and sprint down the hallway wasn’t ideal when overcoming my jet lag, but I guess that’s just a part of hotels

The location, close to Termini Station, allows to reach any place in the Rome City center with public transportation or comfortable walks. The Staff is always available and friendly, above all Alessandro. The room was generally comfortable.

They have a failure in the cooling air conditioning that limited the fresh air during the day.

A 10minute walk from the station, close to bus stops that go all over Rome! Walkable distance to all major attractions however we took the bus as the heat was intense! The rooms were very clean, fresh towels and they had a lift which was wonderful as our suitcases were very heavy. The lady on reception was professional and the night receptionist, Alex, was so funny and friendly! The first night the light had gone out in our room, he was so apologetic and had it fixed the following morning. the second night, we had ants in our room and again he sorted it for us (this was our fault as we had eaten Mcds in the room). The restaurant across the road were very welcoming and bent over backwards to accommodate, very happy to recommend them for dinner!

The man that oversees the breakfast room in the morning is surly and unwelcoming. He stands there watching over you as if breakfast wasn’t included in your booking!

In general it was a positive stay...clean hotel and very close to termini station. Single room had a terrace which was a plus considering the size of room. Breakfast had good croissants...not sure why milk is served hot though especially when having it with cereal.

Kept hearing the sound of the lift outer door closing each time someone uses it at night which is not the most pleasant.

The location of the hotel was perfect!! It is only a few minutes away from the Termini and there are excellent bus and train connections. It's easy and quick to reach the most important attractions by foot and there are lots of restaurants and shops in the area. My room was clean and everything worked (air conditioner, TV). There is a 24hr reception and staff are very friendly and helpful. There is also luggage storage and it was not a problem at all to leave my bag there. The breakfast buffet was good with different foods and drinks (coffee, juice, bread, eggs, ham, cheese, jam, honey, cereals, fruits, etc) and for me personally more than enough. There are no extra things in the room like a fridge, coffee machine etc but I didn't need that as I was out all day. So overall the hotel was a great choice for me.
