The location was perfect for us, as we walked most of our time in Rome to all the sightseeing destinations. I also thought the breakfast was one of the better options of all the hotels we stayed in during our two week period of travel around Italy. The staff was very friendly, very helpful, and very understanding of our needs when we needed a place to store our bags before checking in (we were really early but didn’t want to drag around luggage all day). We also decided to check out a couple days early so that we could make an additional spontaneous side trip to Florence, and we knew we couldn’t get a refund on the last couple days since our decision was so last minute, but the staff did serve us breakfast the next morning before we left even though we left early before breakfast officially started, which was very nice and generous. Overall a really great experience!

The bed for me and my partner was just two twin beds pushed together on wheeled frames, so our beds easily rolled apart. I move a lot in my sleep, so it was more noticeable for me. Overall, this is pretty minor, and I would still stay at Hotel Maryelen again because everything else was good.

Very comfortable and friendly place and room, this is why this was my fourth stay. Air conditioning in the room, a must in hot July. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice (cereal, fruit, ham and cheese, pastries, juices, and proper coffee and cappuccinos), with friendly staff.

The little fridge in my room did not work, this was reported to reception but it was not fixed during my stay.

Nice apartments, near train station. Easy to reach, nice neighborhood, a lot of restaurants around. Since it on the hill easy to reach main sight seen points. Room cleaning was every day.

Very small bathroom.

Hotel is very close to Termini station but also Colosseo at walking distance. Breakfast is not buffet, you can chose from limited selection but it is nice to have at the start of the day. Staff was very helpful, they let us leave our luggage on the checkout date until very late. It is very good choice for 1-2 nights stay in Rome, room is spacey and clean, with air-condition

Like in other cities, the neighborhood close to any station is not very clean and nice.

A great hotel the night prior to our flight. Rooms have been updated since the last time I was there. Good Breakfast was included, cappuccino, large Cornette, fruit, meat & cheese. Clean, great staff quickly adjusted our air conditioner due to height humidity in Rome. My 2nd time here, great value. Church of Maria Majore just down the street, and Termini Train Station.

No complains, have recommended to friends.

a dirty shower curtain, someone else's cola in the fridge, stains on the towel,a bed that is made of two separate ones, when I tried to sleep in the middle one, the beds moved apart and I almost fell

Problem with electric switches as really need change …was scared to touch at times
