The hotel is located in the third floor of an old historic building and super close to the Coliseum!! I traveleled with my husband and my 2 teens, our room was spacious enough for the 4 of us, with very confortable beds with extra pillows, the bathroom was very small, but nice and clean. The staff was great, super helpful and always with a smile!!! There are lots of restaurants close by, a mini market right infront and you can walk to many of Rome main tourist sites from there. We walked everywhere!! The breakfast was very good, they do not serve the breakfast at the hotel though, the cafeteria is very close, (3 min. walk) and the cofee, food, pastries and service were great!!! Our overall experience was really good, I would book this place again!

Things to consider if you book this hotel: The street below is noisy at night, specially during weekends, so you might want to consider wearing ear plugs. We stayed 3 nigts, I only used ear plugs one night . Our bathroom was very small, specially the shower.

I liked everything! The location is perfect and near the Colosseum and the city centre. The room was clean (and I am always worried about cleanness when I travel) so it was refreshing to enjoy clean and comfortable room. The bed was double but very big so it was good for me and my mom to share it. There was a fridge inside the room. It was February and the room was warm enough. The staff was friendly and very enthusiastic, their English is perfect, I received all the help that I needed with different information and also leaving luggage on the first and the last day. It was the best choice to book this hotel and I plan to come here next time! We had a wonderful trip to Rome. 😄

Everyone says there is no central location that is walking distance to Everything in Rome. This is mostly true, however we found that from our hotel, we could easily walk to anywhere that we wanted within typically 25 minutes. Vatican city was the exception at closer to a 45 minute walk but we stopped at a restaurant for lunch about halfway back to make the walk more doable. The colosseum was about 10-15 minutes and just around the corner, the train station was about 15 minutes, Trevi fountain about 20-25 minutes, etc. The hotel has an elevator which is amazing for luggage and after all the walking! The host, Jade, was friendly, knowledgeable and excited to help in any way she can including recommendations. The room was huge and clean, it easily fit 5 of us and had a private bathroom.

The windows allow a lot of the noise traffic into our rooms, between10pm-2am we had loud shouting and music outside our room even 3 stories up that was quite loud.

The location was ideal for the Coleseum and The Roman Forum. The surrounding area was very good for restaurants and walking around. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

Interesting place with a rickity old elevator that was a bit scary, but in a building that old, I guess it is to be expected. My husband did get stuck in the elevator for a brief period of time, but they got him out. This was a hotel I picked for our post-cruise stay. We paid about the same price for a different hotel for our pre-cruise stay. The other hotel had a lot more to offer for the price.

Location is 10/10, the 24/7 check-in was essential for us since we arrived at 01:15 in the morning. The room was ok, I think it is good value of money. Also, the landlady was supernice, and her english was good! :)

The room was noisy, not because of the location but because of the poor insulation. We could here everything from other rooms and the corridor. It did not bother us, because we woke up early, but one should take that into consideration if want to stay bed in the morning.

the location was excellent, close to most sites and the Metro. Very convenient, close to restaurants, shops etc, but away from the main areas of hustle and bustle. unusual hotel occupying the third floor only of a building, but was clean, friendly staff, room a bit small, but comfortable bed and excellent shower with a great view!

The room was a bit small, and was noisy at night due to proximity to bars and restaurants.

The location was excellent,in the center of all the most visited atracion and restaurant and mini market, souvenir for all of your need! Comfortable even for a big group of family. Very cultural Roman style building and well maintained! Wi-Fi service is very good!

Should provide at least 2 bottles of water in the fridge, because of our late arrival and can’t get any water in late hour because tried of the delay flight ,didn’t go down to get drinks .

Great location - traditional restaurants, small stores, Foro Romano and Colosseum in the nearest neighbourhood. Comfortable room, clean and quiet, with a great view. Friendly and helpful staff, good hotel service. Good wifi and air condition.

A bit small wardrobe closet. On the weekend nights music can be heard from street performers in the room (not too loud).

This hotel was a small cute antique hotel. The rooms were big and you use 🔑s to get in.The AC worked. You could also open the windows and had a great view of downtown. We got the corner room where you can see both sides of the street. I love that almost everything was within walking distance. We didn't even need the Roma pass, good thing we didnt buy them. The only thing that wasn't close by was the Vatican city. We try walking over there, but ended up taking the city bus (~$2) because it was too hot and humid. We did walk back, but it was cooler in the evening. We also walk from train station to the hotel. It wasn't too long of a walk. I think like 15 mins. There's a small elevator as well that was great to carry the luggage up/down. Didn't have issues with the wifi.I felt safe at the hotel and would recommend.

The beds for my taste were a little too firm, but everyone else like them. Since it is downtown you are in the middle of everything, so naturally it's loud. I'm not sure if there was a game going on,but it was very loud on one of the nights. I was able to sleep through the noise, but the light sleepers from my family did had some trouble sleeping. The overall stay was good and these issues would not stop me from staying here again. I would stay here again because of the location.

It was very naturally Italian, perfect for our stay. The lady running the hotel couldn’t have been more helpful. All of the staff were perfect. The room has powerful shower, plenty of hot water, and very efficient a/c. The bed was so comfortable we wanted to bring it with us. Wonderfully cleaned every day. We would recommend anyone to stay here.
