Fantastic location in a great neighborhood with amazing views of the Forum. the rooftop bar is a must. wonderful old world charm which we prefer. Bed was SUPER comfy. Big Room and good shower. The staff was so so very nice and kind to us, everyone of them. Please know that the plugs are old and don’t ask for an “adapter” for your electrical devices ask for a CONVERTER. I learned this the hard way when one of my devices blew out from the 220 surge. The staff were super sweet and gave some credit on the bill. thanks again for your kindness. We loved the stay. Also know this hotel is in a very busy area and you can easily hear the street entertainers music from the Forum and the windows in the hotel did a great job of cutting that noise out when we closed them.

Wi-Fi was spotty at times

Very comfortable room with a view of the Forum. Central to everything I wanted to see. Great restaurants nearby as well.

I stayed on the 4th floor and I could hear the floor above (the rooftop bar I think), chairs and footsteps etc. After a day of exploring, it wasn't enough to stop me from getting to sleep.

Location fantastic Rooftop bar great - but all tables reserved - maybe remind people to reserve! Unusual for a bar.

Bedding - 2 white sheets needed around duvet!! I always remove the top bedcover in a hotel, but in this one there was then no sheet over the duvet (also probably not cleaned between guests!)

Location doesn't get much better and the roof deck bar not only has a fabulous view but a really nice vibe. We will stay again when in Rome.

Everything was really nice. My only suggestion for improvement would be to let guests know in advance that if they need to park that the zone in which the hotel is located doesn't allow people to enter until 6 p.m. so you could actually get stuck with no place to park from 2-6 if you plan on coming at check in time of 2.

The location is perfect, and the more traditional vibe of this hotel works very well in the area. The rooftop bar has fabulous views and the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and service was of a high standard.

I could hear quite a lot of noise from the corridor at night. However it is a very old building so in part this was to be expected and there was a step outside my room that creaked every time someone stepped on it, but potentially there could be greater soundproofing to the doors to the rooms.

It's 5 meters from Rome Forum, hence the name! It's walkable to all major attractions of Rome. 3 minutes to Colosseum. 10 minutes to Trevi Fountain. It's close to Metro but no need. I even walked to St. Peter's Basilica in Vatican and walked back. It took 40 minutes but you got to enjoy everything along the way. The room is compact but has everything you need. It even has a folding desk that's more comfortable than the desks of some bigger rooms I stayed in the past. Sparklingly clean. Bed was comfortable. The double layered wooden windows can keep the room as light-proof as you like for a good night's sleep. Very happy with my 5-night stay here!

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Monti, which is only a short walk from the Colosseum, the forum and all the main attractions of central Rome. The staff is an absolute delight, everyone really helpful and lovely. The roof terrace is an absolute dream. I had breakfast and drinks and it was the most beautiful view. I had the loveliest birthday long weekend. I will definitely come back. Thank you

The only one thing I didn’t super love was my room view. it was internal on a tiny courtyard part of the building, so there wasn’t much sunlight coming in. But it could be easily overlooked compared to the beauty of the place and the perfect services.

Great location and affordable price. Rooms were comfortable and roomy. The roof top bar has a nice view but is a bit pricey. I did forget a piece of jewelry in my room at check out and they held onto it in the safe until I could retrieve it a few weeks later.

Lovely hotel - really friendly staff, and beautifully decorated in traditional style. Bed was really comfortable and room was quiet (and dark with curtains drawn at night). The highlight of this hotel is the rooftop bar which has fantastic views of some of the key sights in Rome. Also location is good - central and walking distance from Colosseum.

There was no free water in the room, or hair conditioner/body moisturising cream in the bathroom. The hotel did supply shampoo and shower gel, but In a 4* hotel I would expect these items as well as standard.

The location of this property was KEY! We booked this hotel simply due to its amazing location. It is a 5 minute walk to the Colosso. We were very pleased. As for the hotel room, it was extremely small. The room was the size of the double bed basically. The bed was also uncomfortable. BUT the rate for the room was inexpensive and we didn’t anticipate an amazing stay. The hotel has a rooftop bar that was awesome. We went up there for a night cap and the views were lovely. The AC was great and the room was clean.

The size of the room. Extremely small. The room measurements should be listed on the website. We would have upgraded our room size to have a more comfortable stay.
