Location is great, room was cleaned every day. Tea and coffee were available in the room every day. Since we stayed in a corner room, we did not hear any noise, but there was a sound problem in the bathroom. It was a very comfortable stay as everything in the hotel is automatic. I recommend the restaurant called 'il brigantino' located 50 meters from the hotel. It is the restaurant with the most affordable prices and the most delicious food among the restaurants we visited during our trip to Rome. Also, the cheapest way for those coming from CIA airport is to buy a ticket for 2 Euros from the ATAC ticket vending machine at the airport, get off at the Cinecitta metro stop with bus number 520 from platform 7, and get off at the Vittorio Emenuella stop by metro (you can use the same ticket).

Even though I selected the baby cot option when making the reservation, they did not ask for an extra fee during payment. However, after booking, an extra fee of 10 Euros was requested for each day for the baby cot. This is a very wrong system. It is stated in the hotel information that baby cots are chargeable. For those who want a baby cot before the reservation confirmation, a warning is required stating that the baby cot is chargeable.

They answered a lot of questions via message without waiting. Room is good size and shower temperature is perfect. Not cold and not hot.

Difficult to find entrance at first time. It can be noisy but it's not hotel fault. The people on the road may make a lot of noise. I stayed during quiet season. If you consider staying during high season and sensitive to noise, you may consider bringing ear plug. But it's worth staying here. Wonderful stuff and location.

Room and hotel were perfect as a solo traveller and had everything that I needed. Central location close to Termini station, and close to other transport links (buses and Metro). There was some noise in the area generally however it calmed down before the night, and in any event the hotel provided ear plugs. I did not hear any noise from fellow guests. Cleaners in the morning were quiet. Good communication from the staff via Whatsapp prior to my arrival - they were accommodating to my arrival time and made sure everything was ready for me.

The shower could have benefitted from a little shelf for my products, rather than putting my products on the shower floor.

Location was excellent within walking distance to the train station and convenient to walk around to major sites. Also very nice that it was in a quiet side street with gated entry. The staff was very helpful in letting us leave our luggage early. Rome is expensive and, the hotel was reasonable for the basic room that we stayed. It was clean and shower felt good after a long day of touring. Right around the corner are excellent restaurants.

The room was simple and plain, the place is dated and the bathroom shower had mildew in the corners, but other wise was clean.

A small room part of a larger complex of rooms. The room was clean with all amenities, comfy beds and a small bathroom. The location is close to the Termini station and it is safe during the day, but a bit dodgy in the evening. Sights are about 20 mins walk and Trastevere about 40mins walk.

Getting to the room is an adventure with lots of things that can go wrong and frustrate you. Everything is done electronically which is great for the owners but bad experience. Maybe you can't find the right staircase, maybe you don't have a connection to access the app and open the door, maybe the wifi does not reach outside the rooms, maybe you do not know which is your room. Also you need to check in from an app and provide your personal info to an external company. Not a great experience!

Decent location not too far from the usual sight seeing for tourist. Quiet room and good wifi. Tiny elevator but good enough to bring up your luggage. You have to find it in the back on the ground floor, hidden. The free coffee pots are quite good.

The bathroom is quite small and no room to put your stuff. Not sure what happened but the hallway is rather cigarette smelly. When we complained, the reply was their monitoring camera did not show anyone smoking. One night when I left the door opened for more than a few minutes, our room smells like a smoking room. Our son was having a cough fit as he is allergic to cigarette smoke.

Very basic accommodation, but clean and with good location. We had only 1,5 day in Rome and wanted to stay close enough to all main sights and Termini at the same time. And this place was perfect to have a nice walk around city center starting from Colosseum. The communication with the staff was super comfortable: very detailed instructions for check-in and all other questions were received via whatsapp.

Everything was covered by the price

No doubt the hotel has great rating! It is definitely worth the price. The position of the hotel is perfect - only 10 mins from Termini main station and 10 mins to Colosseum, so you basically live in the center, yet it's a very calm area. Staff was very helpful, they sent us the instructions how to get into in advance and it was very easy to find the hotel and get into our hotel room. They cleaned our room every day (also changed towels) and gave us new coffee capsules daily as well. When in Rome, we will definitely book this hotel again! Grazie.

The location was within walking distance of the Roman Colosseum and other famous sites, in the older part of the city. The room was simple but clean. A piece of our luggage had been lost by the airline and the host was very helpful (and spoke good English... a big plus) in providing instructions to the airline as to how and where to leave our bag the next day, since the front door to the building requires a pass code to enter.

It isn't a typical hotel with a street presence. The "hotel" is a section of rooms on the 12th floor of a large building, but their is a small elevator. The bathroom was very small, but overall the hotel was a good value for the money and we enjoyed our stay.

Great value for money for central Rome accomodation! The location of this hotel in the Monti neighbourhood was perfect for us- only 10 minutes walk to the central train station, 15 minutes walk to the Colosseum and some great restaurants and shops nearby. While we had booked a small room, we found it very comfortable and had everything we needed including a fridge, kettle and Nespresso machine, as well as good working air conditioning. Being on a quiet side street, we didn’t hear any noise from the street so found it quite peaceful at night. While there is generally no on-site receptionist - the host was very responsive via WhatsApp and made the self check in procedure very easy so we had no problems. The house keeping staff were also there every morning and were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
