The breakfast room was lovely, with plenty of natural light and a peaceful atmosphere. Even though the room was full but the staff were attentive and helpful, ensuring that every guest had a wonderful start to their day. A nice hotel, very small room but we were only there for a couple of nights so was not a problem for us. Breakfast was usual for Europe. Eggs, sausage, toast, pastries, cereal fruit etc. Coffee was spot on the cappochino was delicious

Clean, comfy, tidy, stocked with toiletries. $1 water at front desk, which is affordable. Friendly reception staff. Breakfast served with such a friendly attitude.

Breakfast was ok, could be better by adding more protein. Reception staff could of recommend a driving service that accepted credit card. Walls are paper thin. Be prepared for possible loud neighbors and loud self closing doors with ear plugs.

The hotel was located very centrally within walking distance to most of the historical landmarks and tourist areas and only a few minutes walk from Tome Termini station. The room was very spacious for our family and the facilities were very clean and tidy and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The building itself was an old Granary refurbished into a stylish hotel. it was clean, big size room, all lovely toiletries, the bed was so comfortable, the room had a super quiet window facing a lovely yard. Sweet breakfast room. Really polite and helpful staff. Lovely central area by a hop in hop off tour bus and a few minutes walk to the Colosseum and Fori.

TV didn’t work and not repaired even the day after we asked… but it is ok

Location of the hotel is really good, staff was really friendly and offered great advice on how to reach attractions and which restaurants to visit. The bed was comfy and room itself was spacious.

Breakfast wasn't that great. Also, you could hear neighbors quite well, so it was tricky to sleep after 6 am.

Close to train station and walkable to Coliseum. Lots of good restaurants close by. Easy access to the metro to get to the Vatican. Nice breakfast in the hotel. Bed very comfortable although pillows not so much. Staff very helpful and allowed us to store our bags after we checked out.

The staff was amazing. The view and location were on point. This was my favorite hotel out of the 3 weeks and 5 hotels I stayed in.

bad smell in the bathroom that was there all our stay & not having quilt cover (the quilt was just between 2 sheets like a sandwich and wasn’t really clean)
