The staff was incredibly helpful with dinner and activity reservations, food recommendations, and spoke great English. They genuinely cared about my 7 night stay and even upgraded my room to a small suite. The room was very clean, modern, great sunlight with a view of the Piazza di Santa Maria Maggiore. The location was amazing. I walked everywhere and didn't have to take the bus or subway. It was very safe. Also it's close to the Colosseum and Trevi and Termini train station. Monti area also has great authentic and non-touristy food choices too that were more affordable and less pretentious. It's also close to the famous Regoli bakery for their famous maritozzi. I recommend and would stay at Pressade again in a heartbeat, especially for solo traveling.

Nothing, everything was great!

Leo at reception was amazing. He went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He is true asset to the hotel and is the only reason I've given this hotel a good rating. Any issues he would deal with straight away and we didn't have to chase him up on these. He went out if his way to list us some restaurants. Excellent customer service overall. Breakfast was ok, could have had more options and staff weren't very attentive. Cleanliness and comfort were exceptional. Room 103 was a little noisy and could do with some maintenance work. Location is amazing, 7 mins walk from Termini Station.

Breakfast - more options would be ideal. A/C in the room wasnt that great. Noise from the restaurant could be heard in room 103.

The breakfast was good and was provided for free at the little terrace on the rooftop with a lovely view; the room was very comfortable, spacious and clean and the staff ready to assist to make the stay pleasant.

From Prassede Hotel I was redirected to another building/facility nearby (Hotel Doria) as there wasn't place, at the time of arrival, in the Hotel I first booked (Hotel Prassede). The lift was very tiny able to accomodate 1 person at a time, not ideal for people who suffer from claustrophobia. However the Hotel offered a lovely breakfast for free to apologize for the inconvenience; in general the breakfast room on the rooftop offers a lovely view although it's hard - due to space constraints - to move around the breakfast buffet table.

smell of sewage bed sometimes split apart noisy in night when taking out bins thin walls - could hear others furniture in need of revamp - wall paint and tables etc, looks more luxurious in the photos than real life because of this otherwise the room was stunning cleanliness - attention to detail in bathroom

Good location (next to Saint maria maggiore) and about a 10 min walk to the Colosseum. The staff, Fatima and Gianmarco, were fantastic - so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. The bakery attached to the hotel and where breakfast was served was really good with amazing croissants. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

On the weekend, the bakery attached to the hotel where breakfast is served got extremely busy with other customers, so the service could be a little slow - the food made up for it though.

Prassede Palace is a fantastic place to stay! The staff are excellent, very friendly and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble! The room was a fantastic size and immaculate - plenty of wardrobe/draw space to unpack. The bathroom was beautiful with an amazing shower. The breakfast wasn't buffet style like we had assumed, instead you were given a menu of what was on offer and could order as much as you liked! The pastries were delicious, pancakes amazing and the savory options were also perfect. There was also lots of options and choose from - spoilt for choice. Overall, this was an amazing hotel to stay at the location was brilliant - walking distance from the train station (8 mins ish), colosseum (10 mins), trevi fountain (10 mins ish). Some lovely restaurants and bars close by too. Would 100% stay here again!

From the moment we arrived to the hotel we immediately noticed the kind and professional service by hotel staff, explanations about the hotel and area were informative. Excellent luggage storage service given before and after our checkin and checkout. We decided to add breakfast for just 1 night for an extra 22.5 euro per person per day the same morning, Breakfast was EXCELLENT and far exceeded our expectations. Note the format is a la carte menu (unlimited) and no buffet so it takes a little bit longer, but the food was great and especially the bakery which is owned by the hotel (order the pistachio croissant!). Our room was clean and large, everything felt "new" and well taken care of. Absolutely recommend and would probably return to same hotel next time :)

Small and "old" elevator. Location near termini train station is good, but the neighborhood isn't the best at night.

I love the location of the place. It's a 3-5 min walk to the Train station which you will need to get to everywhere, they got lots of shops and restaurants everywhere, PS if you book room 105 you get the view of City center building 👍 if it's your first time I'd buy Train pass in advance for how ever long you staying for it will come in handy I promise you.

There's nothing I didn't like about it.

From the outset, the communications were extremely well managed and permitted for realtime collaboration through WhatsApp. Hotel arranged pickup from FCO Airport, was ideally located for access to Rome Termini, Metro, Colosseum and other key locations. Hotel is combined with the Molino’s where we could enjoy both Breakfast and excellent dinner options. Special shoutout to Fatima who consistently ensured our every need was addressed and managed to our satisfaction.

Being so central to all the attractions, and within Rome comes with its downfall of a noisy environment where restaurants and bakeries begin their routines early and end late. Yet after a day you are in the swing of things and Rome is all about the lifestyle and being out there visiting the multiple attractions. not forgetting the fabulous foods available from these very restaurants.

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the city and its tourist attractions. The rooms were comfortable and extremely clean. The hotel provided a wide range of food at breakfast and would highly recommend the rooftop bar at the sister hotel - superb cocktails and views over the city, particularly at sunset!

Rooms would benefit from mirrors and additional pillows.
