amazing staff. all 3 receptionists were great not only 1, wish I remembered the names - 2 men and 1 woman great breakfast and fast service comfortable bed lovely bathroom

smell of sewage bed sometimes split apart noisy in night when taking out bins thin walls - could hear others furniture in need of revamp - wall paint and tables etc, looks more luxurious in the photos than real life because of this otherwise the room was stunning cleanliness - attention to detail in bathroom

Prassede Palace is a fantastic place to stay! The staff are excellent, very friendly and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble! The room was a fantastic size and immaculate - plenty of wardrobe/draw space to unpack. The bathroom was beautiful with an amazing shower. The breakfast wasn't buffet style like we had assumed, instead you were given a menu of what was on offer and could order as much as you liked! The pastries were delicious, pancakes amazing and the savory options were also perfect. There was also lots of options and choose from - spoilt for choice. Overall, this was an amazing hotel to stay at the location was brilliant - walking distance from the train station (8 mins ish), colosseum (10 mins), trevi fountain (10 mins ish). Some lovely restaurants and bars close by too. Would 100% stay here again!

From the moment we arrived to the hotel we immediately noticed the kind and professional service by hotel staff, explanations about the hotel and area were informative. Excellent luggage storage service given before and after our checkin and checkout. We decided to add breakfast for just 1 night for an extra 22.5 euro per person per day the same morning, Breakfast was EXCELLENT and far exceeded our expectations. Note the format is a la carte menu (unlimited) and no buffet so it takes a little bit longer, but the food was great and especially the bakery which is owned by the hotel (order the pistachio croissant!). Our room was clean and large, everything felt "new" and well taken care of. Absolutely recommend and would probably return to same hotel next time :)

Small and "old" elevator. Location near termini train station is good, but the neighborhood isn't the best at night.

From the outset, the communications were extremely well managed and permitted for realtime collaboration through WhatsApp. Hotel arranged pickup from FCO Airport, was ideally located for access to Rome Termini, Metro, Colosseum and other key locations. Hotel is combined with the Molino’s where we could enjoy both Breakfast and excellent dinner options. Special shoutout to Fatima who consistently ensured our every need was addressed and managed to our satisfaction.

Being so central to all the attractions, and within Rome comes with its downfall of a noisy environment where restaurants and bakeries begin their routines early and end late. Yet after a day you are in the swing of things and Rome is all about the lifestyle and being out there visiting the multiple attractions. not forgetting the fabulous foods available from these very restaurants.

The design of the hotel was nice and location was excellent—close to the train main terminal (making it easy to get to the airport) and hop-on-hop-off bus stop (for those who enjoy this). It was walking distance to many attractions. There was an attached restaurant with limited menu and other restaurants within easy walking distance. Staff were responsive to our needs and were always pleasant and helpful.

There were some things in our rooms that were broken or did not work correctly. Staff did what they could to make them right. But, some of these appear to be ongoing issues. One room had a broken safe and an electrical issue that repeatedly caused circuit breakers to trip when the bedside lamp was turned on. Staff had to come multiple times when we first arrived to address it. But, it did get fixed in a reasonable time. The other room had a closet door that was fell partially off the track (could see damage on the door from previous problems). This issue kept the guests from getting their clothes out of the closet, as the door was stuck closed, and staff had to come up both days to address the issue.

The breakfast was excellent but only one hot dish scrambled eggs and bacon. Maybe an alternative would be good for clients who are staying more than a couple of evenings. The reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. They couldn’t do enough to try and help. Exceptional service.

The location was perfect, just a minute walking from Santa Maria la Maggiore and very close to the most relevant attractions in Rome. The staff was very nice and attentive, we got a free drink in the hotel’s restaurant and a room upgrade. The room was nice, the bed comfortable and we had everything we needed. Totally recomendable!

The overall experience was great, we just missed a mirror in the room as the only mirror was in the bathroom.

The room was comfortable. A bit small but wasn't a problem for us since we mostly was discovering the city all day. Very clean. Location was perfect. Lots of nice places to eat around with good food. Was offered a prosecco as a gift as the stay coincided with my birthday. This definitely made my day. They also let us store our bags for a whole day after checkout. Reception workers are very polite and helpful.

Nothing to complain about.

Ygor and the reception team were all friendly and accommodating. The location of this hotel is close to shopping areas, train station and tourist attractions. The brioche at the Molino restaurant beside the hotel was the best we've ever tried in Rome. The welcome drinks was a nice touch. My daughter was happy with the hotel's Netflix, YouTube and fast internet connection. There was a good working air-conditioning unit in the room and the bed was very comfortable. The interior decors of the room was appealing and the rainfall shower was a delight for my daughter.

We could hear actual conversations and noises from another room even when all the windows were closed. The room was not spacious enough. Although very accessible, the vicinity was not the most appealing part of the city.
