The location of the hotel is the reason why we chose to stay there. Roma Termini is couple of minutes away (by foot), Santa Maria Maggiore is just around the corner, villa Borghese is reached by half an hour of a pleasant walk. There are some nice restaurants around the hotel, as well as places to grab a bite on your way somewhere. The hotel staff was friendly, the amenities in the room were clean, I really liked the Italian breakfast in the canteen, with coffee, croissants, and all sorts of jam.

It's an old-school hotel, so quite a fiew things felt outdated. Couple of things that caught my eye was a broken handle of our window, so there were no possibility of closing it completely; the lack of proper quilt on colder nights - thin blankets that were provided were not enough, as well as torn in couple of places, so definitely in need of replacement.

The staff were lovely and helpful, the room was everything we needed and had a great view which was a bonus! During COVID the breakfast area was closed but we were still provided with a breakfast basket left in our room each day which was perfect as it meant we were able to take the croissants out for the day with us. Location was great and very close to almost everything we wanted to see, (most things within walking distance, but we found using the e-scooters to get around the city more fun). Nice outside space to sit off of the back of the building too which I didn't see mentioned in the listing :) We also were lucky enough to meet a dog who I believe belonged to one of the staff members at the hotel a few times. His name was Snow and he brightened up our day each time we saw him.

Being so close to Termini station meant that the outside traffic could be a little loud in the evenings but I would expect this at any hotel in a big city.

Location was superb since it's 2 blocks away from the termini station. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well. We travel as a family with 2 young ones and we felt safe walking around. They serve different pastries for breakfast and lots of choices for drinks(juice, hot choco, cappucino, cafe, milk). They also do room cleaning everyday.

The beds are sagging like when you lay down, the middle is sinking, probably too old. It's a little uncomfortable.

The location was really, really good, an easy quick walk to the train station, from where you can visit all the important things in the city. As well to the city you can walk easily. The personal was really really friendly, especially Anastasia was really helpful in the end, she helped me with booking the bus to the airport, as well I could leave my luggage there for free. The others as well were alwalys there and helpful.

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable, but for that price it was okay.

I loved the location! So close to the train station, restaurants, laundry, grocery stores and tourist shops. The old world charm with even an old elevator/lift that worked perfect. AC was fantastic as it was 40’ this last week! The staff were very helpful with suggestions of places to go and to not go to for safety reasons. Also which cities were better to visit for more sights to see. Sarah and Claudia were very helpful with cities to visit that my daughter changed plans and absolutely loves their suggestion of Florence! It was perfect and I would definitely stay again!

Nothing It was perfect I even lived the floors and staircases that were very polished and clean

Nice place close to Roma Termini. Our family of 4 got a large room with one queen bed and 2 twin beds - it was a very comfortable setup. The breakfast in the morning with freshly made coffee was a bonus. The young gentleman who was preparing coffee was great and Yana, the lady who was helping us with breakfast, was amazing.

There was no water in the room at 5am when we woke up, but it was back on around 8am when we returned. The AC was noisy (sounded like a helicopter), so we had to turn it off. Luckily, it was not too hot outside.

Breakfast was simple but very good with unlimited portions of whatever they offered. It was very close to the main train station (2 minute walking distance) and with many shops and restaurants very near. Also a nice small supermarket (tigre) right across the street. The hotel had a tv, a safe and air conditioning. The bathroom was clean and the shower was big with hot water available at all times. However, it didn’t have ventilation with the result of a bit of a bad smell at times. Also… a nice back yard and vending machines with snacks and drinks available 24/7. The people that work there were extremely nice and very kind to us. Very helpful! I would definitely go there again.

The only two things that could have made our stay a bit more better would be to have had a small fridge in the room and…. ventilation in the bathroom. Other than that… everything was really nice.

Everything was great and overall a pleasant stay! The staff were very warm, kind and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful - fresh pastries, tea & coffee, toast with spreads too. Out of all the accommodations I've been to this year, this place had the best breakfast to offer. - The room was cleaned daily and the cleaning staff were also very kind and polite.

- I was there for work, and the internet connection wasn't great. - This is not so much as a negative comment but constructive criticism, but I would add three small dispensers, a shampoo and body wash inside the shower and one by the wash basin - reason being is that the quantity in the soap sachets is very little and produces a lot of waste - a dispenser would be more ecological and convenient for the guest and the hotel in the long run.

Room was good and Ac was working awesome in heat. Receptionists were very helpful and cool, they helped us with navigating the city as well. Loved their helping nature. Main station roma termini is like walking distance so location is one of the main highlight.

Breakfast options were very less like literally 2. Also there was this lady in food and cleaning staff who was a bit rude other than that all well.

Rooms exactly as advertised, didnt pretend to be anything it wasn't. Amazing location, cute view, delicious breakfast. All staff were very friendly and helpful, from reception, housekeeping, and bfast staff. One of the cheapest hotels we booked but one of the most comfortable.

The beds were slightly dusty - enough to make my asthma a little worse but not too bad. You can kind of tell from the pictures as well, so I expected that. Would still recommend staying here.
