The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice, the room was comfortable and clean The view from the hotel roof is amazing!

There is only one elevator and it's very slow, we had the wait a long time every time we wanted the exit the hotel or get to our room. There were some issues with the shower at the room...

We loved our stay. Breakfast was good and the location is central and close to the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was especially grateful for the help of the woman at the desk when my son was sick with an ear infection on a Sunday when everything was closed. She personally searched for and managed to find a doctor who could see my son. She called the doctor to make sure I could get him in. I was able to take him to the doctor, fill his prescription, and get him started on antibiotics so he could get better for the cruise we were going on. I have never been more grateful for anyone. I could never have done it on my own with the language barrier. THANK YOU!!!

Great location, about 3 minutes walk from Roma Termini station. Staff were great, very considerate and gave us an early check in as we were tired arriving directly from an intercontinental flight. The room and bathroom were huge compared to West European standards.

Being close to the station, it was a bit noisy at night even though we were on the top (5th) floor of the hotel. But then we chose to be close to the station for travel purposes so accepted the noise.

I have stayed at Hotel Palladium Palace several times and always return because it is perfect for me in every way! Most important is that the Staff are wonderful: kind, efficient, cheerful, and always ready to help! I truly appreciated the surprise of an upgrade this time! And Elisa saved me by downloading, printing and then storing my flight boarding passes in my phone! What an angel 😇 Grazie mille 🙏

Great location to catch a taxi to all of Rome. We used the "Free Now" app for taxis and with a taxi stand immediately next door, and the train station almost across the street, fast access to transportation. The hotel is super clean and in a safe neighborhood. Breakfasts were outstanding with a great selection and great staff. The hotel staff is well versed in English for those needing it and are beyond accommodating. Super friendly and the love to make suggestions. The Basilica of Santa Maria is next door, nearby laundromat with many great restaurants within just a couple minutes walk. It's typical to be apprehensive about choosing a hotel and this trip was no different. This was our first trip to Rome and have no problems returning to this location if and when it happens again.

We thought from the website that the rooftop lounge would offer some views but it doesn't. The service though makes up from that observation and I would still recommend the hotel.

Surprisingly No tea/coffee provided while there is kettle in the room, Renovation on going in the building sometimes there is disturbance

On the first day we were given ground floor room, which didn't have good airing and the room heavily smelled of mould. It could have been due to the fact it was next to the swimming pool or sauna facilities. We hardly managed to spend our night there, as it was depressing and badly humid. For people who have breathing issues it could be life threatening one. We asked the hotel manager to move us to the upper floor room, which was nicely granted. The room on the fifth floor was very nice, and we then liked our stay at the hotel.

The location is very close to the metro station though we took Uber few times. There are some good places to eat near by so convenient. The room was clean and when we had issue with the wash basin the reception team resolved it before we got back to our room. The air conditioning was good. Though the noise of the vehicles could be heard, closing the windows helped cut down the noise to a great extent. Breakfast was good with toast, pancakes and pastries if you don't eat meat though it was same options all days which could be a downside if you have a long stay with breakfast included. The team at the reception desk where very approachable and responded well to our needs.

More breakfast options with some variations in the menu will be good. Wifi in the room was not available most times so had to use data or come down to reception to browse etc which is not ideal at all

Everything was perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable. Every morning we had clean towels and they were cleaning our room. The people there were all very kind. Also the location was okay, 1-2 minutes from Termini. We chose no breakfast included but we were able to visit the rooftop for breakfast one day and the breakfast was really very nice with a lot of options. 🇮🇹💯

Great location, close to the central station, you can do a lot of things on foot. Close to supermarket, restaurants, public transport. Cozy hotel, has elevator, friendly staff and spacious and comfortable room. I loved the bathroom. Would recommend.

Very simple breakfast for a 4 star hotel.
