We loved the location and staff - they were just perfect! We also very much appreciated breakfast, which was an unexpected 'extra'. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. There are many restaurants and small convenience shops around; the train station is a short walk away, same with Metro station, and The Colosseum as well as the Trevi fountain are not far (walking distance)

We were initially a little confused by the entrance door and a couple of entrance codes that needed to be input before getting to the main part of the hotel. Once this initial 'stumble' was over, things were very easy and comfortable for us.

The location was great! it is a 10-minute walk from Roma Termini and a few minutes walk to some landmarks. Also, super close to different bus and metro stations to get you anywhere in the city. There are different cafe's around for a quick Italian breakfast The staff that welcomed us was very friendly and kind, answering all of our questions. The room was spacious with a double bed and comfortable to have a good night's sleep, the darkness in the room at night helped also with that, but it was also well illuminated and natural light came in the room efficiently during the day. The view to the Ministery was a delight!

The list of things we did not like is very short and is more like suggestions for the hotel, than actual bad things. First, the hot water in the shower didn't last long, and we would get a short "shot" of very cold water in the middle of the shower. This is something that if it is communicated in advance, shouldn't be a problem. The second thing was the shower door, it was a bit hard to open and close, and with just a little bit of love and most probably by putting oil in the door rail, this issue would super easily be fixed. Other than that, all good!

Hotel has a very good location, all the main attractions are in a walking distance around 15-20 minutes. Our room was nice, a bit small , but has everything you need. Bed sheets are clean, bathroom is very clean, has a bede. Staff is helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

In the mornings you can hear everything what’s happening in the hallways,because of the not so good soundproof. We had two single beds instead of one, we moved them together, but you fall a bit in the middle anyway. But these are just minor things they are not too much of a problem.

Excellent place especially for the value. It is in a great location in Rome for visiting the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon and all the great eating places along the streets in those areas. The Terminii station takes around 20 minutes to walk to and it is easy to get a metro from there to the Vatican etc which is about 3.5km away. The hotel is situated two floors up in a large building but they do have a lift for two people if your legs cannot quite take the stairs. The people manning the reception are great and very happy to help you in any way they can. The room we had was airy because the ceilings are high and the window can be opened wide and has shutters. I found the bed to be extremely comfortable and the linen clean and ironed. The shower was excellent with plenty of force and hot water and the toilet facilities are good. The whole place is very clean and your room is cleaned and bed made every day. I fully recommend this hotel because of the position, value, cleanliness, efficiency and helpfulness of all staff. The area around the hotel is safe to navigate around late at night and the hotel is secure because there are two locked doors to enter with a combination on each door.

The door to the hotel can be hard to identify because there is not a big sign at the entrance but it's no problem after the first time. There are two mosaic hotels in Rome so ensure you type mosaic central hotel in google to find your way there.

just outside the wall to the city centre - it was close to everything! but the beauty of being outside the wall was the the hotel itself backs onto a beautiful valley, with a garden patio for guests to use. needless to say we spent a few nights drinking wine staring at the view! it had an old traditional feel that beautifully matched the old town, the beds were comfy, the staff was AMAZING and so kind. they made the trip perfect. we would definitely go back.

Great location, 12 minutes away from Termini station and around 16 minutes away from Colosseum. The staff was super friendly and kind. I asked for an extra blanket, they brought two. The room was clean and very warm, had inside a small fridge to keep some food. In the hotel they also had a kitchen area and coffee machine for free drinks (e.g. coffee, hot chocolate, tea, cappuccino), which was really nice of them. All in all, super satisfied, great value for the money.

Everything was great, just one day was a small issue with the hot water, but they fixed it super fast.

We knew what we paid for so we expected nothing more than what we got. It's not a traditional hotel, the reception is on 2nd floor. There is a small elevator if you have luggage. The room (number 4) was interior, so without views, but that wasn't a problem for us, we only stayed 2 nights. It was clean, had aircon, good wifi, confortable bed, enough space, minifridge. 10 minutes from Termini Station. The staff was very nice. Closeby you have supermarkets and caffes, Mcdonalds, downstairs a restaurant, not cheap but nice.

An extra pillow would of been nice, but for the price you can't ask for more.

Close to the city center, restaurants around, a supermarket 5 min walk and also some 15 min walk to the train station. Good price and compared with that we did not have luxurious expectations. The room had an old traditional look & feel, however, the beds were comfy, the staff was great and kind, helped us both with recommendations, printing and also taxi calling. Great Budget option, especially if you are not staying long in the room rather than enjoying Rome vibes.

Great localization, did everything by foot, very close to the Fontana and the train station and kind of close to Coliseu! The room was good with hot shower and hair dryer, there was a coffee machine for the guests on the reception

Wifi didn't work out on my room and the window was to the middle of the building, so there was no view, the front of the hotel is to a big square, it would be nice the view :(

Location is very good, close to Termini station and sights like Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. The location felt good and as a bonus there was a nice restaraunt next to it.

The doors did not block noise from outside, other customers leaving the hotel in the middle of the night or very early were very much heard of. The door leading to the rooms should have something installed to soften to blow when it is closing because it was very loud and woke me up several times during the night.
