The location was excellent, easily reachable by foot from Termini after arriving from the airport. I can say that all the major cultural sites were within walking distance. Since walking around the streets of Rome is so enjoyable, you can get to most places without needing to use any transportation. The hotel was clean, and the room, as well as the bathroom, were spacious and very practical. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

The bed was uncomfortable, with a dip in the middle, which didn’t allow for a restful sleep. Additionally, the high price affected the value-for-money balance.

Along with other hotels Welcome House can be found in an elegant, high ceiling classic building. The reception area and the rooms can be entered easily following the instructions, even if the staff was not there (there is no 24/7 service). Diana was always reachable, is very kind and helpful if you have any questions. The room with private bathroom was not big but had everything needed and was stylish and nicely modernized. The bed was super comfortable! Extra that coffee & tea were offered every day. Daily cleaning service if you wanted. You could leave your luggage at the reception after check out. Location wise it is a good choice if you want to discover the city either on foot or with public transport (buses, metro). The area was safe also in the even though the main train station Termini is close by, in ~10 min walking distance.

With closed windows the room was very silent. The window looked at a side street, but if you are sensitive, with open windows you could hear the Via Nationale traffic. It was not disturbing for me. Bathroom was clean and cleaned every day but here and there repainting could be necessary.

Apartment is on perfect location, most of the main attractions are on 10-20min by walk, metro station is 5min walk, main train station is 10min walk. The property was clean, charmful, colorful with high walls, with italian breakfast, which makes you feel like you are in Rome really. The staff was really polite and helpfull. They made also early breakfast for us due to very early flight.

Facility and walls are bit old, so sound isolation is not the best. Breakfast is okay, but could be bit more diverse (you get croassants and bread with cheese and jam, with coffee and juice)

I loved every single second that I spent time at the Welcome House, the location was perfect everywhere was in a walking distance. The staff were very kind, polite, and friendly. I absolutely loved my room and the facilities provided. I would 100% recommend it to everyone who would like to visit Rome and stay in an amazing hotel like Welcome House!!!

Hotel is full of character, old building and furniture, which I loved! Though bathroom looked modern and there was also a minibar. Room is very big, big closets, bed/pillows and sofa are very comfortable, everything is clean and quiet. Room was cleaned every day, towels changed, trash taken out. My toilet was not working properly, I reported it the next morning and it was immediately fixed, we had no other issues. Room has a small porch. Building has elevator, is quiet, clean and the location is amazing! You can walk to most tourist attractions. There are restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bus stop and metro station very close. Termini and Republica stations are 5 mins walk from the Hotel. Reception isn't open 24/7. They allowed me to keep my suitcases there for free after check out time for as long as I wanted. Both receptionists were friendly and helpful. At check in time the receptionist gave me a map of Rome and explained to me where and how to reach places. It was a lovely and very pleasant stay! I will definitely stay there again if I go back to Rome.

Very spacious, amazing center location (we were able to do everything by walk)

It might be a little bit noisy - window from one side (this the hotel cannot control) but also water systems between the rooms and the rooms are so close. We weren’t annoyed by that but some might be if they are light sleepers or don’t wake up early

The place is central, also near the main station Termini but in a safier district by Via Nazionale. The room is furnished with a nice antiquate style and is spacious with high ceeling. Toilet is clean and fine, breakfast is basic, but with nice fresh croissant and bread. The lady in the reception was very kind and helpful!

The room is little bit dark with the window and a little balcony to the backyard, but on the other hand it guaranteed silence and a good sleep!

Location of hotel was close to station and walking distance to most places of interest.

Noise from outside when windows is open.The windows is just facing a major busy road.You always hear traffic outside so loud.Other than that it’s a good place to stay.

It was a really nice place to stay, a warm and clean room, nice decor, a great location and very polite reception.

Maybe the cleaning should be happening more often.

Good hotel for the value, great location close tot the station and city centre. Everything was clean and it was great that te room had airconditioning. We were welcomed very friendly by a nice lady. It was also possible to store our bags at the hotel.

There was a hair in the shower that was not ours, but that is something very small that can happen everywhere ;).
