Hotel was small but cute, with the taste of historic charm. Very good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very thankful for surprise birthday balloons and welcome drinks for me and my sister. Room was cleaned up after everyday, fresh towels.

In the mornings it was a bit cold in the room and bathroom.

What a great hotel. Nice and helpfull staff, great breakfast, lots to chose from, fresh and good quality food. We arrived by train and left by Taxi. The hotel was easy to reach, 10 minute walk from the trainstation and most of the major sites are in walking distance. We didn't need any means of other tranfer during our stay in Rome. The room was great (we even received a free upgrade), comfortable beds, the room was nicely decorated and clean. The bathroom was very luxurieus had everything you could wish for. The hotel staff arranged a taxi to the Airport for a fair fixed price (like I asked for when I booked the room). All in all a great stay and we'll definitely come back some day.

Great hotel, no remarks.

Everything was perfect! Starting from the staff, which is the face for the whole property. Whenever you cross them, you just feel so welcomed and warm. The hotel itself is very very nice, rooms are nice equiped and even though they’re quite small, there’s everything you need. I read some reviews before arrival that said that hotel has problems with air conditioning and it’s too hot to sleep. That is absolutely false - air is very refreshing and perfect to sleep. Breakfast buffet was small, but yet again - there’s everything you need and very fresh. Most importantly - as first time solo traveller I felt very homie and safe in this place!

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with everything and anything you need and extremely welcoming. Can’t rate the staff highly enough. The breakfast is also very easy and laid back. It’s not a chaotic scene like other hotels. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We just had a standard room and could fault the size or setting. The bed is very comfortable and the pillow menu was great so we both were able to sleep great. Location is amazing. This is no lie when I say this. It’s a 20 minute walk from anything and everything. Which is great because walking through Rome is what you want to be doing, however if you don’t feel like walking anymore. The metro is 5 mins walk and goes everywhere you need to go. So honestly it is a perfect location. It’s not busy and it’s not noisy. In short it’s a perfect hotel.

Nothing. Literally nothing to fault.

The staff went above and beyond. They were so helpful and on standby for anything that we asked. It was my husbands birthday and I asked if they could do anything, they set up adorable balloons and helped arrange a cake for the room. The breakfast was fine, room was clean, location was fantastic, no street noise and slept well.

We are used to staying in quite lavish top rated hotels, and this hotel was no exception. The bedroom felt just a little bit outdated visually but nothing was wrong with it. The duvet had the name of the hotel written on it in felt pen, just things like that more visual to the eye but no bad words for this hotel they were amazing and we would stay again.

Clean! The staff was excellent and professional. But the Tuesday night and Wednesday morning staff with the eyeglass was exceptional . Everything she does was superb with professionalism. Doing my 23 year I the USAF I would had welcomed her into my staff. Please promote her to higher positions in your organization she will produce quality work within the organization. The location of hotel is brilliant, easy to find, about 7-10 min walk from train station and approx 20 min from Colosseun. It's very clean, tastefully decorated throughout. The breakfast isn't everyone's choice, as it isn't english breakfast. But there are plenty of food and I enjoyed it.

The feeling inside of hotel a little bit claustrophobic, seems like everything shrunk - lift, corridors and our room. We booked small double room, thinking that you spend all time outside.And it was small. There's no space to put suitcases and no chance for ironing. Would be fine for single person, but 2 people constantly trying to walk around each other. Ours friends was celebrating jubilee and hotel upgraded their room free of charge to junior suite. And that room was absolutely beautiful. But when we said it was our delayed honeymoon they said better later than never and so we couldn't upgrade it for love no money as they were fully booked.

Breakfast is a great aspect of the hotel. However, last time I stayed it was included, this time I assumed it would be the same (included) but I had to pay extra for breakfast. That was a surprise I’ll watch for in the future.

Lovely staff and breakfast. Room was tight but beautifully appointed. Very comfortable bed.

I did not like that booking.com misled us to think that we could modify our stay. I attempted to change our reservations more than a month before we left for Italy and was told that we could not change the dates. There is a modify button on every page, but we had to pay for an extra night that we did not use. I will not use booking.com again.

The staff were incredibly helpful, and spoke wonderful English, which with our non-existent Italian was super appreciated. They helped us book experiences that they themselves offer, as well as other tours in Rome. Breakfast was always nice.

The elevator is small and slow, but it was retrofitted into an old building, as is as large as they were allowed to put in. You just have to realize and accept that it’s different than in the US. We mostly used the stairs.
