Literally walking distance to major touristic sites

Hotel is very worn out, renovation is long overdue

Location was fine but I did find it hard to find my way back to the hotel in the evening. Breakfast was a little alien; lots of meat but no bacon. Pastries were all sweet which are great in the afternoon with a coffee. For breakfast I was searching for a plain croissant, which are way cheaper than sweet croissants. Room was quite small and a little drab, however, I slept well and the bathroom was great; lovely towels. Would have preferred a duvet instead of sheet and blankets and would have liked milk (long life) with my coffee and complimentary biscuits.

See above. Plus, some of the finer details you associate with a 4 star hotel were missing.

Fantastic location! Great view from the balcony and amazing view from the rooftop terrace! Room was spacious, large bed, with fridge, big safe box, enough power plugs, nice little balcony, overall spacious. Very friendly staff. The two lifts are very efficient.

The shower was a bit small and the shower head was not well fixed and made showering uncomfortable. No iron nor ironing board was an issue. Did not enjoy the breakfast: quantity was ok, but the quality of the food was below standard.

Fantastic value, very helpful staff. Location was great, simple clean rooms, with access to a little garden. Also, has an elevator! Its one of those hotels where floors are owned by different hotel groups/families . I really like that model as it is good competition ;-)

You have to call the number to get a hold of them, they usually don't have a receptionist at the hotel, however the owners are right across the street so its quick!

The location is excellent, easy walking distance of all the attractions. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We arrived early and were able to drop our bags off while the rooms were prepared . Also on checkout again we left our bags at reception as we had to wait for our pickup.

As it is very central, a lot of traffic noise very early.

Some maintenance could be better ie: metal shutter handles broken so they screwed in makeshift plastic handles. One elevator with broken button. Got bathroom floor wet as there is an open seam between the 2 glass panels on tub(different Rome Hotel had zero glass so this actually seems better than average)

Location! You are 6 minutes from the colosseum on the right or 6 minutes from the trevi fountain on the left all walking distance. the terrace itself is 5 stars. amazing breakfast.

The street noise feels like the cars are in your room. we were very cold and you cannot control the heater. only turn it on or off but you cannot control the temperature. very weird as this is a 4 star hotel.

Great hotel in a good location, close to the Trevi Fountain. Walking distance to the Forum and other sites. Good bus routes to the Vatican(numbers 40 and 64) and easy access to taxis too. Good, clean rooms with air conditioning and a small balcony. Great roof terrace with impressive views. Excellent breakfast. Lots of choice. Roomy restaurant area. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

The hotel is on a busy corner with quite a lot of traffic. But that’s life! Far more positives than negatives.

The room was very nice and we were upgraded to a room on the 6th floor, which had a balcony with a lovely view of The Victor Emmanuel Monument. The location was superb, with central Rome within walking distance and The Trevi Fountain just 5 minutes away.

The breakfast has very little variety or choice. The same thing is offered every morning. We stayed for 3 nights. While the breakfast room staff worked very hard, the options were somewhat disappointing. The bread rolls did not always seem fresh, although they were passable. A better 'buffet' style breakfast would make this hotel an excellent choice, due to its wonderful location. ALSO...no bar! It would be nice to return in the evening after a long day in Rome to have the choice of sitting down in a bar or relaxing on the lovely roof terrace with something to drink.

The Pace hotel has an ideal location. The majority of the important sites are within easy walking distance from the hotel. Indeed the hotel roof garden has excellent views of old Rome

It's a shame that we only had breakfast available to us. It would have been nice to have been given the choice of other meals
