The location was ideal; 10 minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain; 20 minute walk to the Coliseum and the Forum. We walked from the train station as we only had small cases with us and it was a half an hour walk it was a great way to get our bearings and spot nearby restaurants etc. We arrived after the reception team had finished but the day before our arrival, they sent very detailed instructions and a video showing us how to gain access to the building. We had a gorgeous, spacious room with a fabulous bath! Such good value for money. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Big thank you to Mia for restaurant recommendations We would definitely recommend this lovely hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Staff at recepition were very welcoming and helpful.The room was very clean and had a comfortable bed. Slightly smaller than the pics online but still fine. Shower was larger than usual and pretty powerful. We didn't have breakfast there as we found a nice cafe round the corner on Via Nazionale. The location was great with only 15mins walk to many landmarks. Took the metro from Republica to see the Vatican Museum and St Peters which was easy to use and very efficient. Lots of nice restaurants nearby too for dinner. We needed a taxi to the train station on leaving and they arranged that for us and insisted on helping us with our luggage which was very kind. Would definitely recommend.

Lift was a bit noisy at night or first thing in the morning as our room was right next to it but it didn't detract from our stay .

In choosing a hotel, I usually prioritize location, cleanliness, air conditioning (in warm climates), and breakfast. Since we usually only use the hotel to retreat to after a long day of touring, we don’t need many extra amenities at the hotel (e.g., no need for a swimming pool, etc.). Trevi Palace has an excellent location, very close to some of the major sites such as the Trevi Fountain, Roman Forum, Capitoline Museums, and Colosseum. The staff was especially nice -- be sure to get an omelet at breakfast that they will happily make for you along with a smiley face cappuccino. They provided instant coffee and tea in the room, too, a nice touch. When the room was rather plain, it was clean and tidy. The Wi-Fi was great, especially with the router mounted on our ceiling. Would definitely recommend to anyone touring the area.

the location was perfect on a quiet side street yet still easy walking distance to all the famous sights - 10 minutes to Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Forum. 40 minutes walk to The Vatican. Also good location for restaurants, and superb gelato shop on the next corner. Staff were exceptional and very accommodating, great breakfast with good coffee, freshly made omelettes as well as pastries, cheese and meats. Good sized rooms with fridge and safe, plenty of towels and the housekeeper kept the rooms and communal areas spotless. The hotel is not staffed 24 hours a day so when it is closed and you come back late there is a secure door with key code on the same street 2 doors away. Coming and going felt very secure and was explained and shown to us perfectly when we arrived. I would recommend this quaint little hotel to all my friends and family.

Awesome location, close to all tourist attractions. Room was okay, it lacked some stuff we needed for comfortable stay but nothing critical. We were gifted a bottle of wine on our arrival, it was tasty and very pleasant. Breakfast was tasty.

We definitely could use an additional chair and some surfaces where we can put our things and toiletries in the bathroom. Also cleaning was overboard, they fold all your clothes that are not in the wardrobe, re-organize your things that lay around, and one time we found our charger in the socket, we are sure we didn't leave it here

We loved Hotel Trevi Palace, its in a lovely area and very central to all the sights of Rome. The staff are exceptional, all so friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and spacious and bed very comfortable, excellent shower and fast wifi. We were met by their lovely receptionist Mia who gave us a very warm welcome and showed us how everything worked re breakfast and how to enter the hotel after hours. He also showed us on a map where all the main sights of Rome were and how to get to them from the hotel which was very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with all the usual buffet items plus we were made fresh omelettes which were delicious and the nicest cappuccinos complete with patterns on top! Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very special. Would recommend the hotel and will definitely stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to Rome.

Very clean hotel, ideally located within walking distance to all major landmarks and attractions in Rome. Although conveniently placed, it’s tucked away enough to ensure a peaceful and quiet nights sleep. The room was spotless, the staff were very friendly. We had to use the side door and lift to let ourselves in each night, all was straightforward and no issues. We didn’t eat breakfast here as we were up and out early most mornings, so cannot comment on that. The breakfast area looked well stocked and clean though!

The mattress was a little too hard for me, taking some time to get comfortable. Purely personal preference though, not to be taken away from the positive reviews.

well located and easy to get around anywhere! perfect for families maximum 10 minute walk to reach attractions. the tobacco shop that sells bus tickets was 50 meters away, the atm was 100 meters away. wonderful and helpful staff! the reception desk closes at 8pm and yet when we lost our elevator key,they came to help us at 10pm on a Friday night within ten minutes.

people with mobility issues need to ask for help entering the building and help with the elevators.

An Excellent family owned hotel with an outstanding level of service. Definitely deserves 4stars instead of 3, since I personally enjoyed it more than all the 4stars I stayed in at other places. The hotel has modern design, very clean & spacious rooms with everything that you need. Location of the hotel is in the heart of Rome with just a 5min walk to Trevi Fountain and Alter of the Fatherland. The owners are very friendly and professional with an amazing attention to detail. They simple make your stay wonderful and can assist you with all that you need, such as booking tours and attraction tickets. Breakfast in the hotel is superb and the best is the omelette with Ham and cheese. Food quality is very fresh and taste good. All in all, an outstanding hotel stay with nothing to complain about. Well done to the owners.
