If it was possible to rate this hotel as anything higher than exceptional, we would! This was absolutely the best experience by far that we have ever had at any hotel! The staff were immediately friendly, caring, and accommodating from the moment we arrived in the front of the hotel! The room was awesome with a spectacular view of the National Monument and a staff that made sure that our room stayed clean! It was as if the concierge would call the cleaning staff when they saw us arrive downstairs for our fabulous breakfast, because by the time we returned to the room, it was cleaned! They would then return to the room later in the day to make sure that all was set just right, including folding our sleep clothes and putting them neatly on the bed for us. Finally, the food in the restaurant, and the atmosphere at the roof top bar were both equally amazing! One final note, we were giving contact information for the concierge so that if we needed any help while in the city, Rome, we could contact them for help! Absolutely amazing service and caring from an awesome brand!

Con artists outside of hotel stopping tourists. All day long. Hotel should be able to do something about that. Only reason for not giving an excellent rating.

Amazing location and hotel. We had the opportunity to deal with front desk staff such as Claudio, Egidio and Babu. Extremely kind people, well trained with great matters, attention to details and willingness to help. Breakfast was also up there, quality food, selection and the staff was very prompt and kind to us as well.

I would’ve rated the hotel a 10 but unfortunately due to an awful noise constantly present very late at night and early in the morning coming through the walls of our room, apparently from the courtyard service lift, it made our room experience very unpleasant.

The staff and the location are the two highlights of this property! Sleeping with a view of Trajan’s column, wow! The staff at the reception are incredible — always ready with a smile, suggestions, helping with reservations, providing umbrellas in the deluge, nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile. The breakfasts are good, a la carte rather than buffet, but with quite a bit of variety. The rooms are a good size, decorated in a more modern “instagram” way rather than traditional. The location is a short walk from most key sites and close to a fair few restaurants.

The rooftop bar is incredibly overpriced but one pays for the view, I suppose. The bathrooms were not as well stocked as the sister property in Florence (and suffered from the same toilet paper quality issue).

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. from the minute we arrived, the service was exceptional. Checking in was very smooth, drinks are offered on arrival. The room is perfect, bed very comfortable, bathroom with shower. Location of hotel is second to none, in the city centre, colosseum literally down the road. Rooftop bar has stunning views, looking over the Roman forum. service exceptional in here. Breakfast was wonderful, the staff are amazing, in particular for us, Laura, but couldn’t fault any of them. It is made fresh, as you order off the a la carte menu. Nothing is too much trouble. This was a trip for our wedding anniversary and we were made to feel special. Happy Anniversary mat outside our door and champagne & chocolates in the room on arrival. Would definitely stay here again when we next visit Rome, the eternal city 😊

Really hate to say a negative, but very noisy throughout the night, could hear sirens all night and two of our nights, the bins got emptied which were full of glass bottles. Rooms aren’t soundproof, but the high standard of the rooms and hotel make up for this.

Honestly I felt being in my own house, the staff there set an exceptional example of how hospitality should be, everyone was thriving to help and they do care a lot about their customers, the receptionists, the doormen and bellboys all were lovely and extremely helpful, many thanks to all. The room was clean with excellent room service, elegant hotel and really bring up the standards to 5 stars level. Location is excellent for the colosseum and Roman forum, about 15 minutes walk to Spanish steps

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. Room service was very efficient. A complimentary bottle of fizz & chocolates in our suite room was very much appreciated by us. Really good nights sleep in a lovely big and comfortable bed. Great base for sightseeing - I would highly recommend

I'm being picky as we had a really great stay, and there is little to improve. Whilst the rooftop terrace provides extraordinary views the drinks are expensive for people that are already paying a lot of money to stay at the hotel. There are many people that come just to enjoy the view and have a drink. I think there should be a residents rate that rewards the customers that are staying at the hotel. Some music or entertainment would have increased the atmosphere. I would have been helpful to have both of our rooms on the same floor. - we didn't ask to change as it wasn't essential.

So, first of all, I would like to thank Francesca who was at the head desk and the rest of the staff for this fantastic experience! As I travel a lot, I have to stay in many hotels and by far, this was one of the best stayings I ever had. The staff and the service were exceptional, the room and its view were extraordinary! The hotel is very well situated and you're within short walking distance of any major sightseeing. We also ate at Restaurant Oro Bistrot par Natale Giunta which is on the ground floor of the hotel and finished with its desserts on the rooftop where you can overlook the city of Rome with a big view of the Colosseum, the Altar of the Fatherland and Basilica Ulpia with the Trajan's Column. Overall, I truly recommend it. Again, a big thank you to Francesca and her colleagues for this fantastic experience!

There is not 1 thing I could name that I didn't like!

The hotel room was beautiful, lovely decor and very spacious. I also loved the bathroom! The staff were helpful and polite. We did not have breakfast included but lovely cafes near by. The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to most attractions!

Nothing bad really, although water in the room could have been free considering the price of the room.
