The hotel is in a great location, . The room was big enough for 3 and the bathroom was updated with a nice big shower. Air conditioning worked great, which was needed as the weather was 38-40C during our trip. People have complained about the room key...we just left it at the front desk when we did our sightseeing...it was never an issue.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, the breakfast was decent and what we expected.

Hotel is very central, we walked everywhere in Rome from here! Love the old settings of the hotel. Breakfast was great! Only hiccup was the lost of power for over an hour the first night. But staff kindly explained reason and had it fixed as soon as possible.

Room was a bit small for 3 and the sofa bed was not comfortable.

Everything was great. Hospitality, smile everywhere, great breacfast and above all it was really very clean which is absolutely brilliant ❤️

The shuttle for the airport was too expensive. The prices says 65 and the y accept cards. Then they tell me 70 cause it was morning and at the end I paid to the driver 75 cause it was with card. It's not the money, but I would like to know the amount exactly from the beginning. And again it wasn't the hotels fault. I just want them to know.

This is an old, historic building and while some parts might not (yet) be renovated (we did see ongoing work but weren't indisposed by any of it, no noise etc.), staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Good and copious breakfast and great location!

We had two rooms. The double bed room was very small.

Me and girlfriend were in Rome for my birthday weekend and had a wonderful stay in this hotel. We stayed 3 nights. Rooms were very comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was very central and close to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain plus lots of great restaurants. The lovely waitress in the restaurant even remembered that my girlfriend can only take almond milk in her coffee after asking on our first day. She even brought my regular coffee over as well even though there was a coffee machine for guests. On the day of my birthday we came back to our hotel room to find a birthday ballon, 2 chocolates and a birthday message on the bed from the hotel staff.

Can’t fault anything.

Incredible place, very clean and tidy, located 15 - 20 min walk to almost all the major historical locations, with amazing staff, always going the extra mile to make you feel good and welcome. I don't think I have ever felt this good in a place mostly because of how the staff looked after us. The breakfast was another piece de resistance with a breakfast room small but very spacious in the same time and if you looked up to the ceiling, you were reminded instantly where you were.

Nothing I didn't like, amazing hotel, perfect location, extraordinary staff, delicious food.

Best location near Colosseum & Forum. Quiet room with great view of the Roman Forum. Nice breakfast. We could open the soundproof windows to cool down the room and improve our mobile data signal.

Hotel was undergoing renovations and painting so was a bit messy. But this work was necessary so we didn't mind. The only concerns were the very poor water pressure in our shower, our room air conditioner which could only heat our already warm room (the cold setting heated the room as did the hot setting) and lack of milk for the coffee machine in our room which we didn't use (because we need milk). And we didn't trust the old small lift so walked many times up and down 3 flights of stairs (but this was excellent exercise). Also it was very expensive (over 900 Euro for 4 nights incl tax) but all hotels in Rome are expensive.
