The room was beautiful with nice pop art decoration, as soon as we arrived we found water and fruits. The communication with the owner was by email, not very clear, however the self check-in was relatively easy and we found the house quickly. In the 3 days we stayed we did not meet any staff nor did we have any cleaning. The Metro station is a 5-minute walk away and near the house about 200 meters there is a night bus stop that goes through the city center. The room was spacious and the bathroom in good condition. The bed is comfortable with good mattress and pillows. There is also a mini fridge in the room, but without a freezer. In the shared kitchen there is a large fridge. After check-out we left our bags in the apartment for 2 hours. In general, it is a value for money room and I think that next year we will come back...

The apartment building is quiet but the street below the house is noisy from early in the morning as trams and many cars pass by. We didn't mind this because we fell asleep immediately from fatigue.

The design of the room is very interesting and modern. There were old paintings on the ceiling, which gave the room a special atmosphere. The room also had an electric kettle, coffee cups, wine glasses. Mattress on the bed is comfortable for sleeping. There is a small coffee machine in the lobby.The location is very good, any historical point can be reached on foot. 50 metres away there is a supermarket with groceries and a tram and bus stop. The hotel provided large umbrellas when it rained. It was very pleasant.

At night, with the window open, there's a bit of noise from passing cars.

The host Andrea was very helpful sharing a whole list of recommendations on food, drinks and sightseeing, everything we tried from the list was excellent. The room was clean and nicely decorated, there were some free snacks, water, tea and coffee, we were allowed to leave our suitcase at the property before check-in time. It’s a good win for this price.

We stayed in the smallest room with my friend and it turned to be that the wall in between a bathroom and a bedroom is transparent to the level that you can see other person taking a shower or using a toilet, so the privacy component is a bit missing. Also keep in mind that even though I have no complains about overall location, the way from the central station to the hotel is not very safe, especially if you consider a late arrival.

The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Andreas the host was very attentive. We appreciated him going out of his way with the long message with a suggested itinerary, it was very helpful as we got to see tourist and local attractions. On the third morning we got room service/cleaning which was a great addition. Upon arrival we were welcomed with water and fruit which was kind, and two pods of coffee and some toiletries. The room had a kettle, cups and a mini fridge which we used daily. There is a coffee maker in the entrance. The apartment/room was around a 5-7 minute walk to the station where you can take Line A and go basically everywhere. There were 2 supermarkets very close to the apartment which was convenient as well as a local and very affordable coffee shop with kind staff (L’Angolo Bar).

Our room was huge, with a very open and airy feel... very high ceilings, huge window. Host was awesome, allowing us to store our luggage early which was greatly appreciated. Fresh fruit and water was also left for us to enjoy which was a wonderful touch! Also, the host messaged me on Whatsapp the morning of our stay, so it was very nice to have directions and a connection to the host in case issues arose (which they did NOT.) In fact, we never saw the host.

Having the shower in the bedroom (open) was a bit off-putting. I was very glad I was there with my spouse vs a girls' trip. But the other hotel room had a separate shower, so you can request one over the other. The location was not as close to the metro line as I thought, but I discovered that the metro in Rome was not up to par with what I expected, so we ended up taking taxis everywhere. The hotel was wonderful and the things that diminished my stay had nothing to do with the actual hotel.

The room was extremely clean and was very close (15 min walk) to both the main station, as well as the Colosseum. The Host was friendly and helpful, he gave us tips and was very responsive, as we had a problem with the internet and hot water, and he came to fix both. The check-in was possible after midnight after contacting the host, and both self-check-in and self-check-out were possible.

The noise isolation was not good as the traffic could be heard throughout the night. We could sleep through it eventually, but it could cause problems for others. The AC was not working properly; the weather was nice, so we did not need it, but it might be useful to have it just in case.

everything with this apartment went smooth and easy. it was comfortable overall and located near the city centre, we enjoyed our walks to the main basilicas and colosseum from the apartment. it is near the termini station (about 15 min walk/ the tram station is also really close, so you can choose, but for us there was no problem getting to any historical destination in Roma by walking). Andrea (the host) is very helpful and thoughtful. gave all the instructions for really late check-in, left some food for us to have a snack after the trip and answered all the questions we had. I would definitely will come back and recommend the apartment. bonus - in our room there was a magnificent old ceiling with fresco which looked cool and old but in a good way. the apartment and the building were clean, we’re really picky about cleanliness, and it was all good for us.

The location was good - close to the Termini train station, metro and within walking distance from the Colosseum, if you enjoy going by foot. Andrea was really helpful and gave us information on how to get to the location, made sure to be updated on our arrival time and gave us tips on where to eat and what to do in the city. As the check-in time was 15:00, we asked whether we could leave our luggage there and return later, which he was ok with. To our pleasant surprise, the room was ready earlier, so we had more time to explore. The room was clean, there were some breakfast things available for us: electric tea kettle, tea bags, coffee packets, some sweet pastries and biscuits, juice boxes. The window shutters were so opaque you could sleep until late morning without being disrupted by the light.

I agree with the previous comments, the toilet flushing was a bit of a shock, it sounds like an airplane taking off. The mattress on the bed made you roll towards the middle.

I liked the welcoming, Andrea was perfect with us and explained a lot about the city and its restaurants. Room 4 was good and the facilities okay. Some goodies are displaced on the table on arrival, you can make yourself some coffee that’s really appreciated. No noise too.

The neighborhood wasn’t really secure and a bit far away from the city center but except that everything was really nice in this property !!! The value for money is really worth it

Good location, very close to the Colosseum(15min by walk), metro station was also very close (5min from the apartment). Clean and cozy room. Andrea was very kind and helpful, gave us some tips what to visit and where to eat. We also got coffee, tea and some snacks for free. We would come back for sure!

Wifi signal was pretty weak, probably because of the location of the room(too far from the router). Room could’ve been a bit larger, but it was ok for the two of us.
