A beautiful boutique hotel close to all the attractions of Rome. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. The hotel is located in a charming neighbourhood, in the centre with scenic streets, lovely restaurants and affordable eateries. It cost no more than 10 Euros to travel by taxi to any of the main tourist destinations in Rome. The rooftop bar/restaurant was also a lovely surprise, and perfect for a cocktail at the end of long day of sightseeing.

The bed was a little hard for me, but I tend to like a softer mattress. Despite that, I still slept really well.

great location for doing lots of tourist days at the main attractions. All are walking distance. hotel staff were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough. We brought out 14 month old son and the cot we were given was great and everyone was great with him and us. the room was very clean. I read some reviews before about the noise from other rooms and the comfort of the beds. All of which I we didn’t find, the beds were very comfy and don’t hear any noise.

Two minor things from our stay was we planned on using the rooftop bar on the Thursday night and were told it was closed but advertised as being open. Also my partner raised that the fridge in the room wasn’t working to keep my boys milk chilled. The staff were very helpful in getting milk from the bar but no one then followed this up or fixed the fridge.

Great location. Walking distance to everything but situated in a quiet spot with a few wine bars up the road and a supermarket just around the corner. Wonderful staff. They happily called us cabs as needed for early morning trips to the Vatican in the rain, or to get back to Termini (which is a bit far to walk with luggage). Lovely spot, don’t regret the booking.

Lovely hotel although it could do with some thicker room doors - there is quite a bit of ambient noise in the hotel. This didn’t bother us but we did notice it. Rooms are the usual size for Europe.

Absolutely everything went well. The staff were so lovely and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was perfect. The roof top bar was a delightful surprise and a great way to start your evening. Breakfast was full of choice and plentiful. Had our dinner in the restaurant the first night and it was excellent fine dining cuisine, we were also treated to 50% off our bill the first night. First class location, it really made the end of our holiday a huge success. A big thank you.

Great location—easy access to public transport, and good restaurants in Trastevere, but in a more quiet corner. Very close to the bike/running path along the Tiber. Breakfast was delicious and waitstaff in the morning were so nice.

Rooftop bar is lovely place for an evening aperitif or nightcap, but not a great option for dinner.

Great location, beautiful clean hotel and amazing staff. We loved our stay here - it is right over the river so walking distance to all the major landmarks in Rome, but at night transforms into one of the best places to enjoy dinner. The room is small but very comfortable and clean. The property has an amazing rooftop bar as well! Would highly recommend this place to all our family and friends.

Loved the room, the high windows in both room and bathroom, on the first floor facing the beautiful walled garden. The views of trees, parrots stealing olives, roofs and sky from the bed were calming and beautiful. Loved the selection of toiletries in the very large bathroom. Staff were always on hand and very sympathetic. We love Trastevere and San Francesco à Ripa and we walk to the Sisto bridge every night for supper and music. We felt safe at all times.

The downstairs public washroom was dark, dirty and outdated, and the public spaces could use some brightening.

Great hotel, friendly helpful staff, very clean and really good air conditioning which we really appreciated. Trastevere is very lively but this was a quiet side street still close to lots of restaurants so best of both worlds!

Restaurant on the roof is great - lovely views but small portions

The hotel had a great vibe and was located in the very lively Travestere district. The staff were all incredible and very considerate throughout our stay. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was also fantastic. Thank you for the discount because of our stay!

The rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy but Travestere is known for its activity.
