It was in a lovely, historic old building on the 2nd floor. There was a convenient little kitchen area where we could heat tea and a small shared fridge to keep food overnight. It is walking distance to restaurants and small shop areas, and the train station is close by. The B&B was clean and there was a small elevator to make checking in with bags ok. The bathroom was very nice, once the shower was fixed on day 2. The owner was polite and helpful and spoke English. The windows were soundproof and there was a little courtyard out back. There were vouchers for coffee and breakfast nearby but we never used them.

When we pulled up we thought we were in a bad area, the level of graffiti covering all the buildings made it look horrible. It turned out safe and ok, but the first impression was awful. The check-in process was a little confusing, because we weren't sure of having International smart phone access, but it worked out in the end.

We stayed four nights in the water lily room with pleasure. We bought from a supermarket nearby (called Elite) some salamis, cheese, eggs, bread etc. and put in the fridge. This opportunity was very luxury for us, because we like to have a proper breakfast. We also had free tea and espresso in the common area where we had our breakfast. I haven't seen a specific photo of the room while I was booking but as far as I learned that all the rooms are the same. After our experience in Napoli, it looked quite amazing! The building has very good isolation for noice and it keeps you warm. Bathroom is spacious and clean. Staff was always helpful and friendly. We could pay with a card at the B&B on the second day. They have checked always if we need anything else and provided. The locks are mostly automatic but we felt very safe also in the area. There is an elevator in the building, also there is a bus stop in front of the building.

Which I also gave as a feedback the blanket could have a cover to keep us less hot :)

Location is fabulous, close to the restaurants and nighttime crowd, but far enough away to be fairly quiet. Rooms are on the side of the building away from the street so quieter, but the bus line is conveniently right out the front door. Neighborhood is safe. Room and facility is very clean, secure, and well maintained. Lots of natural light in room and bathroom. Modern fixtures, bed is comfortable, linens are clean and of reasonable quality. All interaction with owner is by message on phone, and very prompt. Food market downstairs, pharmacy across the street, coffee (bars) near.

Other reviewers commented the shower is small. It may be a 36 inch corner unit with a curved front, so it’s smaller, but you can deal with it. Bathroom is large, the hot water never runs out. Internet is reliable, but to slow to upload anything bigger than small pictures. Download speed is fine to watch YouTube.

Location is great, rooms are large and clean. common areas including kitchen are always clean and tidy. We were happy to use fridge, espresso machine...

Although we had a very nice stay, we had an unpleasent experience. Since we were in Rome, we didn't need turkish liras, therefore we left some cash in the room. We noticed that some of our money was missing. We informed hotel about this. We hope that it does not happen to other guests to stay here in future.

We fully enjoyed our stay a this lovely B&B: charming location (this particular area of Trastevere is a true, underrated gem of Rome!). Facilities & room were as described and met our expectations in comfort and cleanliness, breakfast at the partnered-bar was delicious, with fresh croissant and orange juice, hosts were 100% responsive and made everything possible to meet our needs and ensure us a smooth stay. We also appreciated the flexibility in check-in/out thanks to remote control. Very near on feet to all Rome's main attractions. The area has plenty of bars, restaurants and vibrant life but still remain quiet - no noises from the room, since it faced the inner-courtyard. We had a very pleasant stay and would surely come back at this property - very good value for money. Special thanks to Rocco, Costanza, Roberto & the rest of the Staff.

nothing.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Oktogon metro station. It is located in a beautiful old building. We were welcomed by the exceptionally friendly and nice receptionist. The room was well equipped, and everyday cleaning was great. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

Very minor things: it would be nice to have another towel hanger in the bathroom and the bed sheet was slightly to narrow and sometimes rolled up during the night so the side of the mattress was exposed.

Had fun using this B&B as my base of operations for my 5 days in Rome. Nice, clean and quiet. Rocco and Constanza were prompt with their responses to messages. We had a little hiccup with the breakfast vouchers but it was resolved quickly and without issue. The breakfast is over at the local Bar Quadrani - even though others have complained about it I thought it was fine. If you research what Italians typically eat for breakfast, it was exactly how it was served at the bar! I took a cappuccino, pastry and bottle of water every morning. Loved the freshness of the pastries there.

Sound insulation wasn't the best, I could hear when the other guests were talking in the hall. But I think this is typical of these older European buildings. Also had no issues with sound in the evening, so it was all good.

Great location, easy remote check in, exceptional breakfast at a very close cafe that will make you multiple coffees and give you as many things to eat as you like! Great air conditioning in the room, smart TV, great shower. A fantastic stay for the price. The B&B was booked out but it felt like we were the only guests. Highly recommend

Nothing. Might be a bit tricky to access the property if you don’t have a phone with internet.

Location & comfort

There was lack of information from the hosts. I was just given the keys but no one informed where the breakfast would be. I stayed for 4 nights and was only given 2 breakfast stubs, I asked but still was not given the 2 others. Shower doesn’t have a caddy to put your soap and bottles on and water on the sink took forever to go down. All of these I relayed to the host but nothing was done. My room never got cleaned during the 5 day stay.

As a young woman traveling alone for a few days after completing a study-abroad session, I was so happy to discover this gem of a B&B! I felt safe, the property is lovely and clean, my room was large and absolutely beautiful, and everyone was so accommodating to my needs! I had to arrive late in the evening but they arranged for someone to meet me and check me in. I had so many questions before and during my stay, but everyone was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. I honestly can't say enough good things about this stay--it made my last few days in Rome extra special!
