Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Chiara, Lorenzo, and to the cleaning lady. The room was super clean and quiet, and air conditioning worked well. Location is convenient, 500m to Lepanto metro station. There is a supermarket just across the street, and there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. Prati is a beautiful, quiet, and safe area to stay in.

Water pressure in the shower was perhaps a bit too low (for Scandinavian standards). But we heard that in Rome in general the low water pressure is quite common.

Absolutely immaculate!!! They think of everything. The detail to the comfort of their guests is incredibile. Great location. Very kind and helpful staff. They make it feel like a five star resort! And I had no problem with the WiFi as others have said. This is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at in all of Italy! I hesitate to say more because I know after this posting I’ll never be able to get a booking. It will be full. But truly they deserve it. Grazie mille Riccardo.

+ good location for visiting Rome center(~30 min walking) + Perfect choice if you want to be close to Olimpico Stadio + quiet Area + building has a garden/patio that can be used by tenants +Carrefour shop right next to the building +clean and very friendly staff! We arrived earlier and they were very kind and helped us check in faster. +would come back to stay here when in Rome.

The accommodation was spotless with very friendly and helpful staff. Big thanks to Chiara. Tea and coffee was provided, supermarket across the road. Quiet residential area with shopping, cafe and restaurants locally. Major sights such as Castel Sant’Angelo a 20 mins walk away. Lepanto metro station is a short walk -6 mins. Couldn’t be better at this price range. Very relaxing, we will be back again!

I stayed for a week. The location has good rooms with friendly and helpful staff. The bed is comfortable and it's near public transport in a very safe neighborhood. When I arrived the shower was broken. This was quickly fixed.

The rooms could do with some sound proofing both to the other rooms and to the outside aswell as a normal chair at the desk but overall it's very good. If I were to return to Rome and I hope I am I would gladly stay here again.

If you’ve been to Rome before like I have it is a great location. About a 10 minute walk to the metro or about 30-40minutes to Piazza Navona. It’s on the ground floor so no stairs are needed. Grocery store is right across the street (don’t get the sushi there I found a rock in mine). Great sized mini fridge for those with a longer stay. The bed in room 4 was fantastic. The people who run the location were so nice and welcoming.

I had an extended stay (20+ days). I only got a clean towel once. I found a few (and I mean a few) ants in my room but being ground floor it was expected but wasn’t bad. Room 4 was extremely small. Not enough room to have your suit case open on the floor and move around the room. As a solo traveler the room “worked” but if you are a larger individual or a couple the room would be extremely small and cramped. The bathroom was extremely narrow so again if you are a “bigger” person the bathroom and shower will be an inconvenience but then again if you are just stay 1-2 days it would be “do-able”. Lastly the mini fridge leaked a little so I had to put a towel down so it wouldn’t wreck the floor or soak my bags.

The location of the place is simply amazing, easy access to any part of Rome, and a walking distance to many of the main attractions and locations, and just far enough so you don’t get overwhelmed crowdedness of downtown Rome. The hosts or managers were amazing, friendly supportive and super helpful. The services they offer is perfect for what’s needed, it’s not overbearing, giving me enough space to enjoy and relax.

We spend 6 nights there and it was amazing !! The owner was very friendly and helpfull. He gave us information about everything we wanted to know about our trip to Rome. The room was cozy, comfy and very very clean !! The neighborhood was quiet and very beautiful. Definitely the best choice we made for our accommodation! We will come back for sure on our next trip !! Thank you !!

The complex is located in a very quiet neighborhood which makes it a perfect place to rest and recharge after long days of touring around Rome. It is also very near to Vatican City (if you’re into walking you can pretty much get there in around 20 mins) or if you would rather use the metro is very close to the Lepanto station which takes you very fast to any point in the city. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a quiet and comfortable stay that is away from the crowded and complicated streets of downtown Rome yet very close to all the Roman landmarks that y out could think of! Also, a big highlight is the service and attention of the personnel. They contact you 24 hours in advance of your booking to check on you and any special requests you may have. If you have to do a late check in or check out the staff will be super kind to help you coordinate it and even booking a cab to take you to the airport. In summary, this is a great value option that will definitely go on my list of places I would stay again at.
