The real value of this hotel is their stuff, they are so helpful, warm and polite. Girls in breakfast area are so wonderful, sweet and do everything thay can to help you. The hotel location is perfect, if you like to walk, it is a great walk to every landmark in city, from Piazza di Popolo and Vatican to Fontana di Trevi, Colosseo, Bocca della Verita and Trastevere who is just across the river. We had a room upgrade when we came and it's a really nice thing from hotel to do, we were delighted. Beds are absolutely comfortable, towels were changed daily. A breakfast is delicious, and you have something for everyone, but sweet part of breakfast is FANTASTIC! Cappuccino also, perfect 10! Hotel for every recommendation!

An Unforgettable Stay in Rome's Heart! Our visit to Rome was made exceptional by the warm hospitality and impeccable service of this place. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted by an incredibly friendly staff. The comfort of the beds was great, they were a dream to sink into after a day of exploring the city's wonders. Location-wise, this hotel is an absolute gem! Nestled in the center of Rome, it allowed us to easily access all the iconic landmarks within walking distance. We did not use any kind of public transport. The convenience of exploring this historic city without hassle truly added to the overall experience. Cleanliness is really important to me, and I was impressed by the pristine condition of the hotel. We did not have breakfast included, but we paid extra to have some one of the mornings. There was a big variety of food for every taste. I recommend this hotel!

The staff were first class and I liked the location

All the staff at HT6 were wonderful from the concierge to the bartender. They went out of their way to be helpful and accomodating. We loved the cozy setting and the decor of the lobby and the breakfast area; lots of interesting paintings and furnishings. Breakfast was beautifully set up and and there was a lot of variety to choose from. The hotel was situated in the Jewish Ghetto, easy walking distance to all of Rome's historical sites

Breakfast service was exceptional. We felt very welcomed and we enjoyed our morning conversations, the food and coffee :)) The jacuzzi in our room was huge and comfortable with very nice lighting system. The room (the pictures matched the reality) was very clean and they kept the good standard during our whole stay (4 nights). The hotel service was very friendly, they were answering all our questions and requests. We were very nicely surprised when a hotel employee took our luggage with a smile and carried it all the way to the taxi when the street was temporary closed :)

We were fine with that, but I would suggest better ventilation system for the room / bathroom (after extensive use of jacuzzi, the room was a bit steamy. It needed some time with open window in order to get rid of the steam). Beds could be a little wider (we had two single beds made from a big one), but the materaces were very comfortable :)

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. They truly made me and my friend feel being taking care of and treated with care. My friend’s bag was stolen, lost very important things, they made calls for us, feed us, give us drinks, ask us how we are doing. They made us feel safe, like a home at Rome.

Nothing

The location is excellent - central, picturesque, but not too busy. Nice kosher food restaurants around. The staff was outstanding- they were nice, caring, genuine and helpful. Breakfast buffet selection exceeded our expectations. Great variety of delicious food which nourishes stomach and eyes, as it was beautifully presented. The rooms were spatious and beds were comfortable. We had two rooms. Both of them were nice and spotless. Bathrooms and showers were freshly refurbished. The bathroom amenities were qualitative and supplied in sufficient amounts. All in all, we are very happy with our experience here.

EVERYTHING. PERFECT. STAFF♥️

All staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, always ready with recommendations of places to eat and things to do. The room was lovely with a fantastic jacuzzi bath. The location was excellent and convenient for lots of restaurants, and only a short walk from many of the sights. We enjoyed drinks in the bar and the hugely varied breakfast. It was really a fantastic and luxurious-feeling hotel and our stay was excellent.

The room could have been slightly better ventilated, as with a large bath in the room which wasn't closed off by a door things became a little damp unless you opened a window (which we didn't always want to do as it was chilly and noisy outside). An extractor fan would do the trick. There seemed to be some building work going on while we were there which was very noisy for short periods, though luckily this didn't start too early in the morning and is surely temporary. Neither of these things would stop us returning.

Piero and Saul were great. Very helpful. Very friendly. They helped us with: Getting an airport taxi reserved, an ironing board and iron, and advice about nearby restaurants. Piero even helped take my suitcases down the street to the taxi pickup. Thanks Piero! The breakfast was fantastic, with many options, and cakes and vegetables and fruit. And the wait staff were so friendly and hard working. Endless cappuccino! Just a great staff. We had a suite with two levels. Still kinda tight....Its like Paris: Its not cheap for some space in a good location. Shower/bath was great. Air conditioning worked well. Location, location, location. You will be confrontable, and can walk to Capitoline/Palatine/Circus/Pantheon without wearing out your adult legs and stamina. Its worth the Paris rate, in my 52 year old opinion.

No complaints. FYI, if you are going to the hotel for the first time, the streets in front of the hotel are shut-off from cars. So, the best access is right in FRONT of the Jewish "Tempio Maggiore", right off the main street along the Tiber, to the north of the island in the Tiber. That street is the "Lungotevere de Cenci". The police keep a barricade there to control traffic in and out of the neighborhood. The taxi may be able to go in and drop you off at the hotel. Otherwise, get dropped off and walk north 60m to the hotel entrance.
