We stayed in Chapter Roma with a group of friend to visit the concert taking place in Rome. Let me tell you, the hotel exceeded my expectations. What we liked the most: - Spacious room, modern and expensive facilities; - Shampoo and shower products! :) - Very responsive and hospitable personnel on the registration - Cleaning efficiency and speed, very good! - Windows in both bathroom and bedroom - Almost walking wardrobe that fit all our clothes - AC was brilliant considering it was +38 degrees C outside - Location is great - Extensive bar station + full minibar It was just awesome spending time in the room during heat hours)

I'm not sure there was anything worth mentioning.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was recommended to us by friends, and we will certainly recommend to others. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and finish of the room we were given. The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful - making sure we planned our onward travel around the Giro D'italia. We had a drink twice on the rooftop bar (needs booking) which was cool. The location seemed random at first but turned out to be the perfect base for exploring the city by foot (particularly for crossing the bridge in to Trastavere in the evenings, and in walking distance to Colosseum, Pantheon etc) and easy access to everywhere by Uber within minutes. 3 minute walk to Roscioli Salumeria con Cucina which we would highly recommend.

The only possible negatives: The room was slightly noisy in the evening from the rooftop bar (although this wasn't really a problem for us). There is no iron in the room, but reception supplied one immediately every time we needed. There was a separate minibar with 1ltr bottles of spirits and cocktail making facility - which required entire bottles if opened.. which seemed like a pointless addition to the room.

Perfect staff - very nice, helpful and easy to communicate. Perfect location - just a short walk from Trastevere, Campo dei Fiori and Pantheon. However, hidden from the crowd, you will sleep like an angel there :) Very aesthetic place, cozy rooms with a private bar (!) and Marshalls to create a nice vibe. Details are so important - La Bruket in the bathroom and you have a special selection for a morning or evening shower. Before you leave home and after a long day in Room you will get a glass of cold Prosecco (heaven!). A classy bar and a restaurant downstairs and a summer rooftop terrace. Actually, you can be tempted to stay in the hotel - it is an experience itself :)

For those oldies who prefer a cup of evening tea instead of negroni, it would be great to have a smaalll kettle in the room ;)))

I loved the style of the room (it's very unique) and bathroom. Mini bar stock was really good. Bed very comfortable. Localisation great. The staff helpful. Very good coffee at breakfast (breakfast fine but I had better).

The price was crazy (I used to better facilities for that or lower price) but maybe it was related to the booking on weekend or Bruce Springsteen concert or Tennis Tournament (i don't know). The room was supposed to be soundproof but you could hear absolutely everything behind the door (i was waken couple of times only because somebody closed the door of the next room). The TV was supposed to be smart, but it didn't have any streaming platforms like Netflix or Disney+. Net curtains would be useful - otherwise you are either spending time in a dark or the neighbours across the street can see everything in your room.

Amazing experience! Very kind and pleasing employees. Received a very warm welcoming from Miss Georgia and therefore the room was always clean, cosy yet so stylish and the bed was so comfortable. Special mention to the team at the rooftop bar Hey Güey especially the bartender Toto for the great service and the tastiest cocktail’s! Also to the Campocori restaurant team for the exceptional service and presentation of the food and not to miss the Chef for the incredibly beautiful and succulent food! Grazie mille!

Staff were very friendly, the room was exceptionally clean and well laid out. The shower was possibly the best shower I've ever had, although probably uses a little too much water! Great location - a 5-10 minute walk to the Trevi fountain and about the same distance to the Colosseum & Pantheon.

Everything was fantastic - although the breakfast could have included a little bit more. There was only a small buffet in the café attached to the Hotel. The options were bacon and/or eggs. Some sausages or a wider range of options etc would have been great, but that might be because I'm a greedy Brit!

Great design, great bar, super comfy bed, large bathroom with great water pressure and amazing soaps, shampoos, etc. I love the location and the staff is great!

The hotel needs a little refreshing- walls need painting in the common areas, etc.. not horrible, but noticeable. There was one major issue and that was the smell of our room. I had read reviews about a bad smell from the pipes, but the smell in our room was more like salami, or stale breath after eating a lot of garlic. The first few days the linens, particularly the pillows, smelled terrible. The bed was soooo comfortable, otherwise. We ended up buying som potpourri for the room and that helped. I would have given our experience higher ratings if we hadn’t had to deal with the unappealing odor. Of course, it wasn’t so bad that we asked to change rooms- we really liked our room..

We were upgraded to a loft room on arrival which was a nice big size (but I probably would have rather had our original room as it was a little bit of a weird layout, with nowhere to really put your luggage and an impractical tiny sofa). The room was clean, wifi was good, and the hotel is in a great location. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The rooftop is a great place to have a pre-dinner drink whilst the sun sets. They provided a great recommendation for dinner, away from the tourist traps of the city. The staff were helpful and friendly.

I think Rome is just an expensive city overall, but we found our room to be very expensive! For this price I would have liked better quality sheets and pillows, but we still slept well. I echo previous comments about the hotel looking a little tired, but it was clean and stylish. On arrival, I noticed that the hand towel in the bathroom had not been changed and was covered in make-up from a previous guest, but they came and changed this right away.

It feels more like a 5-star hotel rather than a 4-star. Very stylish and with a character interior design, good quality materials, great service level, lovely food outlets. In addition, I really like the are around the hotel - it's close to main attractions and just next doors to the most "delicious" area of Rome.

Nothing to say here, everything was great! And it's important to remember that the hotel feels like a 5-star hotel but with a price tag of a four-star!
