Location, Location, Location! Just in the botton of Scalinata di Spagna, in the beautiful historic building. I loved the interior too. Metro is around the corner.

No sound proof at all, at least in the room we were staying (303). It is located next to reception, so I could hear every single word spoken by the staff or guests during the check out; that was disturbing indeed. In fact, I could hear every step or move of the receptionist… this probably means that the receptionist could here every noise I made… If something could be done about this ( change the doar to the soundproof one, perhaps?), the rest would be great!

Location in the center of the square, convenient and beautiful. Room with espresso machine and small fridge, excellent shower, everything you need for accommodation in central Rome.

Lacks a detailed explanation of how to get to the hotel since it does not have neat signage from the outside, I would expect a detailed explanation to be sent on behalf of the hotel, but after arriving for the first time it is already negligible. Pay attention to taxis - the taxi that took us from the airport did not enter the square because it is blocked to vehicles and took us about 10 minutes walk, probably this is the procedure and therefore there is walking with luggage on the streets of Rome ... In fact there is a taxi station in the square, when we returned back to the airport we took a cab from there (1 min walking)

This apartment is in the heart of the artsy street of Via Margutta - easy access to all the things of northern Rome are literally at your feet (Piazza del Popolo, Spanish Steps, Park, Shopping, etc). We really loved the fact that there were dining options a short walk away (Babette and Angie) in each direction.

The required checkin' at the main establishment and subsequent walk to the actual apartment was a bit of a push at the end of the day - stress that didn't have to be there. Finally getting to the apartment, it was a least 90 degrees inside - as all three wall heaters were on......After shutting off the heaters and turning on the three AC units things got better before it was time for bed. Inside the building is like nothing you've ever encountered - felt like going through an eclectic commune with trees, plants and "interesting" stairs. Very much an irony once you finally arrived at the apartment - being modern and well laid out.

Terrific location and great landing place after our long flights from Australia. The room was comfortable, clean and the bathroom appeared to have been recently renovated which felt fresh. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Our favourite part about this hotel was the old fashioned lift in the building- really cool! We also really loved how the Nespresso coffee was included. We found the price to be high however this was more reflective of all prices in Rome at the time of our travel. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

I liked its location and inside what looked like a private house. Staff were very kind and helpful. Room was big and very clean.

Nothing! It’s worth saying this is not a conventional hotel - no breakfast or restaurant and no 24 hour reception. A more nervous solo traveller might prefer the traditional hotel. But not me I loved it. And with 3 locks between you and the street, it felt very secure. Staff were very helpful. Room has coffee machine and small charge for fridge items. I’d give it more stars if I could!

The location and decoration was superb. Good service at check-in and check-out as well. Definitely the first place I'll check out on my next visit to Rome. Highly recommended!

The only issue I faced was that although it was 10:00 am and the door was locked and I had a "do not disturb" sign on the door, the door suddenly opened and housekeeping came into the room! She was as suprised to see me as I was suprised to see her. She immediately apologised and left, but I cannot understand why she unlocked the door with her master key and came in under these circumstances. Breakfast is not served at the premises but this was not at all an issue as it's such a central location.

If you’re going to Rome and want that perfect place to stay. THIS is it. It was in the middle of everything.. My teenage kids didn’t even complain and that in itself says it all. It even has a lift, which was need as my husband just had surgery six weeks before and couldn’t walk up stairs. The staff bent over backwards to account every need. Bravo !

I didn’t like that we had to leave, we will be back.

Its not my first time staying at Internazionale Domus Rome The location is perfect, right by the Spanish Steps and a short walk from all the major attractions. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. It is a great value for money.

The room was a little bit warm and the Aircon didn't seem to cool it down enough.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is right next to The Spanish Steps. Plenty of restaurants nearby. A Metro nearby. Lots of upscale shopping stores in the area.

We booked a twin room, but upon check in the room had a double bed. It too a little while, but the staff were able to convert the room to a twin room. The room we had was the closest to reception, so there was some noise at times.

Excellent location, really smart mini hotel right by the Spanish Steps. Smart and comfortable. Metro station right nearby. Boutique shops in nearby streets, plenty of restaurents. Easy to walk to other fascinating historic sites.

No criticism of the International Domus! We would stay again for certain and liked everything about the hotel and surrounding area.
