Fantastic location overlooking Piazza di Spagna and the 'Spanish Steps'. Comfortable and quiet with effective airconditioning. Friendly, helpful staff always available at the desk. Be sure to use the lift!! Enter from street level and either call reception on your phone or have one of your party head upstairs to arrange the lift - do not carry your suitcases up the stairs ha. A key is required to use the lift and reception will provide one - hot tip.

Really nothing not to like :) The communal outdoor area is only for hotel provided food and drink, no eating take a way food there, fair enough.

Location - streets right outside the hotel take you easily around city. Room felt cozy with all amenities. Right next to the Spanish Steps, but my room was on the inside courtyard with a little balcony so I had the benefit of the location and quiet privacy too. The guest terrace is right on the steps if you want to enjoy the crowds at a distance with your little cup of expresso or glass of wine. Church bells in the evening a special treat.

I had google mapped the entry to the hotel which was extremely helpful, since the entrance is not marked on the street level. The hotel is on the upper levels and you have to ring the bell at 29 Piazza de Spagna for entry. Then take the elevator to the hotel floor. There is also another entrance on the Spanish Steps and they'll show you how to use that once you check in. Deana at the Front Desk was really helpful, friendly and always ready for a chat or a suggestion -- Gracie Deana!

We loved the location. The room was lovely and your staff, especially Francesca, was very accommodating and made us feel welcome right from the start. Definitely will be staying here again and referring your hotel to others.

Right on the Spanish Steps so very central to this famous landmark in Rome. Very clean, cool and comfortable room with small balcony overlooking the steps. Staff very accomodating minding our bags after an early arrival so we could look around Rome.

It can get loud at night but there are roller shutters on the windows which block out most noise ( so not really a negative but to be aware).

Right next to the Spanish steps and 100 meters from the taxi stand. Also had a private terrace/bar area right on the steps and overlooking the entire piazza.

It’s an old property, so there is a small lift and it’s generally easier to use the stairs, but this is not a criticism.

Verry nice room with the beautifu terrace facing the Spanish Steps. The staff was verry polite and helpfull. The room was nice and clean. Only the view is worth every penny.

Location was perfect, situated in the heart of Rome's shopping and sightseeing district.

The air conditioning was not efficient and under the beds could have done with a good sweep !

Location was excellent! Proximity to the best shopping and sightseeing. Could not be better. Clean room and spacious for Rome. We had the suite with the balcony. 100% worth it.

Hitel is in the old building... Elevator is tiny. Need old fashion keys to enter room, hotel, and even the elevator, Breakfast in the nearby restaurant was very good.

Location is 10+++ CAN'T BE BETTER!
