My Suites Piazza di Spagna is a hidden gem in Rome near Spagna metro, Spanish steps, Roma. The suites are fantastic, location is good, rooms are big and clean and toilet is superb, clean. There is coffee machine, the host Jessi is fantastic.. allowed early check in .. the 2nd Host (cant recollect her name) is also very good. This close to spagna metro station has day time reception, luggage can be stored after checkout, the place has good vibes, good priced place... thats why hidden gem If you are getting this at decent price please take this as its worth every penny spent.

Nothing in particular as such.

The location is the best thing about this place. It’s right next to the Spanish Steps. From here you can easily walk everywhere. The rates are obviously higher. In the end, you’re paying for the location. You end up avoiding taxis, public transport and you can easily walk everywhere from here. Also it felt really safe at night as there is police around and also tourists, even late at night. The place was clean and I recommend it for the location.

The room is small - it looked a bit more spacious in the photos. It gets a bit noisy in the morning.

The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is in the old town, but you can't hear a lot of noise in the room. The room is clean, there is everything you need. We are also very grateful to the apartment owners, who were very understanding when we were robbed. Even asked several times if everything is okay with us. We did not receive any complaint about the lost apartment key. Thank you and good luck to you.

The room was spacious, clean and just as shown in the pictures. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was great. 30 minute walk to most of the sites

Loved the location. Close to a little bakery on the way to the Spanish steps that is a must visit. Must have the queens cake. The room was very comfortable. The shower was crazy fun! Trying to figure it out was fun and then once figured out the shower was amazing. Very nice front desk staff. His name was Gianluca and was generous with his time and his kindness. He explained all the keys we would need to get in and out on our own, when he was not there. Kept our luggage for us while we explored after check out. Amazing place

WE can't think of a thing that we didn't like. This was a great place to land after a long flight from the USA and some very tired feet.

Location! Centrally located very very close to the Spanish Steps and Metro Spagna. We stayed over the New Year and they gave a complimentary wine and Pandoro. Nice and friendly staff.

I have a very sensitive sense of smell and there was something off-smelling in the bathroom and I couldn’t pinpoint what. Also the wifi isn’t very reliable, it disconnects often so I had to rely on my mobile data.

Convenient location.

Key, key, key. Quite often, the key to the entrance of the apartment suites did not work properly and we needed to get assistance for that. Because the receptionist/cleaning lady does not stay in the suite in the evening, we were afraid that we might not be able to get in when we come back in the late evening. Even though the other conditions were great, we are not returning this place next time.

The My Suites Piazza di Spagna has the perfect blend of historic charm and modern facilities. The location is great (so close to Spanish steps as well as metro station) and I highly recommend it because of it's clean and has very comfortable rooms with elegant decor. The customer service is commendable with exeptional hospitality.

Fantastic location right next to the Spanish steps, comfortable bed, mini fridge, kettle and coffee machine.

We had a lot of humility but solved this by opening the windows during the day. Make sure you come out the right exit of the metro! There are several and if you get the wrong omen there are a lot of steps.

Great location, clean room and comfortable beds. Communication with the hosts was very friendly and always quick. The room offered everything we needed. The only downside was, that the walls are very thin and you could hear almost everything from the neighbours.
