The terrace is just as beautiful in person as it is in the photo! the location is fantastic, steps from Piazza Navona. I really recommend the area. There are lots or little roman alley…quintessential Rome. my bed was very comfortable. i would love to return.

Not a dislike, but be aware there is not an elevator. if this is important to you choose another place. there are stairs. staff took care of my bags so this is only a potential problem for elderly or people with mobility issues.

early check in made my holiday so much more comfortable since I had an early flight and arrived early and tired. Be able to get into the rooms drop off luggages & showers and rest a bit make my day more productive. Especially from a long haul flight they arrive early!

The staff was incredible. Very helpful and accommodating. We plan to stay there again when we visit Rome. The view from the rooftop for breakfast is beautiful. Be sure to reserve the King Room Suite. However, I stayed twice this trip. Once by myself in a small room but it was really nice with a loft.

The breakfast could be much better. Maybe offer something warm for breakfast even if it is just nice danish and eggs.

Location is amazing! All the major sights are in walking distance. The neighborhood is vivid, super interesting with lots of small shops, restaurants and cafes. Juan and stuff are so friendly and helpful, going extra step to meet our needs. We will definitely come back again and I highly recommend Navona ❤️

The two managers Edgard and Jean, were very hospitable and helpful. Arranging for a driver to pick me up at the airport (additional fee) was fantastic and most welcome. Any questions or concerns I had they attended to with patience and care. I saw them give this hospitable service to other guests too, it made for a pleasant and welcoming environment to stay for two weeks. The terrace and breakfast were fantastic. Easy walk to many of the main attractions and cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and the rooms kept clean everyday. It was truly a wonderful environment.

For my two week stay perhaps a slightly larger room would've been good. Having said that the room I had was comfortable and tended to very well everyday. Initial issue connecting my phone to their wifi but with some good problem solving we figured it out within 24 hours. They truly did their best in every way to ensure your were welcomed and looked after. Would recommend this accomodation for travellers for sure.

I have no words to describe how wonderful this place is. Our suite was comfort, well equipped and clean. Whole place is very charming. Perfect location, everything you have to see in Rome is on the walking distance. Very friendly stuff. Rooftop terrace is very nice and it is real pleasure to have breakfast there. Just few steps from here there are many restaurants with very tasty food.

Large (for Europe) and comfortable air-conditioned room with fully appointed bathroom - Wonderful rooftop where breakfast is served in mornings (and is accessible all day) - Knowledgable multilingual host with great suggestions for where to go, what to do and how to do it -Close to Piazza Navona and nearby restaurants but down quiet Street so away from hustle and bustle. Easy walk to most famous sites -Ideal for long or short stay

Nothing but guests should be aware there is no lift in building (and last flight of stairs to rooftop is quite steep). However the great hallway photos and decoration is worth pausing for anyway

The host, Jean, was so very hospitable and welcoming. He provided guidance and maps and also found a place for our very large stroller to be stored overnight. The location couldn’t have been any better. It was near very good restaurants and attractions. The room was very comfortable and had two bedrooms and a kitchenette. The rooftop breakfast was quaint and the friendly staff custom made our coffees to order every morning. I highly recommend this hotel!

This is just me being a worried mom… and I know this can’t be helped… but the stairs in the hotel are quite steep. So parents, just be sure to keep a close eye on little ones, as the stairs in the multi-level building are steep and long.

The location is unbeatable, you stay in the heart of Rome few steps from Piazza Navone yet in a quiet side street, close to a lot of restaurants, trattorias etc. Ideal for people exploring Rome by foot. We stayed ar the 2-storey room for 4 people which had a nice fitout - large king size bed downstairs and teo single beds upstairs with a small living area at the entrance. Staff is extremely nice, friendly and helpful and make you feel right at. home.

breakfast selection is not impressiveand those not contain any cooked food, but coffee is very good. breakfast is served on a wonderful rooftop terrace. bathroom is a bit small we didn’t mind but the staircase is narrow and steep

location of the place was fantastic! it is in the middle of a very lovely neighbourhood. Many of the best Tripadvisor and Google rated cheap restaurants of Rome were nearby, the best dessert places are also on the same street or just a short walk away. All the main attractions were just within a 30 minute walk away so we barely spent time in the hotel. We really enjoyed walking everywhere. We walked nearly 160km in a week so the place is best for people who like being on their feet all day. There is no metro stops nearby only bus stops. it was also such a reasonably priced choice that we were hoping to return next year but having the look at the prices it is unfortunately priced double for the same time in 2024.

The terrace was not open for breakfast and therefore we needed to sort the breakfast ourselves everyday. The terrace for breakfast is only open from mid March (no specific dates, dependent on the weather). We also had a faulty shower alarm going off the middle of the night but Jean was very quickly resolving it within 30 minutes even though there is no 24 hour reception. Internet was not great and a bit temperamental and we had to use our mobile net in the accommodation.
