We arrrived early in thr morning and our room was not ready and Harrison welcomed us so nicely and offered us a coffee and a croissant. Also it was so easy to communicate with the hotel via WhatsApp and they organised our airport transport perfectely. Though there is only a very small breakfast it is sufficient.

The stairs are a little bit narrow and steep and the room door was not really soundproof so in the morning when more peapole were having breakfast it was a little bit loud.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and bright. It had a lot of unique charm made the holiday extra special. Harrison was so kind and helpful and gave us wonderful recommendations every day for places to eat or get coffee. He was especially kind to give us a breakfast tray as our flight out was early and he didn't want us to miss out and he organised the transfers to the airport for us. My partner and I would love to stay again and we will definitely be recommending.

There was nothing to not like

Just came back from 3 days in Rome. The hotel is located just a stone’s throw from Piazza Navona. Harrison was amazing, kind and super helpful. We loved the room and breakfast was more than enough. This hotel is really cool, well located and Harrison is a superb host. Really recommend it. 10 out of 10.

Perfect balance of quality-price. Exceptional treatment from the stuff, receptionist was kind and polite at its finest. Decent breakfast and perfectly working AC.

The hot water in the shower was missing, it was merely a bit warm, however it didn't bother at all as it was early August and outside was extremely hot.

It was pleasant! The room was very clean and the staff was nice, well organized and helpful. Thanks Harrison ! I would definitely recommend here and will be back. Thanks for the great service

The location was incredible. 1/2 hour at most from all attractions, situated in a neighborhood of lovely shops , small restaurants and right at your door one of the most recommended gelato shops and one of the best tiramisu places. The facilities were fine with a large room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was more than continental and coffee was served to order. But the best hands down was Harrison who worked the reception. The kindest, nicest most professional hotel worker I have ever met. In the end we felt like we were staying with an old friend. From greeting us in the morning, to giving suggestions and booking transportation none could be better.And then to top it off was the breakfast tray he placed in our room due to an early morning departure with a beautiful personal note.

The hotel is in an absolutely fantastic location - I personally think this area is the best place to stay for a trip to Rome & the rooftop view from the Attic room is superb. The hotel was very easy to find & the instructions on access were very clear. Having breakfast included made for a great start to the day, always elegantly laid out with multiple options & with drinks made to order. Luggage drop was a massive help. All-in-all, brilliant value for money - the hotel is well looked after & the staff are welcoming & friendly! I know where to come if I return to Rome!

Nothing that put me off the hotel, more like a few personal preferences. The bed was a little firm for me - but I did sleep well. The room could have done with a towel rail & the addition of a kettle would have been a great touch (but that might just be because I'm British!)

We loved everything about palazzo lupardi relais. It was in a great location, check in was quite easy and the hosts were nice. We stayed in an attic room and it was great! The aircon worked well and the room / bathroom was really clean. Shower had great pressure. They replaced our towels daily too. The property has lots of stairs but there is a lift up to reception.

There are about 20 steep stairs up to the attic rooms. We had backpacks so it was fine for us but it would be difficult with large suitcases. Also the lift wasn’t working on our final day.

Very nice, clean and spacious room. Great location, near everything with tons of great restaurants nearby. But the best part was Harrison from the reception! He was super nice, helped us with every little inquiry we had, and gave us a feeling that he is personally looking after us. To the point that he remembered our drink choices, and even left us a tray of stuff for breakfast with a personalized note, since he knew we were leaving in the middle of the night and won't make it to breakfast.

The climb to the hotel is not easy, and the elevator is really small so we couldn't all fit inside. We could hear all the footsteps and noises of the floor from the rooms above ours. I also couldn't find how to lock the room from the inside. From the outside the entrance was with the key card only, but staying with a child i would have liked to lock the door from the inside as well

This BnB was in absolutely perfect location, our triple room was large and super comfortable. There was gelato, tiramisu, and multiple restaurants within 20ft of the front door. Breakfast was good with some pastry and cold cuts, no hot food, but that is very common for European hotels.

Our only complaint was that our A/C was not as powerful in one of our rooms compared to our other room next door, and during the heat wave we wanted our room to be as cold as possible. So sleeping in a warm room was not great.
