Navona Luxury Guesthouse is comfortable stay with the walking distance from sightseens for great money value. Before check in I had recevie all the detailed instructions from fantastic host Andrea regarding to entrance, restaurant recommendations and hints for how to keep yourself and your stuff safe around touristic places which are often targets of pickpockets. Host Andrea was very proffessional, friendly and helpful same as a lady which was present by our check out and without problems we could keep our bags in guesthouse while spending our last hours in Rome. Anytime I had any request Andrea answered within few minutes even at evening time which I very appriciate. Room was clean (they clean daily) and had everything you need for your stay and area was nice. If you would like to stay in clean place with good value and friendly staff Navona is the right place.

The location is fantastic - great for visiting Piazza Navona and Castel Sant'Angelo. There are plenty of mini supermarkets, pharmacies, etc nearby to stock up on things. Great to have a fridge in the room. The room for our family of 4 was great - often you feel like they've squished in an extra bed but there was tons of room for us and all our stuff.

I would love if they could bring back the breakfast option. We knew breakfast wasn't included but the option of some sort of breakfast in room would be great, mostly because I'm lazy! I'd happily pay a bit more for it.

The staff, the location and the beautiful room made everything perfect for our stay. Thank you to all of the staff, from helping us to find parking, to being so warm and welcoming, we truly appreciated it. we would definitely stay again if we’re ever in Florence again ( hopefully!)and highly recommend it.

Nothing- others have complained about the stairs and we aren’t young but definitely didn’t for a second consider this a deal breaker by any stretch. And, the staff will help carry your bags if needed.

Andrea is the nicest person you can find. He texts you right away to give you every information you thing, how to park, and if you have a question he answers in the minute ! He understands and speaks French, English. Very sad to leave this place, the location is a little noisy because it’s in the middle of the city but very well located if you’re wishing to visit the Pantheon/Colosseum/Trevi’s Fountain and many others. A parking lot is very close too, but is a little expensive. Would definitely come again if i could

Great location overall, you can walk to almost all the highlights of Rome. Andrea was very helpful with giving advice and getting us into the hotel, despite the fact we came in after their regular check in hours. Rooms are large, spacious, and well renovated. The neighborhood is nice and just a bit quiet, but still near plenty of great places to see and eat! Andreas advice on local places to eat and just communication in general was excellent

Finding the place required a little looking.

It’s spacious, very clean, at walking distance to most attractions, extremely easy to access and Andrea was a great host who was very helpful and responded immediately to any questions.

The only but was the noise from the road there are sirens going off all night long so I would recommend using ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise I didn’t hear a peek from other guests or other properties in the building itself

Perfect location walking distance to all you need, shops and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately no breakfast served due to Covid rules but that allowed to take advantage of the delicious coffee and pastries from the bakery-cafe in the street behind the residence. Room, bathroom and the building entrance are top class. Great communication as well with the host.

Only negative points are: - the noise from the street as it is a main city center street (but the good window isolation helps a lot), - I have a habit of always checking under the beds before leaving to make sure that nothing has been lost there…I hope that the hosts will read this and make sure to also clean that area as it had clearly not been cleaned / vacuumed in a long time !

No breakfast anymore means that we must eat breakfast out on a restaurant, which is too expensive so we ate on the room. Good to have a refrigerator but we would appreciated if the hotel (since no longer serving breakfast) could have more things in room such as butterknife, knifes, breakfast bowls, cutting board etc that would had helped making our own breakfast easier.

The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The AC was great.The owner checked on us continuously via text.

The area across the street was disgusting. A church and fountain with garbage floating in it. There was garbage everywhere. I will never return to this area. We just came from Paris...pristine...clean up after Bastille day began at 2 am...Rome...whoever manages the sanitation should be ashamed.

The location is perfect if you want to be close to all the main attractions. You are a few minutes walk to Piazza Navona, Campo Di Fiori & Trastevere, and the bus stop is across the road.

The only downside to the location is the very noisy main road, but this is what anyone can expect from a large busy city, so keep this in mind.
