The hotel staff is beyond lovely. During our stay we enjoyed breakfast daily, spa visits and a scenic roof top space to reflect after a day in the city. The management is professional and responsive, especially manager Valerie who listened to our needs and exceeded our expectations. Do not hesitate to visit this fine hotel and experienced group of individuals who are dedicated to your satisfaction at their charming hotel.

The location was excellent - close to everywhere we wanted to go. It was quiet, not on a main street, and the hotel was not too large, which felt more personal. The room was good, although a little on the small side and it would have been nice to have been able to have two easy chairs in the room, not just one, or if the banquette by the window would have been wide so we could sit on it. The bed was comfortable and the pillows and duvet/sheets were fine. The service was great and thank you for the bottle of prosecco (it was our 35th wedding anniversary). The breakfast was good and the coffee of an excellent quality.

Please see above regarding seating in the room. The window let in light in the morning because the shutters did not obscure the entire window and the curtains were too thin. Please also provide more coffee capsules (a couple of "lungo" Nespresso capsules would have been appreciated.

For a 5-star hotel, I was surprised there was no personalized greeting awaiting for us in the room. We weren’t offered a glass of Prosecco or a simple apple upon arrival. Aside from a tiny closet, our premium room had no storage - not a single hook or a drawer was available in the room. This not a deal-breaker, but definitely inconvenient in terms of a room setup. Our thermostat could not be adjusted and we were provided with a fan.

The location of the hotel is superb. It is within walking distance of all the major sites! There is also a couple local coffee and pastry shops just around the corner. The great part about staying here is you get unlimited use of part of the spa, which is great to soak your feet after a long day of walking. The staff was excellent as well.

I know everybody's comfort level of a bed is different. For us personally, the mattress was a little too firm for us. Again that is a personal preference.

we had to book in here in an emergency due to another accommodation being unsuitable, they made us extremely welcome even at the late hour we had to check in. They made sure we had everything we needed and explained all about the amenities. The room was large and very comfortable, the bed was an amazing size. Very central for the main sights and taxis were plenty

Exceptional hotel in a wonderful location. On a quiet street yet central to all major attractions of Rome. I’ve stayed in several areas and several types of accommodation in Rome and this was by far my favorite. Wonderful breakfast as well. Very highly recommend.

Excellent Location and Breakfast. Nice, convenient hotel overall

Cleanliness could be better, especially on the bathroom. The bathtub sink was clogged, the toilet flush was malfunctioning and generally the bathroom could be cleaner and better. Front Desk service could be more efficient and could make you feel more welcome, considering it is a 5 star hotel.

Loved our hotel room size and double showerheads, lovely courtyard for breakfast, very attentive staff. Good location in the historic center.

Nothing bad to say!

We arrived early in hot weather and received great care to provide a shower and easy baggage storage. The staff was equally attentive and courteous throughout our stay. When things go awry, they respond ably. And the location speaks for itself.

Location excellent. Walking distance to everything. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was great to have every morning & price was reasonable. Enjoyed having drinks & relaxing on the roof deck. Rooms were clean, comfy bed, good size.
