Myself, my wife and daughter who is in her twenties stayed here for our first trip to Italy. Our rooms were around the corner from each other and the bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and they provided shower gel, shampoo and conditioner which was all very nice. the breakfast was lovely! initially we found the bacon to be a bit too oily but it improved a lot. nice croissants, cold yoghurts, excellent coffee machine and juices and good range of fresh cut cold meats to pick from we didn’t realise that our travel adapter doesn’t work in Italy but they let us borrow one free of charge which was nice of them. the wifi is great. the location is super convenient! you can get so many buses very quickly and the train station is 10-15 min walk away. staff are very friendly and the cleaners were nice the safe in the room is great and is spacious to fit items like a laptop in

the air conditioning system is a bit weird in the room so sometimes the room became overheated very quickly and it took ages for it to cool down they didn’t provide toothbrush or toothpaste but we brought our own it would have been ideal to have a kettle and tea or coffee in the room but the breakfast coffee made up for that at times you have to wait for a member of staff to turn up to check you in at breakfast so it would’ve been better if there’s someone who permanently stays at the desk to check you in for breakfast

The fact that it was clean & comfortable, the location and it’s area it’s very beautiful and quiet, lot of green area, close to the bus stop, but far away from metro station which I don’t recommend anyway, dirtiest subway I’ve ever seen.

I didn’t like the breakfast at all, it was poor, almost no vegetable, only a few and without any taste, and the scrambled egg I don’t think it was made with egg, but it was made with egg powder or something similar, horrible taste.

The staff is lovely. The location is good for me, for family reasons, but I wouldn't pick it as a tourist. The hotel is comfortable, clean and well-run. The food is very good, except for a couple of slips here and there (see below). The pool is very nice. I come back every time I am in Rome. I feel at home.

My room was right above the outside part of the restaurant, and late into the night I could hear the screeching, screaming and loud laughter of people there. It might be advisable to let guests sitting at the restaurant/bar in the evening know that they should keep their voices down after a certain hour -- or perhaps staff could warn the other guests that their room may be in a noisy part of the hotel, and offering them a room in a different area. The idea of leaving cookies in the room as a welcome is lovely. Sadly, the cookies I found were stale, as was the bread I was served for dinner and some of the cookies served at breakfast. The room has no dresser or drawers. It is hard to see where one would put one's clothes during a stay longer than a couple of days.

Thank you for a wonderful stay, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and the hotel is very nice and the breakfast plentiful. Would definitely recommend for someone wanting to stay just outside of the city centre in a hotel with a pool.

Think they need to advertise clearer that the pool is only officially open June 1st. Although they did open it early and we made use of this, the pool was the main reason we chose this hotel and then only reading the fine print just before departure did we realise the pool may not be open.

Nice hotel with a pool, breakfast superb, great that from parking garage You could directly acccess the lift and the rooms and with that same lift You could go to the pool without going through the lobby.

The restaurant was mediocre, the food did not taste that well (except the breakfast which was awesome), there was no pool bar service. You could access the town only by bus, which was slow and had to wait about 20 minutes in extremely hot weather. They did not offer us taxi and/or car share opportunities which we would consider after the first suffering run with the bus.

Hotel is clean. Reception staff was mostly polite & helpful. Most of my requests were accommodated. Bar and the seating terrace has a welcoming feel and waiting staff are attentive. Special mention to Luca at the bar, who is very professional & welcoming.

Bar/Restaurant is expensive for what is served from a limited menu choice. The hotel has a business feel with regular conferences & airline staff, which is understandable as it’s a city hotel. Having Spa facility & balconies would add enjoyment & relaxation to stay.

The pool was the best facility, a very relaxed and chilled atmosphere. The lifeguard Maxime was really helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff Francesco and his female colleagues were really helpful and friendly. Our son has special needs and they were always friendly talking to him and always accommodating when we asked for specific food as he has dietary requirements.

The bar menu is fairly limited and could have more choice. The hotel shuttle bus driver was not that helpful as he dropped us off at its sister hotel in town but it is still a fair walk from the Vatican and Ottaviano metro station. He pretended not to know where the metro station was even though it is one of the busiest in Rome!. Around the hotel there are only a few places to eat but a few shops if you want to get drinks and snacks. There is a very good Chinese restaurant not far from the hotel called Kung Fu which is very reasonable.

Breakfast was very nice, room and bed were big and comfortable. Staff at the recetion was friendly and helpful. The pool is very good!

Service at the bar was slow. They do not have a poolside bar, so you had to get dressed and walk quite a bit to get a drink from the hotel bar. The building looks a bit old from the outside, but is renovated mostly in the inside. During hot summer days, the location is not at a walking distance from the main attractions.

It was very clean and spacious, comfortable outdoor seating, very nice swimming pool.

The room didn’t have any slippers, sewing kits or wardrobes. We asked about slippers and we were told they don’t have anymore.

The staff were excellent and the pool and pool area very welcome given the hot weather. The rooms were cleaned every day. A surprise birthday cake appeared courtesy of the management which was very kind and thoughtful. The hotel is a short bus journey from the Vatican or Pantheon areas (916).

The breakfast was ok. Good fruit and pastry selection but limited and indifferent hot food. The bar prices at the hotel were amongst the more expensive I have come across in Rome which might explain why very few guests used the lovely outside seating area to eat and drink. It seems a missed opportunity. It was cheaper to get a bus or taxi to say Trastevere or Pantheon areas and eat and drink there. There is also a lovely local air conditioned cafe ( the Glamour cafe) just around the corner, on the main road Via Gregorio VII into the centre of Rome, where the staff are very helpful and friendly and you can have a authentic Italian breakfast/lunch and/or drinks for a fraction of the hotel prices. The bus stop and taxi rank are close by to the cafe.
